Le seul bémol ici a été le NON RETOUR de Booking.com concernant un soucis à l'arrivée. Heureusement, avec l'aide de Véronique du MIL, on a résolu le problème. • Thi (7/5): Normale - Security 24/24, parking inclus Mal propreté, ils n’ont pas nettoyé le plancher de studio , ni dans la garde robe, ni dans la salle de bain, … c’était très très sale. J’ai du nettoyer avec 3 fois de l’eau pour avoir une plancher propre. Les équipement dans le studio sont trop sale, j’imagine depuis 25 ans qu’ils n’ont pas changé.

• Joseph (1/5): I would never recommend this place to anyone. Quite distressing. - I would never recommend this place to anyone. What was meant to be a five-week stay turned into a nightmare that forced me to leave after just two. From day one, I raised concerns about safety and professionalism and things only got worse. While I was away, someone was allowed into my private room without my consent, my personal belongings were moved, disturbed, and several items were stolen, including expensive perfumes. My toiletries were cleared out, my towel thrown on the floor, and an empty perfume bottle left behind. When I confronted the host, he first ignored my calls, then picked up only when I called from another number. He later admitted sending someone into the property to clean but claimed it was a “mistake.” The room was not cleaned, it was violated. To make matters worse, the parking space I paid for was given to another tenant, confirming my suspicion that the host was subletting the property while guests were away. I had to leave for my own safety, book another hotel at my own expense. The entire experience was distressing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you value your privacy, safety, or peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.

• Laura (7/5): Good - Plus points: It was close enough to public transportation, had a convenience store close, and gym was decent. It also has a commun workspace ( but without internet). It has a summer terrace ( BBQ doesn't work), a cinema ( I didn't try it). The place comes with pretty much everything you need in the kitchen ( including toaster and kettle). Overall, it is a decent place to stay if you fix a couple of things upon arrival. Minus points; Laundry is not in the unit, only in the building (2.75 CAD for a wash and 2.75 CAD for dryer). The place is not quite as maintained as in the pictures. The bed is kinda small for two people.
