- Lucas André (10/5): A memorable vacation with the friendliest night shift receptionist. - I had such a fun and memorable stay at this hotel in My Dinh! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable, but honestly, what made my experience special was the night shift receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had such a warm smile that made me feel welcome every time I walked in late at night. We had a few nice chats, and he always made sure everything was perfect for me. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and attentive. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip—I'll be back for sure!

- EF (5/5): Choose wisely - Picked it for a one night stay before a flight because it was allegedly close to the airport and low cost. The bathroom is mouldy, the location is relatively noisy near a billiard hall (??) so you can hear balls crack as they strike for hours. It is a good 30 mins from the airport and not much of interest around it.

What I appreciated most was the location—right next to the Sheraton and very close to the sports complex, stadium, and athletics facilities. It was convenient both for exploring the city and for attending events nearby. Overall, a quiet and pleasant base in Hanoi

It’s only about 300 meters from the National Stadium, the Sports Palace, and the main sports area, which was perfect for my plans. There’s a VinMart right at the entrance of the alley, along with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, and bars. Being close to the Sheraton area was also a nice bonus. Getting to the Old Quarter took just around 15 minutes, making this a great base for exploring the city without feeling too crowded.

Great value for the money.Even thought the hotel is far away from center of Hanoi there’s a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby for your shopping and even some big malls. The hotel is a bit far away from the center of Hanoi so takes around 30 minutes to go there but if you want a bit quieter area it’s good.

- Amine (6/5): Bien si on a minimum 1h30 de trajet aller-retour à sacrifier par jour - J'ai booké une chambre deluxe (photos à l'appuie). Elle était confortable et spacieuse. Beaucoup beaucoup trop loin du centre (45min en voiture (grab) et 30/35 minutes en moto: à intégrer au coût de la nuit à raison de 10€ par jour pour 1 aller retour si on se déplace en voiture et 5€ si on se déplace en moto). Je ne comprends pas comment ça peut être noté 9.6/10 au vu de l'emplacement. J'ai pris ce logement car les avis laissaient penser que l'emplacement et donc que le rapport qualité/ prix/ emplacement était bon. Ça oblige à rester dans le centre toute la journée pour ne pas passer trop de temps dans les déplacements depuis/vers l'hôtel. La chambre est très confortable. Propreté : ok sans plus. Personnel irréprochable, tous très très gentils et serviables.

The soft, yellow lighting and the faint scent of essential oils in the lobby and hallway made it feel so cosy, just like coming home. But the thing that really makes me want to come back is the dedication of the Housekeeping team; I completely forgot a sentimental necklace in the bathroom, and just a couple of hours after check-out, the hotel called to say they’d found it and arranged to send it back. That kind of attention to detail is truly priceless, and it totally won my trust.

A small shame was that the Family Suite was a bit smaller than I thought, and the aircon was a bit temperamental at first, which made the kids a bit whingey. However, I have to give a huge thumbs up to the A89 Rosarian staff for their honesty and quick action. When we reported the fault, a technician was up there checking it out and fixing it completely within just 15 minutes, and they sent a really thoughtful apology. That level of professionalism meant the whole family's experience was still completely spot on and comfy.

- Betty (10/5): Such a Smooth and Friendly Check-In! - I got to the hotel pretty early after a long, tiring flight, but the front desk person working the morning shift greeted me with a huge smile and was super professional. They were quick to help me store my luggage and even recommended a great local coffee shop where I could chill while my room was getting ready. Because of that, the whole check-in experience felt so smooth and welcoming.

- Christine (10/5): - Toen we A89 Rosarian binnenliepen, viel die moderne, jeugdige 'vibe' meteen op. We hebben gelijk een paar relaxte foto's gemaakt in de lobby als aandenken. Omdat we in het weekend bleven, was het best druk, maar het inchecken ging super snel en vlot. De medewerkers daar tipten ons ook nog over een paar geweldige plekken in de buurt om 's avonds laat nog wat te eten, zodat we niet ver hoefden te zoeken. Oh, en we konden ook even gebruikmaken van die grote ruimte op de begane grond om wat online groepswerk te doen. De zithoek was ruim en het licht was perfect—echt handig! Dit hotel is echt een 'must-try' voor jonge mensen die graag op ontdekking gaan!

