Встретил Марко и подробно все объяснил,дал много полезных советов,где покушать и что посмотреть. Множество ресторанов и кафе по близости. The location is right around the corner from Vatican City, flat easily walkable , variety of restaurants all around. Yet also quaint and quiet. A hidden gem with a historical elevator!

Pokój jest czysty, wyposażenie jest nowe, eleganckie, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. W pokoju jest czajnik, kilka rodzajów herbat i cukier. W łazience jest suszarka do włosów. Codziennie pokój był sprzątany. Gospodarz Marco jest bardzo miły i pomocny, stara się w miarę możliwości odpowiadać na potrzeby gości. Jest w kontakcie poprzez WhatsApp. Podpowiada też w sprawach organizacyjnych (gdzie w okolicy są warte polecenia restauracje, markety, czy jak zamówić taxi).Mimo, że śniadania nie są oferowane, to zrobił mi niespodziankę i zaoferował małe śniadanie (od 8:00 rano) albo przekąskę. Chętnie się tu zatrzymam ponownie. Wszystko mi się podobało.

I found there was much to do around the Cameo as well, and a welcome break from the busy Centro Storico. Marco was an exceptional host, very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

He provided suggested restaurants too. The room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was provided on a cart outside our door with hot coffee, beautiful pastries and sandwiches, yogurt, granola and juice. It’s a small room and bath but very functional. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.

It’s beautiful property with great AC, elevator and security. Breakfast is wonderful. Marcus is so helpful he mad our time in Italy even better. That is hard to say. Cameo B&B met or exceeded all our expectations.

The room is comfortable and spotlessly clean! Even the elevator is an experience in itself. Each morning, breakfast is placed in front of the door, with a selection of super yummy foods! It truly feels like home! And even the price, considering the season, the location, and all the amenities, is incredibly good. A real gem!

The historic elevator in the building is both charming and reliable.

Close to the metro to get to other areas. All the great shopping is 3 stops away near the Spanish steps. The Italians are very nice people and accommodating. • Masoumeh (10/5): an Exceptional B&B - The location of the hotel was perfect—right across the street from the Vatican, with easy access to bus stops and restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk took us to the main shopping streets. The room was just the right size, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. the same as the pictures. There’s even a charming elevator with a small bench that takes you up to the 4th floor, where the B&B is located, adding a nice touch to the experience. Marco was fantastic! He welcomed us with a complimentary drink and truly went above and beyond. He even offered us free breakfast, gave us a city map, and shared great tips on must-see places. Although the hotel doesn’t officially provide luggage storage, Marco kindly arranged for us to leave our bags when we had a late flight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next time we visit! Nothing- We absolutely loved everything .

The host was very kind and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious croissants at our door in the morning. That started off our day with a huge smile. We also appreciated the fact that there was an elevator in the building as one of us was injured and the stairs would have been difficult to use at that time. Nothing to say. Everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable bed and firm foam pillows, tidy, attention to detail, Italian toiletries and cornetti (pastries) with condiments provided each morning. Good value for money. This is not the fault or responsibility of cameo b&b. If other tenants in the building do not close the (old-style, 1800s) lift doors, it remains stuck on the level. Signs are written to advise people to close all lift doors.

You hear everything from the room next door so when your neighbours come in when you are in bed or use the bathroom at night you are systematically woken up. The price is far too high for the standard of the room (above Eur 1000 for 3 nights)

• Francis (1/5): No breakfast, no service, soap and shampoo in tiny single use packages that are impossible to open - This is the only Bed & Breakfast that doesn’t serve breakfast. Marco said I didn’t buy breakfast. It wasn’t an option. I paid $525 for three nights and he wouldn’t give me breakfast. I couldn’t even buy breakfast separately because they weren’t even serving breakfast. Secondly, the lights in the room are only activated by motion. So unless you are doing jumping jacks the lights in your room turn off leaving you in the dark every five minutes. There is no common sitting area. It’s on the fourth floor with an old rickety hundred year old elevator. Soap and shampoo were in tiny single use tear open packages. The shower stall is so small you can’t even turn around. Marco is of no help whatsoever. Stay away from this dump. All of the positive reviews are pure lies. Stay away from Cameo B&B! I paid $525 for three night at Cameo B&B and Marco refused to provide me with breakfast. I couldn’t even pay extra for breakfast because there was no breakfast whatsoever for being served. There was no common sitting area and there were no chairs in the room. The lights in the rooms are on motion detectors. The lights in the room keep turning off every five minutes.

Outstanding proximity to the Vatican and a short walk to restaurants, gelato, public transport and coffee shops. Great owners. Marco is super helpful!!! Be aware that the booking.com site is a bit confusing. You do pay 10 euros/day/person for breakfast…. It’s well worth it. Be sure to tell them you want breakfast. lt is a full breakfast with pastries, meats, cereals, fruits and eggs prepared to your preference.

Even walking down the street at 10pm at night was not at all scary. The hotel itself is also very nice, the bed and pillows are very soft, better than most of the hotels I have experienced. The most important thing is that you can see that the hotel is located in an old building, with a sense of history. Lastly, of course, Marco was very welcoming and courteous, and he recommended many places to see and restaurants to visit. This hotel made the trip to Rome perfect, thanks again!
