- Ryan (8/5): Great! - Great stay at this cute apartment in Milan, very clean and comfortable overall. Our host was nice and explained things well. It was equipped with everything needed. Location could be a littler closer to metro. The mattress is a little thin. The street our apartment was on was very noisy. Also, we were informed about a late check-in fee only a day before arrival.

- Holly (6/5): Good location but a noisy and unexpected costs. - Good location and very clean Very noisy, we had to buy earplugs. Above a tram stop which is very loud, windows seem to be single glazed which lets a lot of noise in. There’s also a check in fee (€30 between 22:00-00:00, €50 after midnight). We found this a bit cheeky, we’d paid a considerable about of money to stay in the apartment and thought a late check in fee was unreasonable. It cannot be helped if flights etc are delayed. A hotel certainly wouldn’t charge this type of fee.
