- Wayne (9/5): A lovely stay, I would do it again if I visit Miami. - I liked the facilities provided and the instructions about local services and attractions written in the folder. Everything needed for a short stay was there. Finding the location was a bit of a struggle and getting into the property with the lockbox and door entry code was difficult at first. These were small issues that I think had more to do with me than the host or the property.

The unit is very comfortable, clean, and clearly brand new — all furnishings and appliances are of high quality and very well maintained. The space is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A big plus is the small private yard, which adds to the overall comfort and privacy. The air conditioning works perfectly, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the entire place feels cozy and welcoming. Parking availability is also a great convenience. The only minor downside is that the sound insulation could be slightly better, as occasional conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard. However, this did not significantly affect the overall experience.

- Margarette (10/5): Stellar - Perfect. The property had everything I needed. Very close to the Hard Rock Stadium if you’re going for the F1 weekend. A little bit further out from the beach but not really a big issue.
