• Francis (8/5): I feel I made the right choice on where to stay in Pereira - Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, easy to use shower, very helpful staff, I even found Nogal 1 without any difficulty after a spectacular but tiring coach journey from Bogotá. Excellent value for money, the room was better in Nogal 2 due to having a window but the breakfast at Nogal 1 included fruit. Pereira is on the edge of the Cordillera and the area around Nogal is not called Los Aloes for nothing, can be a tiring walk back from the city.

• Kelly (9/5): Good stay in a clean hotel - Good mattress, friendly staff, kitchen that you can use. They temporarily moved a little further down the street, ensure you have the right address so you don’t have to carry your luggage uphill.

• Christian (10/5): Nogal Hostal is perfectly situated for anyone looking to experience the vibrant nightlife of Pereira - Location, location, location. What stood out the most was the location, right in the heart of the Circunvalar of Pereira. Being so close to bars and nightlife made it incredibly convenient to enjoy a night out and get back safely. The hostal itself is cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes inconsistent, which could be challenging if you need to work or stream. Also, while the breakfast was delicious and fresh, it could use a bit more variety for longer stays.
• Talia (10/5): Comfortable stay in lovely hotel :) - More of a hotel than a hostel with the benefit of having privacy of own room and also lovely communal space to meet ppl. Very clean and smells great due to eucalyptus hanging throughout. Great attention to detail such as hooks to hang coats and towels in the room and lamps! Can tell this was designed by a woman :) and the shower was nice and hot. Nice breakfast and amazing location Can be a little noisy due to a nearby venue playing loud music but nothing earplugs won’t fix
