• Lena Sophia (8/5): - Pretty good room for a short stay! Beds might be a little short for tall people (for reference I'm 1,75m)
• Bühler (1/5): Horror - Aufgrund der hohen Bewertungspunkte gebucht. Beim hinlaufen zur Unterkunft bereits ein mulmiges Gefühl. Viele suspekte Gestalten in der Umgebung. In der Unterkunft stank es grauenhaft wie in einer Kloake und muffig, schimmlig. Nicht wie beschrieben. Bettlaken fleckig und zerknittert, Schampooflasche leer (entweder keine hinstellen oder was drin....). Kissen und Bettdecke nur dünne Laken. Bett hat gestunken als ob es seit Wochen nicht mehr gewaschen wurde. In einem Ecken eine Mikrowelle als Dekoration kein Stromanschluss in der Nähe. Wir versuchten erst zu schlafen aber es hat uns fast gewürgt aus Ekel im Bett. Tochter 13 war sehr verängstigt. Der Lärm von der Straße und im Haus war beunruhigend. Notfallmäßig eine neue Unterkunft gebucht in der Nacht mit Mehrkosten. Taxifahrer wollte nicht aussteigen und ließ den Motor laufen. Hinterher wussten wir wieso: Gegend nicht so sicher. Genau einen Monat vorher hat es direkt gegenüber eine Schießerei gegeben. Betreiber weigert sich das Geld zurück zu erstatten, hat dafür die Buchung selbst storniert und bereits einem neuen Opfer vermietet.

• Mirela (10/5): Tive uma estadia maravilhosa, fiquei muito satisfeito e com certeza voltaria! - Gostei muito da acomodação, tudo estava limpo, organizado e confortável. O ambiente é tranquilo e agradável, perfeito para descansar. A localização também é muito boa e facilitou bastante minha estadia. Não tenho pontos negativos a destacar, minha experiência foi excelente.

• Diana (8/5): Excellent value for money, I’d stay again. - Excellent value for money. Easy to find. Reasonably quiet. I didn’t use them as my stay was brief, but great facilities if you were in London for. A few days. Strong smell of mould in the hallway, but not in the room - so no big deal.

• Peace (1/5): Rubbish… Do not stay here - It was close to the venue for the purpose of my visit. I was aware of the area it was situated which didn’t bother me at all..you can access buses and shops easily. Just one bus to the train station. An absolute shitshow. I should have known because the host never responded to any reviews dropped by visitors. The room was as if someone pick up the visible rubbish from the floor. I found used tissue in the toilet without being flushed. The kettle was disgusting and unclean. The cookware is worn out and dirty. The microwave was dirty. It is as if the host just comes in to take out the rubbish for the next client. There is no property care of property.. there are stain spots and hairs strands on bed linen and bathroom sink. I literally had to go buy sheets and towels because I couldn’t trust anything in that apartment. This is clearly about money making for this host. The room is so small to be in the condition.. there are molds everywhere in the bathroom ceiling… the mold by the door was painted and not even dealt with properly..there wasn’t even a room brush to clean.. all complaints from visitors are still unattended to. I should have know better

Bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from previous occupants and was full of urine soaked tissues. Thin walls and could hear neighbouring occupants who played loud music. A mirror in the bedroom is needed. No glasses in kitchen. Oven dirty. Mugs provided dirty/chipped inside.

• Jos (10/5): Clean and comfortable, perfect for the purpose of our trip. - It was super clean, and really modern! Hasan was really helpful too with fast response times with any help I needed. The location wasn’t the greatest. However, we knew about this beforehand and it was absolutely fine for the purpose of our stay.
• Bao Han (8/5): It was good and affordable. - It’s very affordable considering it’s in London and the room is spacious for 3 people. They gave us clean towels. There’s also a washing machine outside the room so it’s convenient for people who are staying longer. The bathroom was clean. The room looked like the photos on the website. The water pressure in the shower is not good and it’s very hard to turn the shower lever to turn off the water or to change the water heads.

• Soraia (7/5): - A proximidade com uma estação de metro. É possível ouvir-se tudo o que se passa no apartamento ao lado e na rua, o que dificulta o descanso. Além de que, como não existem cortinados, o apartamento tem sempre bastante luz.

• Karen (8/5): - Struttura piccola ma accogliente, a 10 minuti dalla linea Piccadilly e con autobus a 5 minuti. Hanno fornito anche shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani. Mancanza di fornelli, se non un piccolo fornello elettrico.

• Rebeca (8/5): Muy limpio un poco pequeña pero aceptable cerca del metro - Estaba muy limpio y aunque los comentarios decían que no tenía frigorífico sí que lo tenía lo que es muy útil. Muchos enchufes lo cual es cómodo Muy bien las instrucciones para llegar Se escucha todo dls habitación de arriba y de al lado y unos días que hubo alojado un niño que lloraba parecía que lo teníamos en la cama de al lado. El barrio no es lo mejor pero no está mal a diez minutos caminando del metro. Hubiese estado bien algún cambio de toallas ya que me alojé 8 noches y la ventana no cerraba del todo por lo que haciendo calor no fue un problema pero con frío entiendo que si Un poco pequeña la habitación ya que no hay donde colgar las cosas o poner las maletas

• Corrie (5/5): Affordable place in a location with a few transport options - Location wise - short walk away from Turnpike underground station. Clean - apart from the extractor fan in the bathroom the accommodation was really clean. Room was overly hot which led to the windows being opened which in turn allowed in the sound from the street making it difficult to sleep. I feel like there needs to be more appliances available like a tv or a mini fridge not just a microwave. The digital lock on the main door wouldn’t always open once the correct pin was entered. It was as if it was jammed, took several attempts to get in occasion.

