• Maureen (5/5): adequate but would not recommend to anyone - location , beds were comfortable could not watch TV as set up for Google TV unfriendly - we did not know it was a residential apartment complex and they obviously don't like owners renting out had to pay an additional $55 to have someone meet us with key we were asked not to wear shoes on carpets areas and keep apartment clean - however there were grubby spots all over on our arrival (I sent some pics) including on the carpet, lounge, and walls

• bowerman (6/5): - It was in a good area nice hotel The room was dirty urine stains on the bathroom wall bathroom sink was dirty balcony glass looked as if there was spew splashed up scuff marks over the walls
• Abigail (5/5): Not good - The location was great. Close to everything. Dont be fooled with the photos online. It is nothing like the photos. The dining chairs were so uncomfortable we couldn’t even have a decent breakfast in the morning. The small couch was so overused that it had sunk - couldnt even sit on it!!! The wall behind the couch had a hole. The carpet had old stains. The corners of the apartment had so much dust.

• Janey (2/5): Poor - Location was perfect Shops nearby Food outlets It was nothing like the photos I chose this apartment so my 13 yr old could sleep on sofa bed so my 40yr old son with cancer had the other double bed Host wouldn’t let us have sofa bed made up unless I paid $69 for linen Said only more than 4 guests get sofa bed The host wouldn’t tell you where to collect keys until 2 hours before check in Windows were dirty Dining Chairs were just fold up balcony chairs Balcony was dirty Carpet was dirty and they charge a cleaning fee if you wear shoes on the carpet that was stained Hole in living room wall Wifi would not connect Plastic cutlery Seriously over priced Host was difficult

• Lawson (4/5): - Great location Close to train, bus, trams and CBD No blind in bedrpom -all open to public virw fpr first night Window in bedroom broken and unable to close so noisy, wondy and quote cold Shower head in bathroom broken and held together with tape. Watet spraying all ovet. No balcony furniture. Indoor dining chairs were base metal outdoor chairs

• Marian (9/5): Superb - Easy access to trains and trams. Close to supermarket. The chairs weren't comfortable at all and one of them wobbly. Lounge chair needed new paddling.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Mostly it was good. The host kelvin was very helpful. The only issue we had was when we walked into the unit there was a strong dampness smell. There was one washing machine and two dryers full of towels and bed linen which were wet. We had to dry and put this away. I don’t think this is a good way to welcome your guests.

• Valerie (2/5): This was the absolute worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Renter beware. - Nice location if you like Asian food. The apartment was dirty and the furniture was cheap and broken. The beds were like sleeping on wood and the sheets were cheap and ugly. TV did not work properly, neither did the AC. Could not open bedroom windows. Marks all over walls and carpet. Grime in shower. Bathroom sink was blocked. Laundry doors did not open properly. We attempted contacting our Agent about 10 times and got 2 responses via text informing when they would contact us. They never did. We could have been locked out of our apartment and would have received zero help from them.
• Carlye (2/5): Very poor - Location was ideal Apartment was not ready open arrival. Beds not made til 4:50pm. Sofa bed which we needed was broken and couldn't be used. Air-conditioning leaked, we were extremely disappointed and i have requested a partial refund for "cleaning fee" applied to charges
• Corinna (5/5): Good location - but maintenance has not been kept up to date. - The location was good. Lounge broken, dryer broken, clothes airer was rusty. Two lifts were in maintenance and took 25 minutes to get a lift when busy.
• Lee (3/5): Poor - The location It wasn't very clean there was toe nail cuttings on the balcony the beds didn't have a top sheet, no toaster, rubbish under the beds, the lounge was broken and the air conditioner was not clean
• Dakota (10/5): The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Very nice space in the centre of town and has an awesome view an - Such a nice space very well maintained and good location. Nothing! It Was perfect!

• Lee (10/5): Fabulous weekend, convenient location of the unit easy to get around town. - Good size for 4 people across the road to the DFO’s and Marvel Stadium. A couple of things that our host can fix.

Bedding sparse and doonas only good if you’re 5’ tall. Blinds broken. 1 bedroom window wouldn’t open and in the other bedroom it didn’t shut properly
