• David (8/5): - Ubytování samotné bylo moc pěkné. Organizace příjezdu byla trochu zvláštní. Nejprve přišla dlouhá zpráva s instrukcemi, ale nakonec to podle nich vůbec neprobíhalo. Trochu nestandardní bylo i nechat si platit za pozdní check-in. Až na předání pokoje bylo vše o.k. a užili jsme si to.

• Pascale (8/5): Nous retournerions sans problème dans ce logement. - Nous ne connaissions pas le quartier que nous avons découvert avec plaisir. Des petits restos sympas, des petites épiceries à proximité, à 10 mn à pied d'un Lidl pour des courses un peu moins cher. À proximité de stations de métro, bien placé pour la plupart des visites. Pensez à demander le code de la porte en bas à droite de l'entrée pour vider les poubelles le jour de votre départ :) Un peu bruyant le matin, mais c'est peut-être parce que nous vivons à la campagne et nous ne sommes pas habitués au bruit de la vie en ville.

• Vd Beld (8/5): Fantastische plek en ruime nette appartement. - Locatie, contact en netheid en grootte van appartement. Echt heel fijn. Veel restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt. Miste koffiezetapparaat, vaatwastabletten en theedoek/vaatdoek. Voor die paar dagen zou dat fijn zijn om gehad te hebben ipv zelf ervoor te moeten zorgen.

• Yuri (8/5): Uitstekende accommodatie in een leuk gedeelte van Londen. - Ruim en schoon appartement op rustige plek. De metro is vrij ver weg. Wel stopt er een bus voor de deur, wat ideaal is.
• Alba (9/5): Fabulosa - Es un apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Está en una buena zona para desplazarte en bus o metro por todo Londres, con supermercado cerca y establecimientos de comida preparada. Faltaría algun utensilio de cocina.

• Areena (7/5): Not recommended for groups - It was clean two bedroom, and extra sofa bed out in living room that had a door as full kitchen is another room so can close for privacy. Coffee, tea, sugar, washing detergent for dishwasher/laundry provided. The reason why I'm giving it a low rating is because of all the messages and strict rules. For example, we had to pay a deposit of 300, and only a few days before check in is it to be paid and can only check-in between certain hours (small window) and have to take all the trash. Also since we were a group of five people , we were only given one set of keys. That was the biggest pain as many of us were locked out of the building waiting for friends to return.

• Victoria (8/5): Very good - The location is great, the living room is very comfortable and the appartment has all the amenities you need. There was a stain on the bed, a lot of the windows dont stay open which isn't great in the heat and there were broken tiles in the entryway way to the building.

• Ricardo (9/5): Superb - The main reason was the location as we had a games design event in Hoxton arches. We were surprised with a very nice 2 bedroom apartment.
• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Great location and some fantastic places to eat on the road around the property - Tay Do was fantastic and had great gluten free options. A bit noisy in the evening from the street noise / other residents. (We had someone shouting outside the apartment a 4.30am but know this is no reflection on the property).

• Stuart (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and great internet. Cool location with lots happening and good bus connections right outside. The shutters let quite a bit of light through. Some curtains over the top would have been great. Also, no kettle in the kitchen was a bit annoying

• Maksym (9/5): Superb - Place was very specious, location is amazing and staff was very friendly. Windows don't mute sounds from outside well enough, but neighborhood is very quiet which makes it not so annoying. I wasn't pleased to send debit card details and to see 300 pounds being charged as a deposit, but money have been returned within a week after check out.
• Julie (6/5): Lovely flat with most stressful rules/check-in - Very spacious and bright flat as per the photos. Right in the centre of Shoreditch close to all amenities and yet very quiet at night! Management: this flat is managed by a company - helloguest. They inondate us with rules, information to provide and extra fees. A different person seems to message everytime meaning having to give them the same information over and over again. There is no flexible check-in and fees from £40 to check-in after 7pm. There is also a deposit of £300 to be paid. This was the most stressful check-in experience I’ve had in 10 years of regularly using short term rentals. To note as missing in the flat: Kettle, toilet paper (2 rolls for 2 nights with 6 people), toiletries and kitchen towel. The sofa bed wasn’t prepared although we booked for 6 people.

• Aimee (7/5): Great Apartment Ruined by Ridiculous Fees and Rules - The flat was beautifully decorated, great location and a decent price (for London). It was spacious and very comfortable however there were so many rules, messages and instructions that it made checking in and out quite stressful and to be honest I would not stay again because of this, which is a shame as its a great flat. There were far too many rules and instructions involved in staying here and it felt like we were jumping through hoops unnecessarily. The initial message received after booking the flat was incredibly long and over detailed. We needed to pay a 300 pound security deposit (which was advised before booking) but it did take longer than stated to get it back and I had to message and follow up. The check in window was very short and if you checked in outside this window there was a late check in fee, which varied depending on what time you checked in. I feel like this was just a way to rip people off and was also stressful trying to estimate your time of arrival (we were asked to do so someone could meet us with the key) as we were flying into London from abroad. We were advised the person meeting us would be around for 1 hour so we were stressed trying to get from the airport in time and worried about paying am additional fee. We were also asked to bring ID for everyone in the group, and to bring the original credit card used for payment of the booking deposit for inspection on check in which felt completely unnecessary. In the end it wasn't checked even though we had brought everything required. We also paid a cleaning fee, but were given super strict instructions on how the apartment should be left. No dishes (even clean ones) in dishwasher, rubbish bins to be emptied etc. We would have left the apartment in spotless condition anyway but don't understand what the cleaning fee even covered if we had to empty our own bins and dispose of them etc.

• Ryan (10/5): perfect accommodation for Shoreditch stay - beautiful property inside and spacious too. beds and sofas were comfortable. prime spot for shoreditch stays. very clean and great facilities to use. one key to share to get in. I would recommend two. if two couples visited and wanted to do something separate when staying, you have to wait around just to get in if your plans finished at different times.
• Servatius (9/5): very nice and comfortable flat; check-in could be improved. - beautiful very comfortable and spacious flat the check -in process was cumbersome and the lady supposed to help out, not helpful and accommodating at all.
• Markel (8/5): Very good - the location was great check-in is always a pain in the ass when there's nobody onsite. this was no exception. it is annoying tryjng to hit a 30 minute arrival window after traveling 4000+ miles and then arriving in a foreign land. we only got a single key to the flat which made coming and going for us too cumbersome.
