• Vallejo (10/5): Roma es muy ruidosa y caótica por el tráfico y el turismo, la ubicación es ideal para descansar. - El departamento está en una zona tranquila, y residencial, me encantó las ventanas amplias, muy buena limpieza, dispone todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa, me encantó que tuviera productos de limpieza, café, sal, en fin todo estuvo muy bien. Igualmente Giancarlo, fue muy amable. En realidad me gusto todo incluido la ubicación, pero para los que no viajamos con auto es un poco difícil tomar buses porque no pasan a las horas indicadas, y llevar compras es bueno hacerlo desde un mercado cerca a la línea de buses y considerar que hay que caminar un poco desde la parada del bus al departamento.
• Saskia (8/5): Mooi en betaalbaar appartement met zwembad (in de zomer) - Fijn zwembad (tot eind september) en toch betaalbaar. Bus naast de deur, met hulp van google maps vind je zo alle verbindingen en kom je makkelijk overal in de stad en terug. Kost vaak wel 30 tot 40 minuten reistijd maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Ruim appartement. Automaat met gekoelde drankjes erg handig. Op loopafstand keuze uit verschillende leuke restaurantjes (variërend van 4 tot 17 minuten lopen). Bidet aanwezig. Rustige ligging in eigen tuin. Bedden waren wat hard en niet heel breed als je er niet als stel in slaapt. Airco in slaapkamer in de nacht niet erg koud waardoor we de deur naar de woonkamer open moesten laten.
• Muñoz Peris (8/5): Acogedor - El sitio es tranquilo y muy agradable. El anfitrión Giancarlo siempre muy atento y a tu disposición. El único problema es que está a 4 km de la ciudad pero tiene piscina y el alojamiento es maravilloso. Sin duda volveré. La distancia hasta el centro de Roma pero eso ya lo sabía

Recomendable 100%. - El apartamento es muy luminoso, está situado en un barrio tranquilo, pero cerca del centro de la ciudad y bien comunicado por transporte público. La urbanización cuenta con una piscina de buen tamaño y en verano, que es cuando nosotros hemos viajado ha sido todo un acierto. Las camas son muy cómodas y a destacar lo limpio que estaba el apartamento al llegar. Giancarlo ha estado en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades. Recomendable 100%.

• Merryn (9/5): Family of 4 in Rome - Everything in this apartment was well thought out. There was space for bags, bedside tables, shelves, and mirrors all in the right place. It was spacious for a family of 4. The air conditioning in both spaces was great. The washing machine was handy. The fridge size was good. It was in an off-road location. The bus stop was near. The owner was a great communicator. The buses were difficult to return home on. If you don't have a car the shops are not close for food.

• J (9/5): Good appartement and easy acces to the city - The appartement is clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Great to be able to cook, have several stores nearby and that the bus stop is less then a 5 minute walk. The pool looked good and wasn’t that busy. Reason for me to stay at this appartement with my 2 teenagers was due to the fact that this location had a pool and was affordable. It’s also an easy ride to the city. Contact with the owner was very pleasant. We’ve always received a swift response when there were questions on my end. Many thanks Giancarlo, for your hospitality.

• Borlan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and has all the facilities you might need for a pleasant stay in Rome: coffee machine, electric oven, laundry washing machine, kitchen tools. The access by car is very easy, few minutes from the motorway. Also, the free parking place is very useful in a city like Rome. To access to the Rome center, you need to use one bus line and the metro. I found a little bit disturbing smell in the bathroom.

• Maja (9/5): Nice and quite neighborhood, and clean appartment - It is really nice neighborhood, quite area so you wake up only hearing birds. Acommadation has it all, comfy beds, towels, dishes in kitchen, hot water with all cosmetics that you need, also the host is nice. The most important thing is that it was clean. It is far from the every tourist place- the problem is on weekends when there is a small amount of buses- but we know it when we booked it. When we was there there were counstriction workes in the apartment across ours so it was noisy- thanks God only for one day, also the building smell a lot on cigarettes, and wi-fi and Tv dont have good reception.
• Laslo (10/5): Rome is fantastic, the apartment is amazing. The host made us feel like home. - The host is an amazing person. Really helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, next to some Hotel resort with tennis courts, and beautiful vegetation. It is 20 m away from the bus stop. It is easy to get here from the Central train station and easy to leave, even during the night (the night bus stops there). The apartment was clean, nicely equipped and have a modern design. We were sad when we had to leave, but surely will come back again.

• Ivan (9/5): Spacious and comfortable place, good location for visitors with a car - Spacious apartment, additional sofa/bed was very comfortable, host was very kind and helpful, there's a wonderful coffee machine that was making really nice espresso. Pictures match the property in reality. Location is good if you are using a car. The toilet is in a narrow part of the bathroom and just against the wall, a bit uncomfortable to use. There is a dedicated private parking lot for the building, but if you are coming late at night, it might be full and you need to improvise.

• Inga (9/5): Superb - Good location to get to city centre, but please note that bus traffic is not reliable. We stayed 1 week, and bus was never according to schedule. We found it easier to walk to Metro station Cornelia by foot (it is 3 bus stops). Apartment is clean, enough space and has all necessary utilities. I appreciated that there was hair dryer. Please note that if you are light sleeper you will hear upstairs neighbor every morning at 07am marching in high heels. That is only disadvantage. Other then that it was excellent place to stay!

The area is very green, quite. Giancarlo is really very nice host. Hi is helping and explaining the thing in a very good way. I would like to say again thanks to him, and if we come back to Rome we will use the same apartment for sure. nothing

• Li-feng (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great place to stay in for people driving to Rome. You can park the car for free, and take a bus touring the city, with the bus stop pretty close by. We found everything we need in the apartment from a washing machine to a coffee maker and much more. Most of all, the apartment owner went to extra lengths to help solve our problem, which made our stay even more comfortable. We strongly recommend it. None
