• NILANGA KESHAN (10/5): Wonderful 5nigjts stay with Family. - Value for money, Location was great, owner was super helpful and always willing to assist. Good A/c and modern room with clean washroom. Coffee shop, Pharmacy, convenient store next door. supermarket close by. 2 Metros ,great Chinese restaurant and McDonald’s and many restaurants in walking distance. Shower area was not covered hence washroom gets wet once you have a wash.

• Valeriy (10/5): Definitely recommended! - The place was great and the check-in process was very simple and highly automated. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a kettle, mugs, and a refrigerator. If you looked to the right from the window, you could even see St. Paul’s Cathedral. The метро station was within walking distance, and having a Carrefour Express on the ground floor was a huge plus. There were only a couple of small things that could be improved. We missed having a trash bin in the room and a shower curtain (or something similar) to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor. However, this did not affect our overall impression of the stay.
• Mustafa Rahmi (9/5): grazie - Great accommodation for a stay in Rome. The room itself is modern and up to date, even though the building is older. The balcony was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing in the evening. One of the biggest advantages is the location. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and other stores directly downstairs. Bus stops and the metro are also nearby, making it easy to get around the city. For anyone looking for a nice date night restaurant, I can recommend Il Tamburello di Pulcinella — but definitely make a reservation in advance. Fransesca was always reachable and very helpful during the stay. The only downside was the noise from the many police and ambulance sirens outside, but of course that is not the owner’s fault. Also important to know: there are no parking spaces available. Overall, a very good stay in a central location. Nichts

You can get there from the station by direct metro line. From home to the metro no more than 3 minutes. The house is located between 2 metro stations. Right next to the house there is a bus stop that takes you to the center of Rome. On the ground floor there is a minimarket and a cafe. Across the street is a small pizzeria with delicious snacks. The apartment has a balcony with a table and 1 chair, where you can relax and have a cup of coffee. New and comfortable furniture. Unfortunately there were some minor shortcomings. The shower stall does not have a door or curtain. Because of this, there was always water on the floor and it was difficult to get to the toilet. There are no slippers in the room, which also made it difficult to go to the bathroom after taking a shower. We didn't take slippers with us. We couldn’t buy disposable slippers because we couldn’t find where. There were 3 of us, but there were only 2 cups in the room. Special thanks for the kettle, tea and very tasty cakes that were waiting for us on the table. We really liked the apartment, location, and hosts. Really highly recommend and next time we will definitely stay here again. I wish the owners good and adequate clients. No room slippers. The shower cabin does not close. The number of cups does not correspond to the number of inhabitants.

There is a subway station, pizza place and great breakfast place close by. We had already seen the bigger sites of Rome during the beginning of our trip so this part of our trip we wanted to be immersed in the culture. • Mariana (8/5): Vale a pena mas nem tanto - O apartamento é ótimo, tem quase tudo. Televisão, secador de cabelo, chaleira elétrica, mesa e cadeira para trabalho, sacada. A cama é ótima, tem lugar pra deixar a mala, roupas penduradas. Quando chegamos estava tudo impecável. Trocaram nossas toalhas de banho, rosto e pano de colocar no chão na metade na nossa estadia e isso foi ótimo. O chão do banheiro fica completamente molhado depois do banho e não tinha pano o suficiente para secar. O pano de colocar no chão do banheiro não é suficiente e fica enxarcado e o banheiro continua molhado. Tivemos que solicitar mais papel higiênico pois não havia o suficiente. Para ligar a chaleira tivemos que colocar no banheiro porque a tomada não era compatível com as que tinha próximo. O elevador é minúsculo e da muito medo de subir. Tem muitas escadas. As fechaduras para entrar no condomínio não funcionava direito e teve uma que quebrou. Eles não explicam qual chave é para qual portão e nem como temos que fazer para abrir. Toda vez que a gente chegava tinha que tentar várias vezes e a chave não podia ser colocada até o final porque não funcionava, se a gente colocasse um pouco menos, tínhamos que tentar várias e várias vezes, puxando e/ou subindo o portão para depois da décima vez, abrir. Foi bem desconfortável isso.

