• An (9/5): Ruim en goed uitgerust appartement - Ruim appartement met veel lichtinval. Alles was aanwezig en proper. In een rustige omgeving met gratis parking op het eind vd straat. De geur in de gang was niet zo aangenaam als je binnen en buiten ging.

• Suzanne (8/5): Un séjour agréable - L'appartement est dans un immeuble calme tout en restant proche de la plage, il est lumineux et spacieux. Certains endroits n'ont pas été nettoyé correctement. À notre arrivée, la table était sale (miettes + tâches sur la nappe), le plan de travail de la cuisine contenait de nombreuses miettes et la salle de bains n'avait pas dû être aspirée correctement car il y avait des cheveux au sol.

• Marnix (9/5): Dik ok! - Alles netjes en ruim Als schilder viel het me op dat er wat verf afbladderde in de badkamer, maar niet storend hoor.

• Martine (7/5): - Zeer goed uitgerust, alles is aanwezig. Ligging is top, dichtbij het strand, winkels, bus en gratis parking. De bedden zijn echt vreselijk. We waren er met 5 en hebben hier allemaal last van gehad. Ook was er maar basis gepoetst, badkamer kon wel een nieuw rondje gebruiken alsook de vloer van de slaapkamers.

• Tonnaer (5/5): Dramatisch niet bestemd voor kinderen - De zetel De kussens waren geel en als ze een bad wouden nemen zag het water geel bij het opendraaien dus toch gepast voor een bad te pakken .ook werden mijn kinderen bedreigd door een buurvrouw van onder ons die beweerde dat mijn kinderen al de hele dag lawaai aan het maken waren 1 kan niet we zijn om 3 u enkel de koffers samen gaan afzetten en erna hele tijd aan zee geweest en ervoor trouwens ook dat was zalig .en om half 7kwamen we aan het huisje en was beneden het winkel grerief voor smorgens aan t uitladen en toen had die heks echt mijn kinderen met de vinger bedreigd en staan roepen die waren 1 super stil en net aangekomen en was geen 10u savonds en de moment dat ik binnenkwam liet ze haar kop niet zien want anders had ze er niet goed vanaf gekomen want Kinderen waren super bang door haar en wouden die avond al naar huis .dus vakantie draaide niet zoals we gewild hadden .en smorgens zijn we vroeger vertrokken en stond de heks buiten op uitkijk blijkbaar doet ze dit bij alle huurders mss een tip voor de verhuurders spreek ze erover aan dat is zeker een pluspunt en mss propere kussens die niet heel zien !ook zat er vuile afwas in de vaatwasser terwijl wij er enkel smorgens aten en waren koffiekoeken dus geen afwas gemaakt !een propere borstel of iets bruikbaar uit bergkot om zand op te kuizen had ook fijn geweest er was niets bruikbaar of stuk dus geen optie .kortom we zouden zeker niet teruggaan naar hetzelfde helaas .
• ANDREY (9/5): Nice kids friendly apartment - Nice apartment, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, tram and promenade. The flat is very suitable for stays with children—it has all the necessary kids’ tableware (forks, plates, etc.), a potty, and bathroom step stools. There are plenty of children's games as well. The area is quiet, and we didn’t hear any neighbors. A bakery is just a 3-minute walk away, and a large Carrefour supermarket is about 10 minutes on foot. Street parking is free, but it can be hard to find a spot—you may need to park a bit farther from the beach. There are also electric car charging stations nearby. Highly recommended. Attention! A month later, I received a €100 fine for parking on the street where the apartment is located. I checked the official website, and it says that in many residential areas of Ostend, parking is allowed only for local residents. These areas are marked by a standard blue 'residential zone' sign. Please be careful.

• Nathalie (8/5): Appartement très bien situé et disposant de tout l’espace et des équipements nécessaires pour un séjour en famille. - La situation, l’espace, l’équipement, le Confort, la mise à disposition de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Son côté fonctionnel.
• isabelle (10/5): Famille heureuse - L appartement était propre bien équipé aussi bien pour les adultes que les enfants, les propriétaires on vraiment pensé a tout en laissant des info sur les activités possibles a faire les différents transports pour se déplacer. Dommage qu il n y avait pas d ascenseur mais c est vraiment un détail
• Kevin (8/5): Vlot bereikbaar verblijf in rustige buurt en vlak bij het strand en de nodige winkels. - Enorm makkelijk te bereiken vanuit het station met een bus die om de 10 minuten rijdt en bijna vlak voor de deur stopt. Erg dicht bij de zeedijk, maar ver genoeg van de drukte. Veel zaken op wandelafstand zoals supermarkt, bakker, apotheek, ... . Wegbrengen van het afval. 50 cent nodig, wat tegenwoordig niet altijd evident is. Afvalcontainer net iets te ver om te voet te doen. Als je geen wagen hebt, is dit niet optimaal. Als de afvalcontainer defect is, moet je alles weer terug meenemen.

• Weihong (3/5): A disappointing stay with hidden fees, unexpected extra charges, and cleanliness issues. - Self check-in was easy. The room was spacious. Our beds had been made when we came. The neighbourhood was quiet. Even though it was a bit far from Oostende, transportation around the property was convenient. It was my fault that I didn’t notice the bed linens weren’t included in the price. But the host should make this clear in the description instead of hiding it under bathroom facilities (where there was only a brief mention of sheets). We booked this place mainly because it was affordable, but it felt like a scam. The host charged 25 euros for a double-bed linen set, which significantly increased our costs. There were three of us, and we ended up paying 40 euros extra just for bed linens. Moreover, the sofa had sand on it, which was really unpleasant. I will not recommend this place for these reasons!
• Diego (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfect for a nice, affordable stay at the beach. Everything you need is nearby: a big grocery store, a night shop, free parking, bakery and tram stop to the centre. Beach is a 5 min walk. The apartment has everything you need inside. Plus, the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. I've never seen that. There was a problem with the boiler during our stay, and it got fixed within 2 hours. On a Sunday! I can only recommend this place.

• Miroslava (9/5): Recommended - We were returning to this apartment, we new exactly what to expect and we were satisfied. I especially like the board games for children available in the apartment. Also, the tram is very close and free parking is available.

• Miroslava (8/5): Despite the issues, we would book again. Appartment is really nice and comfortable - Location is very convenient: close to the tram and to the beach. Appartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Lot of things are new. In the appartment you find board games for kids. The street is quiet. Free parking is available nearby. We agreed in advance to check in at 2pm, but the landlord did not send us the access code in advance, did not react to multiple calls or messages. After we escalated to Booking, we got the access code around 5:30 pm, which was still within the check in times, but not what was agreed. The landlord offered us to stay longer the next day, which was appreciated. Bed was not made when we came, we needed to call the landlord again to ask for bed linen, altough this was agreed in advance too. Staircase might be very inconvenient for someone (very steep and narrow)
