• Leticia (5/5): Overall the hotel was clean for the most part. The area looks a little sketchy but it was safe nonetheless. - The response time with the host. The air conditioner wasn't working. Even if the air conditioner was working it would take hours to cool the room down. Because of the size of the room and the location of the unit. Also the fridge didn't work so our drinks was hot and my protein milk spoiled.

• Zamponi (9/5): Superb - We stayed at 247 Luxury Rooms Trastevere for 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right across from a tram stop, which made getting around Rome super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern, with great air conditioning which was a huge plus during the hot summer days! It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

• Clelia (10/5): Exceptional - Very good sized room with a kettle and coffee machine in the room, a shared kitchenette outside and location. The host was very proactive and reached out ahead of arrival to explain check-in procedures and made sure we were all settled once arrived. We had a few questions on towels and mattress, which were promptly answered, and any requests immediately resolved.
• Aref (7/5): Budget apartment near travestere - Communication with staff was excellent. Room is pretty much equipped and beds are comfortable. It’s basically a 5 bedroom apartment converted to hotel. Rooms are all next to each other and guest entering the building are often very loud and drunk. Also being next to the main road means you get the noise outside at night. Otherwise it’s a budget accommodation near the town centre. You get what you pay for so don’t raise your expectations too much about here.
• Davies (8/5): Very good overall - Staff were nice, attentive and responsive. Location was good as it was literally outside tram station and was very close to two supermarkets and nice, affordable coffee shops. This is basically an apartment in a building that has been turned into 4 room guest house. The rest of the building is used by other residents. Room we stayed in, was nice, clean, simply decorated. It had a coffee machine and a fridge which was very nice and the kitchen provided cups, plates and cutlery. There was even a milk frother in the kitchen which we enjoyed using a lot. We used the room make up service twice during our stay and the cleaner was very lovely and did our room up nicely every time. The worse thing about this place was the Wi-Fi. we were in the room furthest from the router and in there we could not really access it on more than one device at a time and it was very slow and patchy. The noise from the road was a nuisance but did not bother us too much. Oh and the hot water when in use made a very strange repetitive sound in the whole room. Another low point was that although there was a two hob cooker in the kitchen, it was not connected to electricity and no pans and cooking stuff provided. Kitchen only had a microwave for warming up food. No cooking facility whatsoever. And lastly the pillows were very stiff and we found them too uncomfortable as we were used to soft plump pillows.

A lot of information provided by him and it will help you with everything you need to. Very clean apartment and very easy to get to Colosseum with the tram station just in front of the building. Best price for the area you’re staying and few tram stations to Vatican too. Definitely when come back to Rome to take consideration to stay there again.❤️

Slippers and nice treats are provided. Everything is new. Small kitchen for guests. Laundry and many stores and cafes all around. Including nice Supermarket very close, Conad mercado. Great staff, very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Streets could be tidier. Kids spray paint everything, but it's a very good area.

The property is at the area of Trastevere where you have plenty of options for food and drinks. There is tram and bus stop right outside of the door , with access to the city center and attractions like Colosseum . Totally recommend it, looking forward for my next visit there .

Check-in was convenient, and he allowed us to leave luggage for keeping after check-out. The apartment was pleasant and clean. It's a short walking distance from the Trastevere train station, and there are cafes nearby. The neighborhood itself isn't very interesting, and for all I can tell is not a very short walking distance from a place that is (head north to the main area of Trastevere).

Cafe below us. easy walk to several places to eat. Il Matto 5min. Nona Nelly excellent pizza. Treefolk a great Irish Pub and a Gastropub which was actually a German brauhaus. all had excellent food. groceries in the area. Aaron arranged for an Uber to take us to the airport with pick up at 4am. Smooth ride. paid 90E with Visa or 80E cash. able to take the local train from Trastevere to St Pietro station to go to Vatican. note the Google maps shows to apartment on the left side of the street it's on the right. felt safe walking at night for dinner. nothing.

