- Anna (2/5): Disappointing and generally uncomfortable with added concerns about health and safety as described previously - Comfortable beds and pillows. This is called a “Luxury Home” Well it’s fat from that! The pool area is filthy, with brown stains and we did not feel inclined to swim in it. There was a bucket collecting water by the door which had leaked onto the door mat which was soaking wet and smelled of mould. The cushions were dirty and stained, with a nail sticking out of the swing seat, rusty hooks to hang your towels on, leg broken on the sun lounger, black dirt over the floor. The kitchen stools had ripped seats with wobbly legs and were unusable. In the “cinema room” there was a towel stuck in the camera electrical system which we thought looked hazardous. There were a number of other problems such as lights not working, door handles falling off, hooks falling off. It’s a house that needs a lot of TLC. Think the photos will sum it up..
