• john (9/5): Overall, very good experience great location, great staff very clean safe area - The property was very well kept, it was pretty. It felt like an upscale hotel. The location was great easy walk to Clifton Hill restaurants in the Falls safe location. The staff was fantastic. The beds weren’t terrible, but they weren’t great Either and the gym leaves a little to be desired. Much better gym’s at Holiday Inn express

Room was amazing. Breakfast in bed a real treat. Staff were wonderful. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub and an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long haul flight the night before and then the drive from Toronto. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Just wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you! We loved Niagara and will definitely return. Nothing.

• James (10/5): A short stay, but a mighty one! - We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with superb facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — very spacious, beautifully designed and with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury. Everything felt stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to others. We couldn’t possibly comment as we loved it from start to finish.

• Lucy (9/5): Highly recommend due to price, location and cleanliness - Stayed here for 3 nights, amazing experience. Its a great location, within short walking distance of so much including the falls, Clifton hills, so many restaurants, sky wheel, skylon, zip line, casinos, almost everything. The manager was at the front desk when we arrived and told us that she was upgrading our room to a suite for our stay for no reason at all and no charge. They have a very nice restaurant as part of the hotel. Highly recommend trying it. The room was amazing. Parking was reasonably priced, 18 dollars per day. A lot of hotels closer to the falls are much more for a room and parking and they're much lower quality in my opinion. Complimentary breakfast brought to room every morning- very light and healthy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that's just wanting to have a simple trip, nice hotel, reasonably priced, and be within walking distance of the falls and other nearby activities. Did not find the pillows or bed particularly comfortable but that was just our preference. Wish there were more options for the complimentary breakfast but still very nice.

• BERNARD (8/5): This is a good spot to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. It's a short enough walk to everything. - The staff were very helpful and attentive. The included "breakfast in bed" was continental, but very good. The room was clean and spacious, with a king bed and a steam shower. There were bathrobes and slippers included. The tiles in the shower showed some spots where the grout had dissolved. The instructions for the use of the steam shower could have been posted somewhere close to the shower. The bathrobes and slippers were a small size, which fit my wife, but not me.

• Kai (10/5): Beautiful property, very kind staff, and cozy atmosphere. Location is near everything you want to see. - We will stay here every time we visit. The location was excellent for us. Lots of food nearby, boat to the falls is a short few minute walk away. Do note this location is a note close to Horseshoe falls / table rock center for accessibility, but we were fine walking or taking the bus. Paid parking on the property was nice and secure. Room was amazing and cozy, the fireplace was a plus. Staff were all so sweet. Breakfast was terrific. The restaurants food is outstanding. Highly recommend. Everything was great. Noise can be a bit a sometimes with the front doors slamming late at night (1am+) but it was ok for us.

The hotel was easy to reach and is in walking distance to Cliffton Hill. Also we visited the AG Restaurant which you can reach directly from the Hotel and it was a wonderful evening with very good food and great wines from the region. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we would visit again any time.

Le petit déjeuner inclus dans la réservation était servi dans la chambre, il était très qualitatif. L’équipe était bien veillante et nous a même permis d’accéder au parking quelques heures avant notre Check in. Niveau localisation nous étions à 10-15 minutes à pied des chutes. Je recommande sans hésiter cette hôtel !

Our room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is clean and although we wanted to try the restaurant, we didn’t have a chance as a conflicted with our show schedule. We will be back to try the restaurant. Breakfast in bed was lovely. Bed was very firm which we liked but may not be for everyone. A small table with 2 chairs would have been nice to have breakfast at. While I understand, the breakfast is supposed to be in bed, it proves to be a little messy.

• Dominick (10/5): Great stay at Sterling Inn & Spa - We had a great stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa. Our stay truly exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and included a jacuzzi, which we used every day :) The hotel is situated at a good location, a short walk from the Falls. We came here right after I proposed to my girlfriend, so for us it was a special moment. O ur stay at the hotel really upgraded our experience in Niagara Falls.

• Shirly (10/5): Luxury Hotel in Niagara Falls - This hotel is top of the line in Niagara Falls ! Definitely a BOUTIQUE Hotel . The Steam / Sauna showers in the room are beyond relaxing ! The high coffee beds ..sublime ..the service in bed BREAKFAST absolutely perfect with more than a continental served in resteraunts . Also the lobby has fresh water and a coffee station available..perfect for a hot or cold day! And the staff are ALWAYS friendly/ professional and accomadating to any extra needs. There are no negatives at this hotel !

The breakfast was fresh and super yummy. FENNOMENAL. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. But minor things worth mentioning: the room didn't have some kind of a table to sit at for a breakfast, and to have it in bed is also uncomfortable, cause there is no stand you can use on the bed. It would be super nice if there was a table, especially that the room size allows it.

My husband and I stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa from April 18–19 for a short anniversary getaway, and it was truly incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were given a spacious, spotless room with a huge soaking tub, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Everything was incredibly clean, and it easily became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What really stood out was the attention to detail, they went the extra mile to make our anniversary feel special and memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better, just about a 10-minute walk to the falls and close to many great restaurants. The room was quiet and very relaxing, and the amenities had everything we needed, even slippers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not too firm, but still very supportive. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music and a pleasant scent throughout the hotel that made everything feel even more peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you’re reading this and considering booking, take this as your sign, you won’t regret it! If I have to nitpick anything, probably the parking is not free.

• Suplat (10/5): Everything you need in one place. - The room was huge and we got upgraded to a king suite for the 2 night duration! It was very clean and comfortable. There was a couple tv's in the room and a pullout couch. There was free specialty coffee as well as lemon water and a tea selection. I am not a fan of specialty coffee but the staff had me covered! I drank regular coffee from the staff office. The staff always had a big smile and we're very helpful when it came to finding attractions to go too. Breakfast in bed was an amazing touch. Definitely will be back to this location. I did not go to the restaurant in the building but the food looked amazing.

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gut gepflegt und erhalten. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstück aufs Zimmer geliefert. Der Parkplatz war teuer mit 18 dollar für einen nicht überwachten Stellplatz. Bei dem Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl gewünscht und Beschreibung, was wir da erhalten haben.

• Aivaras (1/5): Severe noise issue (machinery), not addressed by staff. - Spacious rooms, modern interior. Severe noise issue made the room uninhabitable. Loud mechanical sound (approx. 60–80 dB) and strong vibrations coming from a locked adjacent space—objects on the table were moving. Staff confirmed it was machinery and offered only earplugs; no alternative room was available. No refund. We had to leave late evening and find another hotel. No facilities used. Very disappointing, especially in the final month of pregnancy.

The cleanliness and comfort of the facility and our room. Staff was noisy during cleaning time. Last day of visit our visit we were awakened by construction in the unit next door. 8:45am. Called front desk and they were to take care of it. At 10:30 am construction started again. Banging through the walls. In the shower and the wall connecting where our bed was. That made me angry because they had to know we had not checked out because our do not disturb sign was posted on our door.
