• Siqueira (8/5): Suggestion: try to explain, map the lockers so costumers do not have a bitter experience to deal with rude people who is - Place is great no complaints regarding facilities A Asian employer, receptionist was quite rude and make things difficult. My only question was: where the lockers are located, so I could have the keys’ lift to access the apartment, after 40 min trying to call to the phone provided in the advertisement , none to help, waiting in the reception, suddenly other employer, this time Indian background, said were the lockers are.
• Kayshun (10/5): Great place to stay, the apartment was spacious and was very homely - Everything was close, which was a bonus Nothing
• Colin (4/5): Great place very poor management - Property is excellent. Clean and is spacious if staying for a week as we did. - managed through a very hands off management company - check in pick up the key took 45 mins as instructions were wrong. Had to make 7 phone calls to find key box which had been moved - only one key card which is a pain if two people staying there. Cannot leave at reception as reception has nothing to do with this management company - traffic noise early morning may annoy some people as free way is high just outside the apartment. - if you are comfortable with a shower that is in the bath then it is ok. But may not be for everyone