- Harrison (10/5): - I stayed at A89 Hotel during a business trip near My Dinh Stadium. The location is extremely convenient, just a short distance from the stadium, making transportation very easy. The hotel provides professional meeting room services, fully supporting our work with good equipment and a quiet environment. The room was clean, organized, and the staff were attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting My Dinh for business or events.
- Amelia (10/5): Excellent Staff for Families - The afternoon receptionists, Uyen and Tien, were wonderful. Uyen was friendly and attentive, Tien was very helpful, both spoke excellent English, played with our child, and even helped warm my baby’s milk. Their care made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
- Daniel (10/5): Peaceful City Nights. - The best part is definitely the city view from my room window, especially when all the lights come on at night—it's super romantic. Even though the hotel is right in the middle of a busy downtown area, my room is surprisingly quiet. I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. This is seriously the perfect spot to just chill and get some deep rest after a long day of sightseeing. Nothing.

Quartier calme, belle vue, emplacement pratique près du centre et des restaurants. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, avec un nettoyage quotidien. Je recommande vivement !

- Lê (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Đến nơi thấy còn đẹp hơn trong hình nhiều. Vừa bước vào sảnh đã thấy mùi nước hoa nhẹ nhàng, cực kỳ dễ chịu, thơm từ dưới lên trên chứ không bị nồng chút nào. Khách sạn có chỗ để ô tô miễn phí, bảo vệ trực 24/24 nên buổi tối rất yên tâm. Phòng sạch, thơm, gọn gàng, nhìn đâu cũng thấy tươm tất. Nhà vệ sinh có cửa sổ cực to, mở ra là ánh sáng tự nhiên tràn vào, rất thoáng và dễ chịu. Phòng mình ở nằm góc, có hai mặt thoáng, view nhìn ra đường khá chill. Nói chung là quá ổn so với giá, mình ở một đêm mà cảm thấy rất hài lòng. Nếu khách sạn có thêm bữa sáng nhẹ nữa thì tuyệt sờ là vời luôn

The location is a bit away from the Old Quarter, but honestly, that turned out to be a plus — it’s much quieter and more relaxing, yet still easy to reach by taxi or motorbike. The facilities are clean and modern, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning that actually works properly (a rare find in this price range). The room was spacious, tidy, and smelled fresh. The view from my window was quite nice, overlooking a peaceful street with lots of greenery — a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring Hanoi. What really made the stay special were the staff — super friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They made me feel genuinely welcome, not just like another guest passing through. Overall, a great value for money and a place I’d happily come back to. Highly recommend! If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to include breakfast in the stay — it would make the experience even more complete.
- Emily (10/5): Perfect Stay! - Perfect location! We’ve stayed in the Old Quarter before but loved this area much more. Lots of nice delis and bars nearby, and taxis to other places are cheap. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of hot water for baths, a comfy bed, and good storage. Loved our stay!

- Natalya (10/5): - J'ai récemment participé au Championnat du Monde de Billard qui s'est tenu au Cung Điền Kinh Mỹ Đình, un lieu moderne et bien équipé situé dans le complexe sportif national de Hanoï. L'hôtel où j'ai séjourné était idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l'arène, ce qui m'a permis de me rendre facilement aux matchs et aux séances d'entraînement sans stress. Bien que je n'aie pas obtenu les résultats escomptés cette fois-ci, la proximité de l'hôtel avec le lieu de la compétition a grandement facilité mon séjour. Je prévois déjà de revenir l'année prochaine et je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel pour sa localisation parfaite et son excellent service.

A special thank you to the two lovely receptionists, Uyên and Liên, who were not only beautiful but also incredibly kind and helpful. When I had just arrived in Hanoi and was still unfamiliar with the area, they kindly helped me order food and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm smiles and professional attitude made a lasting impression and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi — you’ll be well looked after here!

Il se trouve à distance de marche du Stade Mỹ Đình et du Complexe National d’Athlétisme Mỹ Đình, ce qui le rend très pratique pour assister à des événements sportifs ou profiter d’activités de plein air. Les rues environnantes sont faciles à parcourir et de nombreux magasins et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent être proches des principaux lieux sportifs et événements de Hanoï, cet hôtel est un choix parfait.

Everything felt new and fully equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
- Ryan Jeffson (10/5): - Receptionisterne er meget venlige, smilende og yderst hjælpsomme. Lobbyområdet er rent og rummeligt, hvilket giver en behagelig følelse fra det øjeblik, man ankommer. Et stort plus er, at hotellet tilbyder gratis tidlig check-in fra kl. 12 (selvom den officielle check-in tid er kl. 14) og hjælper gæsterne med bagagen på en meget omsorgsfuld måde. Værelset er køligt, komfortabelt og veludstyret. Der er også gratis vand, te og kaffe på værelset – en fin detalje. Hvis man vælger et værelse på de højere etager, er udsigten virkelig smuk og afslappende. Jeg er virkelig glad og begejstret for mit ophold her. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen og vil varmt anbefale dette sted til mine venner og familie, så de også kan få en vidunderlig oplevelse.
