• Maureen (10/5): Perfect stay in Venice! - This is a fantastic stay in Venice! So close to the train station, it's easy to get here and drop your luggage without having to lug it through complex streets or multiple bridges. Great hosts, Rinata was at the desk when I checked in and gave me some fantastic aperitivo and lunch / dinner recommendations! The room was the perfect size for my friend and I, with a great bathroom. Nothing to report, loved this stay!

• Takahiro (10/5): ベネチア最高 - ベネチア旅行に最高の立地： 駅からとても近く、建物もすぐに見つけやすかったです。周辺の治安も非常に良く、安心して過ごせました。 「駅から近い」最大のメリット： ベネチアは街自体がコンパクトなので、主要な観光地へも徒歩20〜30分ほどで行けます。街中は階段を上り下りする橋が非常に多いため、駅から近いこの宿はスーツケース移動の面でも本当に大正解でした。もし駅から遠い宿だと、大混雑する水上バス（ヴァポレット）に乗るか、高額な水上タクシーをチャーターせざるを得なくなるので、ここに泊まる価値は非常に高いです。 清潔で素敵なお部屋： お部屋はどこを見ても綺麗に掃除されており、素晴らしく快適な空間でした。シャワーなどの水回りも良かったです。 迅速で誠実な対応： 滞在中にWi-Fiがよく切断してしまうトラブルがあったのですが、ホストに連絡するとすぐに動いてくださり、素早く解決してくれました。トラブル時の対応がスピーディーでとても安心できました。 特になかったです

• KEN (10/5): とても満足です。また機会があればよろしくお願いします。 - メッセージでやり取りをしていたのでチェックインはスムーズにできました。 また、英語が少しだけ出来るというと分かりやすい英語と日本語訳された説明ガイドを渡してくれたので良かったです。 サンタルチーア駅から徒歩10分ほどなので、駅からの立地は良いです。 ただ、サンマルコ広場までは30分ほど歩かなければならず、気軽に往復は出来ないです。 荷物は宿のすぐ近くに預ける所があり、チェックアウトの後もそこを利用させて貰えました。 朝食はつけませんでしたが、軽く食べれるものと水やコーヒーメーカーが用意されています。 今回は別室に専用バスルームがある所に泊まりました。他に同じ形式の部屋があり、人によっては生活音が気になるかもしれません。幸い？か防音がしっかりしているのかはわかりませんが、滞在中にうるさいと思うことはありませんでした。 ２泊しましたが、清掃やタオル交換、水の補充はきちんとされていました。 駅から宿までの間に大きな橋があり、重い荷物がある人は大変だと思います。 部屋も２階にあり、エレベーターは無いので注意して下さい。

• Humberto (9/5): Excelente elección calidad precio - El alojamiento esta muy cerca a la estación de tren de Venecia, se puede llegar caminando a pocos minutos. Se comunicaron antes del alojamiento para poder darnos indicaciones de como llegar, donde se guardan las maletas y nos dieron algunos bocadillos complementarios al llegar, muy buena atención por parte del personal, todos muy atentos. La habitación cuenta con todos los servicios mencionados en la descripción. En general no tuvimos inconvenientes con el alojamiento, cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

• Shinan (10/5): 非常愉快 - 首先，房东非常热情，会提前联系，告知入住的相关事宜和如何减免威尼斯的城市费。其次公寓的位置非常好，离火车站几分钟的路程，公寓所处的位置很安静，晚上休息不会被吵到。最后公寓里设施很齐全，我是一个人，所以住的带卫生间的房间，房间里有个小冰箱，nina还会每天提供早餐小零食和更换毛巾，整理房间，所以住的相当开心。如果再来威尼斯，我还会住在这里。

La camera era pulita, comoda e dotata di patio esterno. La signora omaggia di una piccola colazione in camera ed il servizio bagagli è gratuito. Posizione struttura ottimale a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Il posto è tranquillo. Consigliatissimo!!