• Mehrshaad (7/5): Good - The location is very close to the Trastevere train station. The staff was very helpful and supportive. There are several rooms in an apartment. Our room was quite small and looked dirty. We could hear the other rooms and any time when someone came and left the apartment. The bathroom was not nice.
• Kirshenblatt (9/5): We loved our stay in Trastevere! - We loved the location. There was a major train station that connected from the central terminal and the airprot only a 5 min walk away. There was a larger fridge freezer in the common area for us to store anything additional to our mini fridge! We also had a really affordable and convenient restauarant cafe just downstairs. As well as a general store downstairs as well that came in handy. The location is on a central bus route and you can get to the colossus via public transit in 20 mins! As well lots of affordable (relative to rest of Rome!) and great restaurants nearby! Our host was amazing and helpful with everything we needed, answering messages from WhatsApp suggesting best method of transport for different destinations Room walls were thin so we could hear the street traffic and sirens at times!
• Jakub (10/5): 100% would stay again - The owner is great, very helpful, we had a small plumbing problem but he came right away (at 9pm) and fixed everything. Perfect location, 2-3 kms to all the sights. Good air conditioning. Nice common area with a small kitchen. Direct train to airport (7min walk to the station, 30min trainride. Could hear people in the hall a little, but nothing major and we couldn’t hear anything from the other rooms. The owner also provided earplugs in the bathroom.

Floor was dirty, I slipped trying to get out the shower and nearly hurt myself badly thankfully my husband was there to catch me. Toilet/water system was incredibly noisy.

Room was quite and had air conditioner. The bathroom was really outdated. It was making noises during the night and while showering. Unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom. We love walking so actually even walked to the Colosseum and Spanish Steps. The flashing tv screen across the road. Had to keep the bathroom door closed at night, otherwise the room was perfect for us.

• Evelin (8/5): Highly recommend - Great location, walking distance (5 mins) from Trastevere station. Also not too far to the city and tourists destinations, about 25 mins walk. If you want to take public transport, Metro stop in front and the bus stop nearby. The room itself is very clean, they provide kettle, coffee machine with lots of types of coffee and tea as well as water. The common room has microwave, sink cutlery, pots and pans if you need to make something to eat. The owner is really nice, always checking to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Self Check in and check out was easy and fast. Just the housekeepers need to level up the standard of cleaning, as we noticed the floor never been cleaned for the 4 nights we stayed there (The first night was very clean)

Also, it has big advantage- in our room there is a balcony into inner yard, it was nice to have a drink there:-) The owner and other staff are also very nice, polite and kind. Everything is fine. Might be a little noise into the toilet. However, it hasn’t bothered.

• Maisha (7/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The hotel is right next to the bus stop, tram stop, and a short walk from the train station where you can also hail a taxi. Ideal for anyone who wants to stay in the center. It's easy to reach, which after being out all day or having a late night, is very nice. The room was also spacious and comfortable as well. I understand that when converting spaces that weren't originally designed to be bathrooms, you have to get creative and use special equipment. That being said, the sound the pump made every time the shower or sink was running was a bit startling at first. And, the toilet wasn't clearing completely after each use...making it unpleasant when you return a while later and go to use the facilities and it looks as though someone...ugh, beat you to it and forgot to flush.
• Emiliano (8/5): Very good - Large and comfortable room very close to the restaurant and bars of Trastevere. Good value for money. There is an espresso machine with a generous amount of coffee provided for the morning and the room was very clean. The car park they recommend is very convenient in this area where street parking is not really a viable option. The road next to the accommodation is very busy and quite noisy. It didn’t really bother us but light sleepers might find it hard to sleep. They provide ear plugs

• Omar (7/5): Ok Stay, does the job if you only want to sleep - Is a quiet place and you see a lot more local live. You have a whatsapp to text in the main hours, but a bit of a human contact during check-in and check-out would make a difference The building is a bit old, the rooms are in an apartment area and it feels like if it was a bit of a hostel, but the name and the price of the rooms indicate as if it was a higher quality product, there is no luxury in the rooms