Very clean and basically new accomodation. We had wifi which was a bonus. We stayed on the top floor. It was so so hot in was u bearable. We had a fan but that didnt do much. Also there was a window but we couldn’t open wide enough because there was another house next to us and the window was so close that you literally could climb over so that wasnt ideal as people could see what we was doing and we could see and hear everything they was doing. Our room had no tv, no fridge, only random washing machine.

• Vilde (8/5): Nice location, over all very happy. - The communication with the host was excellent, they made sure I had all the codes and stuff ready before I arrived. He follows up nicely. The beds were great, and the view waa pleasant. We made great use of the small table with chairs to eat breakfast together in the room. The linen was clean and smelled nice too. There are a bunch of small corner-stores around that's perfect for picking up late-night snacks and cold waters and drinks. The check in and check out went smoothly with good communication. - It gets really warm during the summer, there was a floor fan when we got there but it didn't help much. Not something the host can do about it, but just a small heads up. - The room could've been in need of some hooks where you can hang your jackets etc.

Would stay again if visiting that side of London again. Really close to Turnpike tube and bus routes. It was everything we needed for one night.

• Dominic (7/5): Easy staying place, no fusss and did a Job for the weekend. - The property was very clean and was in a good location, the owner was good at communicating. Unfortunately there is no air con and there isn’t a fan, we happened to be staying on a very hot day and it was a struggle to sleep as it was that hot. This is the only negative about the place.

You’re provided with a kettle and microwave, but no fridge. Also, no teabags / coffee or water. Even just enough for one drink. If you bought your own, there would be nowhere to store the milk. Apart from that - perfect stay!

• Jeferson (6/5): Pleasant - Bus stop in front of the property, price okay for London. We stayed at this hotel recently and while there were some positives, a few things could definitely be improved. When we arrived, we noticed that the room only had two towels even though we were three guests. We ended up sharing, which wasn’t ideal. The next day, a third towel was provided, but unfortunately, it had a white stain and didn’t smell very fresh. In general, the towels could be cleaner and better maintained. The room itself was very noisy, located right on a busy street. Even with the windows closed, we could hear everything from outside, which made the first night especially difficult to sleep. We could also hear loud guests in the neighboring room. Some soundproofing would really help improve the experience. The room was generally clean, but the wardrobe had visible dust inside and some old items that had been left behind. It felt like that area hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly. Another issue was the temperature—despite having the heater off, the room was quite hot and stuffy. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it would really benefit from more attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and comfort

• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and modern room. Easy check-in and pretty spacious. The owner only provided 2 towels even though we booked for 4 people. We asked for him to provide them for us but he did not at any point bring us towels. There was also loud noise during the night as there is a restaurant with loud music through the evening and night. I understand that this might not be the owner’s fault but it is something to be weary of.
• Christine (5/5): Do not stay in Turnpike Lane. - It is walking distance to Piccadilly line and convenient to airport. It was clean and refurbished. Suburb was extremely rough and dangerous. The only ventilation was to open windows and hear people screaming, revving cars and police sirens all night. Significantly smaller room than the 40m square advertised - more like 15m.
• Rye (8/5): Great value - Very clean, felt safe, met basic needs! It could have had more. TV, a fridge, more cups, plates, knives and forks.

• Frances (5/5): Very cold but good value for money - Fresh smelling sheets and towels. Good amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. It was freezing cold on arrival and the small radiator was not big enough for the whole room. It took over 24 hours to eventually get to a passable temperature after they told me I could turn up the thermostat. They provided a paper thin duvet not much thicker than a sheet with no blankets. I slept with my outdoor coat on the first night, it was insanely cold and uncomfortable.
• Aşkın (8/5): I will stay the same place in the future for sure - The room was spotless, the internet was so fast, the heating system worked perfectly, the instructions for door codes were clear, there were coffee machine and cattle, communication with the host was friendly and fast The pillows on the bed smelled bad, I found a clean one in the cupboard and had to use it. There was shampoo in the bath but the body shower gel bottle was empty.

• Rebecca (6/5): OK for 1 night - Good location for ally pally. Nice area, close to tube. Room very small and clean but big damp patch on wall. Photos showed coffee maker and kettle but no tea or coffee provided so a bit misleading. Shower and bathroom really nice but let down by a broken toilet seat. Host had good communication via app. Seemed a lot of money for such basic amenities.
• Sally (6/5): clean and tidy but felt unfinished - the room was clean and bright . Luckily a 23hr grocery store across the road to buy food , drinking glasses and cutlery as this was all missing. It was only a 10 min walk to the tube. There is a good restaurant underneath but this was closed on a Sat night ! There was no cutlery ( tea spoon , plate , fork) or fridge . There was no bed side light, so its bright ....or nothing . No spare pillow covers for the extra pillows . No door handle . No fire escape procedure. It felt unfinished. If these things get sorted it would have been fine.

• Sarah (8/5): Ideal for a short stay in North London. - All new. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Could do with a couple of side lights. Maybe drinking glasses and teaspoon. First flight of stairs really need a handrail. It'll be great when it's finished... door handles etc.