In eerste instantie vriendelijk te woord gestaan bij aankomst via mobiel, deuren worden op afstand geopend. Verder alles via app. Een lijst met leuke restaurants werd op verzoek niet toegestuurd. Op een vraag over de bagage opslag, kwam alleen een antwoord ‘yes’ maar geen uitleg. Op een 2e vraag, wekte het antwoord ‘ like i told you before….’ verontwaardiging bij ons op. Op een andere vraag, is na ruim 2 uur pas geantwoord.

• Anisel (9/5): - Very comfortable, clean as well, 1 min walk from bus stop, and 5 min walk from metro. You can leave the lugage before check in and after check out. Good value for the money. Opening the doors at the first floor for going to the elevator and than to the room was a real struggle with the keys but when you call the service of room they answer immidiately and can open automaticly. A little beat noisy from outside.

Transportation was arranged from the airport to the apartment (excellent), the apartment was close to both bus and metro stations, and exceptionally secure - even though the area was clearly safe. The apartment was perfect for our purposes. Our contact person was exceptionally helpful and gracious, even when we broke a key. It felt like we were actually part of real life in Rome. Good restaurants in the area, grocery stores, places for breakfast, etc. Plus, the room was very quiet. This is the kind of place I like to stay. Eventually, we had to move on to other adventures.

• Ric28 (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Struttura moderna, pulita ed essenziale sita in un'ottima zona e ben servita dagli autobus, a poche centinaia di metri dalla via Aurelia dove c'è una fermata sitbus shuttle per Fiumicino. Un supermercato di fianco e varie attività di vicinato la rendono comodissima anche per soggiorni di media durata. La porta d'ingresso della struttura cigolava in maniera esagerata e recava molto disturbo. Già da tempo prima del soggiorno, e comunque dopo la prenotazione, avevo chiesto informazioni sulla possibilità di avere un NCC. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere ma non mi è stato dato nessun riscontro, neanche negativo. A parte questo, il personale, sentito solo telefonicamente, mi è parso decisamente disponibile.

• Gronowski (6/5): Never again. - Cleanliness We sent the information by WhatsApp that we would arrive at this place at 6 pm. We were supposed to contact the person then and we would be remotley let into our room. We arrived at 5:55 p.m ver tired after a 10 hr trip from the south of Italy and for half an hour we were kept on the strret in front of the iron gate. No one answered our repeated phone calls and e-mails. Finally somebody called and we were remotely let in. This was a terrible, very disappointing expereience for us. A complete lack of responsibility and no regard for the guests who paid for the romm.

Vatican is 25-30 minutes away on foot 3. Center is about 4-5 stops away with subway 4. Clean sheets and room, comfortable bed 5. Staff/managers were immediately responsive and nice 6. Modern room, everything was basically new or just renovated 7. Room had small but nice balcony, which is not looking at the street 1. Pretty loud, if you are not acclimated to sleep with sounds from traffic and sometimes television from neighbours, then get yourself a pair of earbuds 2. Something small for me: some water from the shower gets leaked into bathroom, because there is no shower door Some suggestions to owners: 1. Please put a fridge in the room, we wanted to enjoy a midnight snack of Italian cheese and meat, but did not have anywhere to conserve it 2. A door for the shower would make the bathroom perfect

• Petar (9/5): Really pleasant - The room was very nice, extremely clean, everything seems to be brand new. The host is responsive and helpful. It is located in a not very touristic neighborhood, with lots of local cafeterias and restaurants (local and specialized ones) and a convenience store in the same building. Very good transport connections - beside the metro, bus 46 is very convenient to reach the center around the clock, also a taxi stand. The balcony is a very nice addition and contributes to the whole experience. Easy check in and check out. Very good value for money. It is a little bit noisy, since it is located near a busy crossing, but definitely not a deal breaker. Don't count on the wifi, because it was practically nearly completely absent. We also needed to set the TV channels by our self, but it is also not a big deal, especially since you don't come to visit Rome and watch TV. (That last one is to know that there are channels even if you don't see them right away.)
