• Vickie (7/5): Good Location. Nice apartment - The location was good, large and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and it was clean and tidy. If the few maintenance issues were sorted it would make it more on par with the asking price and would be reflected in my ratings. We had to fix the shower door that was off their rollers to be able to shower, the splits in the ceiling are starting to mould, hard to access the 2nd room when it was raining as we had to run across the outside terrace which had no cover, leaves on the roof made a waterfall effect right in front of the door and also the leaves made the ground slippery, there were no mats inside on either side of terrace to wipe wet feet. The apartment is still nice just not quite in line with the asking price.
• Wei (3/5): Worst experience in Sydney ever and I will never come back. - The apartment is old. The floor is dirty and full of dust. I could not let my one year old daughter crawl on the floor. We have three beds but only two of them got quilt. No one came to clean the apartment during our stay and we couldn’t locate the bin location. I don’t know how can we deal with the full smelly bin. The owner keeps ignoring our messages and requests. I will never come back.

• Mark (7/5): Great location and well appointed. - Great location well appointed. Although small things just some small maintenance issues and a little missed cleaning.
• Kyle (10/5): A lovely stay overall - Lovely open space near Darling Harbour. Plenty of room for my family of five and could walk everywhere with every thing being easy to access. Roadside is quite loud at night but it that was the trade of for being so close to the city centre.
