• Jennifer (6/5): Good location, improvements required - Location was good. Plenty of shops nearby. Bed was good, clean white sheets and good towels. Walk in shower was good and good hot water. Dishes and cutlery were not clean on arrival. Dishwasher didn't wash well. Only one roll of toilet paper for four nights, shampoo, soap only enough for one night, not four as we booked. Not enough dish washing liquid for hand washing as dish washer was not good. Air conditioner did not work. No fly screens on doors, unable to have fresh air in room over night. if you opened the door there was no security.

Left a list of small things needed to be addressed. Light globe in kitchen not working, double doors to main bedroom don’t meet at bottom.

Stained balcony tiles. Whole interior needs a paint. Furniture knocked about. Bed excruciatingly uncomfortable. No soap holders in shower. Garage worst ever parking space.

• Chris (8/5): Great stay and getaway with girlfriends - The apartment was great for us. We had a great time with the vicinity of shops, restaurants and park. Location is awesome. Cleanliness wasn’t really good - toilet still had hair on the floor, and a bit mouldy. The apartment needed fixing in some parts like the sideboard was rotting on the inside. The apartment is really comfortable. Great to have parking available to us.

• Diane (8/5): Great location, clean and well appointed apartment (number 13) - Perfect walking distance to shops, very close - 100m The apartment (13 )was well equipped, beds were comfy, spacious bathrooms Off street secure parking under the building The area is lovely and quiet The carpets were clean but heavily stained, but did not take bother us at all.
• Cheryl (6/5): Location was great but I would stay there again, there are better options fit the price. - Location Carpets were dirty, one bathroom had nowhere to store anything nor did it have a PowerPoint. Neither bathroom had a vanity as they were both too small. There was no hairdryer. There could have been simple things like salt/ pepper, jug, clean chopping board. It was very sparse on those things that make short stays easy.

The location was great (easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, lake) Some maintenance is required, but nothing that disrupted our stay.

Even the Nat'l Library, Gallery and Portrait Gallery are easily walkable in a loop including lakeside. Kingston Shore / glassworks.and Manuka are walking distance Parking for 2 cars. Perfect for frinds to gather from Melb / Sydney. Food / coffee preparation facilities excellent.

Neither apartment had coffee making facilities. Apartment 8 was missing bulb in bedside light. Apartment 8 had no batteries in remotes for Air Con. & TV in bedroom.

• Ben (3/5): Great apartment but poorly managed - Great location. Comfortable, warm and with everything you need to cook with. Good parking, but would be very tight access for 4x4 or large car. Our checkin was out of office hours. Instructions to check in were hard to follow. We called the after hours number and got a person who seemed annoyed that I called and did their best to be unhelpful. You are operating an accommodation service, yet your check in instructions are far from clear, and your inability to help me find the place is below the basic level of service anyone would expect. Telling me to “ just read the pack” is frankly rude.

• Patty (9/5): Superb - We checked in after hours and access to keys and the apartment went smoothly. Location was great. The apartment itself was fabulous. No spare blankets in the main bedroom. It was quite cold on Saturday night and another blanket would have been welcome.
• Tim (8/5): Good apartment in a great location - The property is in a great location, close to a variety of restaurants and a very good supermarket. It was well laid out and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. There was no place for us to put our bathroom wetpacks. Not a problem perhaps for a long stay where you fully unpack, but awkward for our short stay. We didn't use the balcony as it is very overlooked by other apartments and has no shade/weather cover.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Wonderful stay and apartment is a quiet location, close to cafes and shops - We loved the location of the property and the spaciousness of the apartment. The apartment was well designed and also had a balcony The only downfall of the apartment were that the 2 car spaces allocated to the apartment were extremely narrow and located between the wall and a pillar.
• Wieslaw (9/5): Superb - Great location, quiet street, 2 secure car parking spaces and also $4 24hr carpark at end of street. Good cooling and heating, plenty of space for 2 couples. Balcony is a bonus. Comfortable beds. Good appliances and we'll set up with everything you need. Nice friendly neighbours in apartment block. Close to Manuka oval. Short walk to shops and cafes, not much further to waterside restaurants, short drive to major tourist attractions. You could even walk to some. Would definitely stay again. Tiny tv in lounge room.

It was disappointing that the second bathroom was not up to scratch. The toilet seat was broken (and this would have been obvious to the cleaners). Also, there was not shelf in the shower or anywhere to put soap or shampoo when showering.

• Lindsay (7/5): Good - instructions were clear enough but not at the property, at another address. it happened to be raining so we got wet walking from the apartment to the realty to collect keys after hours. there was no wow factor. it was clean, tidy but dated. nothing to go - lets come back but nothing to turn us off. for the money being asked, we thought we might be more impressed. No updated coffee machine. the appliances were old.

• Gil (5/5): Good location but terrible internet facilities - The size of the property and its location was good Parking was too tight. There was no soap in either bathroom and the second bathroom had so soap dish in the shower so that was an issue. The ensuite toilet had not been properly cleaned when we arrived and there was a distinct stain on the top cover of the bed in the first bedroom. The internet was WOEFULLY bad. We were able to connect and download email and that was it, we couldn’t read the emails as the internet had stopped after the initial connection. We had to use our own data every day. Don’t advertise Internet facilities for your apartment when they are not on offer. Had we known this we would have gone elsewhere

• Gary (10/5): Fantastic location, comfortable and spacious - The location was amazing - just 100 metres to Kingston shops. Also a pleasant surprise - we thought there was only 1 bathroom but there were 2 (we had a 2 bedroom unit). The unit was comfortable, well appointed and spacious. The parking underneath was very tricky - hard to navigate and very tight. The 2 spaces for the unit were one in front of the other, so the back car could not leave unless the first car left.
