- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment was not as expected. Lots of insects and mosquitoes and it was not clean as it should be. I have been promised that they will send someone to take care of the insects and mosquitoes but no one showed up. We have raised an issue with the toilet and no one showed up as well. I am wondering that you collect good amount of money but the apartment was not cleaned properly. If I had the choice to cancel my booking and get refunded, I would’ve done definitely.