Would surely recommend. - Property is lovely, staff lovely, room was spacious, everything you need plus little extra, fridge in room, kettle, coffee maker and little snack treats supplied (even refilled). 6 mins from bus stop from transfer, 4 mins from nearest water bus. Bathroom was very very nice. Only the fact that rooms 1 and 2 have their bathroom next door to the room. Which is absolutely fine, but means it’s a little awkward bumping into another guest with a towel wrapped around you. Room 1 could have its access knocked through into the room.

• Stefanie (9/5): Tolles Zimmer alls was man bucht und noch mehr - Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, ruhige Lage in der Nähe das Bahnhofes auch für Ausflüge in die Ungebung gut geeignet, etwas weiter zur Innenstadt aber mit den Bootsanleger in der Nähe kein Problem. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ums Eck und von der Gastgeberin noch jeden Tag ein kleines italienisches Frühstrück gratis mit dazu im Zimmer. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrungsmöglichkeit vor bzw. nach dem Check-in. Alles reibungslos funktioniert. Grazie mille

• Alesandrina (10/5): Lovely B&B, great location, and friendly host! - The location was perfect, really close to the station and also very easy to explore the city from. The room was very clean and had extra touches which were nice, like a good coffee machine and free breakfast snacks. Nina was really helpful and communicative beforehand and upon our arrival. There's also a space to leave luggage on the check-out day which was extremely appreciated.

• Rodriguez (10/5): Sin dudarlo vayan a lo de Nina - Excelente, muy cerquita de la estación! Para quienes viajamos con mucho equipaje es súper cómodo. La habitación súper espaciosa. El baño estaba exterior pero al lado de nuestra puerta así que no fue nada incómodo. Tienen un lugar para dejar tu equipaje luego del check out, eso nos permitió recorrer todo un día más! Todos los días nos dejaban un desayuno seco, con té café y biscotti. Además tienen cafetera, pava eléctrica y heladerita. Todo excelente!! Sin dudas volveríamos

Nous pouvions communiquer avec le chat de booking lorsque nous avions des questions, nous avons obtenu très rapidement une réponse. La chambre était calme et propre. Nous avions un studio, le petit déjeuner n'était pas proposé. Mais des petits snacks étaient déposés tous les jours. Un local à bagages sécurisé était disponible pour y laisser nos affaires durant la dernière journée. La localisation en plein centre de Venise était vraiment idéale. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'il s'agit d'un B&B. Mais les snacks déposés dans notre chambre ont très bien compensé.

They also gave us free food and drinks both mornings which was very nice of them. Brilliant location for the train/bus stations. Very clean and smart apartment, lovely shower and bathroom.

• Barbara (9/5): - Great position, close to the station, Piazzale Roma (bus to/from the airport) and the centre; you can walk everywhere. The staff and the owner were very friendly. The room was basic but nice. A bit expensive for what you get, but that's Venice. It says "b&b", but it is just a room (the breakfast part is missing). There is a coffee machine, tea, and some cookies in the room (which was nice), but do not expect to find a full breakfast option. The bathroom is quite small (but very new).

• ppplevoal (9/5): - Прекрасное впечатление от отдыха и проживания в отеле. Локация замечательная, близко от авто, жд вокзала и станций водного транспорта. Чудесно встретила Рината. Объяснила как добраться, помогала в дороге, всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на вопросы и просьбы. Немного не привычно, что туалет в общем коридоре, но это не доставило особых неудобств. Очень вкусный кофе в номере, печенье, вода. Все в отеле чисто и опрятно. Смутило отсутствие пододеяльника или простыни, но считаю это мелочью. Чувствуется, что одеяла хорошо простиранны. Ещё, очень удобно, что можно оставить багаж в камере хранения буквально в соседнем доме. Сама Нина все показала и помогла. Большое спасибо за прекрасно проведённое время!

Close e - Location is excellent. 5 minute walk to the train station where everything is. View out the single window wasn’t very good but we weren’t there to look out the window.
