• Heidi (10/5): Kan absolutt anbefales på det varmeste😁👍 - Roberto en super hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Beliggenhet, rett ved Togbanen og metro. Mislikte egentlig ingenting, men madrassene er litt harde for meg.
• Ronald (9/5): Great experience - Proximity to train station. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a couple of problems that were not property related that he assisted me with. Very good bar a couple of doors away and next to that was Valentino’s a fabulous restaurant that we frequented several times. Great food and wine. Valentino is a super entrainer. Not a thing.

The location was central to most sites & close to the bus/train. The street was noisy at times in the evening🤷 The apartment was comfortable & included daily service which was not expected!

A vendéglàtó végtelenül kedves és rugalmas, a csomagokat bejelentkezés előtt és után is ott tudtam hagyni. Rendkívül tiszta szállás, minden nap tiszta törölközőt kaptam. A közeli Termini pályaudvarról indul busz és metró is, ha valaki tömegközlekedi szeretne, de gyalogosan bejárható az egész belváros. Jó szívvel ajánlom a szállást mindenkinek.

• Didi (9/5): Clean and comfortable rooms near the colosseum - Clear directions to find the place, clean and spacious room with private bathroom. Roberto gave us a map and explained how far are the places of interest to walk and what other means of transport we can use. Quiet at night. There is a restaurant right next to the property for dinner and breakfast and also a smaller breakfast place around the corner on the way to colosseum. We have walked everywhere. Vatican is about 40 minutes walk. Great value for money. -

• Noemi (9/5): PERFECTA - La localización del hotel tan cerca de la estación es fantástica para ir al aeropuerto o moverte a otras ciudades. El centro está a media hora caminando. Dentro de la misma estación hay un mercado que cuanta con diferentes restaurantes y hacen unas carnes y pizzas estupendas. El anfitrión (dueño) excelente, servicial y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. La cama y la almohada perfectas. Los baños limpios y la habitación también.

• Renato (10/5): Uma estadia simples, bem localizada e limpa. - Roberto é um anfitrião muito gentil e prestativo. Fomos recebidos calorosamente por ele e sua esposa. O hotel é simples, porém o quarto é muito limpo. As roupas de cama e banho são trocadas a cada dois dias. O ponto alto é a localização: praticamente ao lado da Estação Termini. Não é que não gostei, só achei meio complicada a forma de entrar no hotel. Mas nada que não se pegue o jeito e fique fácil depois.

They took their time to give us suggestions for site to visit. Their property is very convenient and comfortable. It is great if you are trying to stay within a budget and are ok with a modest interior. We felt very safe. The area at night (after 11pm) is quite noisy and I would not feel safe as a woman walking outside…but this is no fault of the property.

We couldn't have asked for a better host! The hotel is in a great location as it's just a two minute walk from the train station, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Roberto fue muy bueno con nosotros, llovía y nos prestó paraguas, la aerolínea perdió nuestro cochecito para la bebé y él nos prestó uno que nos salvó nuestra estadía. • Gamze Çoban - (10/5): - We arrived on New Year’s Day and the hotel owner welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, which was such a lovely gesture. He gave us a very detailed explanation about the city, where to go and how to get around. He answered every question we asked with great care and detail. The room is cleaned every day very thoroughly. The location is amazing — we could walk to most places, and the hotel is also very close to the train station. We loved everything about this place: the hotel itself, the owners, the cleanliness, and the location. If we ever come back to Rome, we will definitely choose this warm, family-run hotel again.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa, íbamos con nuestro hijo de dos años y sin decirle nada nos puso un microondas en la habitación y demás para poder calentarle la leche de sus biberones. Fue muy atento y nos dibujó un mapa con indicaciones de toda la ciudad y de sitios de comida. Todo muy limpio.

В доме есть лифт, что для нас с чемоданами было немаловажно. Комната комфортная, чистая, со всем необходимым. Больше всего понравился хозяин Роберто, он был такой милый и приветливый, подробно проинструктировал, как открывать внешнюю дверь и на этаже, куда сходить, что посмотреть. Пока мы гуляли по городу, он осуществил уборку в нашей комнате и добавил вещи, которых, как он понял, нам не хватало. Например, принес стульчик для моей косметики (ее некуда было поставить в ванной), или бокальчики для вина, когда увидел, что мы пили его из кружек. Для меня это большой акт заботы и внимания, с таким нечасто встречаешься даже в крупных отелях. Я желаю Роберто процветания! Благодарю за наше пребывание! и Мы обязательно остановимся еще в этом замечательном месте!

The room had air conditioning which was so needed and an ensuite bathroom. It was the perfect location from which to explore Rome from for a couple of days.

Our bed was very comfortable and our room was serviced every day and kept very clean with fresh bed linen and towels. Street was a bit loud, but holy cow! The shutters sealed it all out! The street noise was loud so we had to choose between quiet or fresh air. We tried both.

Great welcome and explanation of all that Rome has to offer from Roberto including the right Metro to take which was very helpful when your legs were tired from exploring! Nothing .. so quiet, considering we were in the heart of Rome!
