No sólo le falta mucho mantenimiento, si no que NO ES CIERTO que tenga 1 dormitorio y sofá cama en el living: es lo que se conoce como ESTUDIO, es decir monoambiente con cocina y baño. No se correspondía con lo que encontramos al llegar... una cama y unas cuchetas en un solo ambiente. Camas incómodas, instalaciones de cocina y baño que dejan muuuuucho que desear. Me pregunto si Booking no debería hacer alguna acción al respecto de los viajeros engañados por publicidad y descripciones maliciosas dentro de una plataforma, que como Genius 3, claramente confío...
• Menchu (1/5): PESADILLA EN Sleep6 In Leicester Square, Soho VR7 con la colaboracion especial d att cliente Booking - Apartamento sucio, camas sin hacer con restos biologicos, toallas usadas en el suelo, papelera llena, despues de mas de 4 horas, no se presento nadie y la unica opcion que nos dieron fue cambiar nosotros las sabanas y al dia siguiente vendrian a limpiar. No obtuvimos ayuda ni amparo por parte de Booking, ni rehalojo, ni abono en el momento, nos tuvimos que buscar otro apartamento por nuestra cuenta, y soltar mas pasta, ahora empiezan las reclamaciones. NADA RECOMENDABLE. No me gusto nada, nos vimos a mas de 1000 km de nuestro hogar, completamente solos y sin solucion. No hubo respuesta por parte de nadie, ni de los propietarios, ni de la plataforma de atencion al cliente Confiar con BOOKING despues de esto? Ya veremos como responden a la denuncia. DIFICIL INACEPTABLE.
• Daniela (5/5): Lage top! Bad ein flop! - Die Lage war top. Die Größe der Wohnung ist angemessen für 4 Personen. Das große Bett war bequem, das Stockbett bräuchte neue Matratzen. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen über die Homepage. Das Bad war sehr schmudelig, unsauber und in die Jahre gekommen. An einer kaputten Stelle (Übergang Dusche/Wand) wurde ein Tempo eingesteckt!! Auch der Wohnraum bzw. die Küche sind etwas unsauber. Z.B. an stellen wie Schranktüren. Wir hatten extra eine Ferienwohnung gebucht um Kochen zu können. Leider besitzt die Wohnung nur einen mini Kopftopf.

Koupelna a sprchový kout již taky trochu přestárlý, umyvadlo mini, ani se k němu nehde ohnout kvůli poličky nad nim. Ale myslím , že nedostatky jsou rozledněné v ceně, vzhledem k lokalitě je cena velmi příznivá a nedostatky se dá snadno odpustit, Nelitujeme, kdo nepotřebuje 5* doporučujeme

• Carmen (7/5): Bastante bien y ubicación perfecta - La ubicación donde está y la facilidad en la entrada al apartamento. En general muy bien ero anotaremos algunas cosas a mejorar. Faltarían arreglar algunas cosas como: radiador baño q está oxidado y no funciona, rincón en suelo del baño donde hay un trozo de papel para evitar salida de agua de ducha, poner mantel en mesa y algún trapo de cocina, alfombra baño y alguna estantería en baño y toalla pequeña en baño.

Certes l'emplacement est idéal, au pied de picadilly circus mais ce rbnb n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes d'un client sur Booking !!! L'appartement est bien agencé pour un court séjour ( une seule pièce) mais l'hôte ne fait aucun effort. Les casseroles sont inutilisables, la bouilloire de même (voir photos). J'ai demandé à ce qu'on nous en fournisse de nouvelles. Il semblerait que cet achat soit long à effectuer. Dans la salle de bain, le porte serviette chauffant est rouillé, donc inutilisable (voir photo). Aucune serviette de bain à notre arrivée. Il a fallu les réclamer, attendre le lendemain pour en obtenir 2 pour 5. Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet appartement sans pouvoir passer le balai après un repas : pas de balai, pas de torchon, pas d'aspirateur, pas de serpillère. Très compliqué de recommander ce rbnb. Même si nous y avons passé peu de temps (bcp de temps à l'extérieur). Mais le peu de temps à l'intérieur n'était pas agréable. Dommage. Je rajoute qu'il y a deux serrures, une seule clé est fournie. Hélas le verrou n'est pas du tout sécuritaire. Je voyage beaucoup en famille. Je n'ai jamais mis un avis aussi catastrophique mais là réalité ne me permet pas de faire mieux.

• Justin (4/5): Review - Location was amazing! 11 out of 10! Came to a room that had dirty cutlery in the sink, full rubbish in the bathroom bin. A green light that was always on the ceiling that you couldn't turn off. I asked staff to come and fix the light, no one came. Ran out of toilet paper, again I asked for some but no one came so had to get my own. Towel rack was full of rust. When staff communicated to you it seemed like it was automated via email. The last night, toilet was blocked. Apparently someone came to fix it but had to leave the keys in the key box. You would think they would have a master key. Finally, one of the chairs arms were broken and the washing machine was out of order.

Comodo per raggiungere vari luoghi famosi a Londra. Trovandosi in una zona molto viva, la sera può risultare un po' rumoroso.

Zones comuns brutes i estat general de l'apartament deficient. A la web posa que té una habitació i no es cert, es un sol espai per 5 persones, faltaven gots, paper wc, tovalloles.....

• Sabrina Lenoir (8/5): Séjour en famille - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un emplacement idéal en centre ville. Logement propre et fonctionnel, assez spacieux pour 5 personnes. Très bon échange avec les proprios via booking et facile d'accès à n'importe quelle heure grâce aux digicode et boîte à clés. Écoulement difficile du lavabo de la salle de bain. Emplacement idéal mais il faut prendre en compte qu'il est situé hyper centre et de ce faite assez bruyant le soir. Ça ne nous a pas déranger plus que ça après nos longues journées de marche ! Nous avons utilisés le logement uniquement pour dormir car nous voulions profiter pour manger locale mais si il avait fallu cuisiner c'est tout à fait possible mais pas assez de verres et 1 casserole non utilisable ( mais d'autres ustensiles sont disponible)

No details, and unresponsive leaving us stuck in the hallway without knowledge of our apartment number. Very foul smell from the drains in the bathroom, very uncomfortable bed.

During the night we struggled to sleep due to the heat although there were two fans available in the room it was still very hot. The temperature outside was much cooler than inside the building.

Hosts were responsive though unable to problem solve. • Overpowering smell of bleach upon arrival (everyone had a headache within 15 minutes) • Room very stuffy (unable to access enough fresh air to overcome bleach headaches) • Overwhelming sewer stench from the bathroom. This lasted throughout. Host supplied a can of Febreze. (appreciate this could not have been resolved without a plumber but Febreze ineffective. Had to keep bathroom fan going 24/7 so smell was minimised elsewhere). • Power failures (trip switch activated with relative frequency when accessing lights/power in kitchen area)

Extras in the room like shower gel, washing up liquid etc was great as didn't need to buy any for a short stay. Excellent shower and the beds were very comfortable. Travelling solo with 2 children, the main door to the building was an issue with getting the pram in and out. Unable to reach the lock at the top to open the 2nd door, I was having to wait for someone to come along and ask for their help unlocking the door. Also the tv in the room didn't work.

• Khazzy (9/5): True value4money, suitable for 6pax (<5.7' tall) has all basic necessity, + convenience, +location. - This place is really a value for money. I would definitely book here again in the future. 1) Location was superb! Easy for us to go to the theatre and to other places in our itinerary. 2) There were 6 of us and because we are all Asians, the bed sizes are ok for us. Me and hubby were on the queen/king size bed. (The side of the bed is worn-out as it is the easy access area so most people would side on this side. We slept closer to the middle and on the other side. It works for us.) 3) My daughter and her friend slept on the sofa bed. It was easy to use and good enough for them. My son and his friend slept on the bunk bed. No complaint from them. 4) Kudos for the kitchen utensils. Table ware was for more than 6 people, made it easier to use the extra for extra dishes. Cookware is sufficient, but could do more or bigger pot. 5) Enough hangers so we can use for our jackets, as well as other clothes. 6) Towels are for 6. Thank you! 7) Thank you for the coffee, sugar, tea and some other basic items. This helps a lot especially when we just arrived and haven't had the chance to stop at the grocery stores. 8) Toaster + small kettle are a life-saver! Thank you. Nothing major! The following are my preferences and may not be relevant to others. 1) The toilet sink is too cute. Not that I don't like it, but considering the location, and the price of the place, a cute toilet sink is the trade off. Maybe to those who are big in size, may have trouble to adjust. 2) The toilet light needs to be brighter. It is a little dim. I would prefer to be brighter. But this is just me. 3) A bigger pot would be better. 4) The old cookware should be thrown away as there are some rusts on it.

• Storer (1/5): Be warned! - Location, noise levels a bit high The non communication between landlord and us, was told someone would get back to us regarding the washing machine usage, was told we weren't allowed to use eventhough we booked knowing we had the use of a machine, as we stayed for 4 nights. The room was very smelly coming from toilet area. Shower room had rotten area's around shower base. Be mindful of scammers wanting cash payments ,who follow you up to apartment.

• Nia (3/5): Dissappointing start, very inconvenienced. - The property was central. The property was not what we booked. We booked for 5 adults in a 6 bed room. When we arrived, we were checked into a room and that slept 3 (one double bed, and sofa bed). At first, we were told we would have to adapt as no other apartments were available. We explained to a staff member that there was no room to pull out the sofa bed as the double bed was in the way. We were told that management would attend. They did not. We also requested further pillows and duvets as there was not enough of both for 5 people in the room, probably because only 3 were meant to stay there. As 5 women, we struggled to move the furniture in the apartment in order to pull out the sofa bed to “adapt”. It was not until 7pm that a further apartment was provided. I have photographic evidence of the above. The apartment was unclean, with dust and dirt on the floor. The kettle didn’t work, which was an inconvenience to us as my grand mother is 83, disabled, and required hot water to dissolve medication. We were required to leave the apartment to get hot water from McDonald’s! In the second apartment, the television was not connected and did not work. We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay.

When raised with management & after several times following up were advised to give them some time until tomorrow to arrange a/c for cost of £350. No towels, floor mat or hand towel provided. Some delivered eventually, 1 was damp. Washer/dryer not working as described & not repaired. Previous guests dropped off keys to main entry door.
• Shanti (1/5): Terribly hot with no windows to open - Superb location so close to Piccadily circus etc It was extremely hot eventhough it was probably only 15 degrees outside or cooler, the windows could not be opened and the 5 of us were very uncomfortable all night. I messaged the host who suggested to turn off the heating, which was off anyway as its height of summer, when i wrote again about it being terribly hot i got no reply.
• Lucy (8/5): Excellent location ensured we were able to do everything in London we had planned without having to travel very far, gre - Location is absolutely perfect, the room spacious for family too The main bed mattress was too soft and felt like a small double bed, if this was bigger and a bit more firmer it would be perfect, was also very hot in the room we used the fan but didn’t cool us down. But the weather was hot that day.
