Mészáros (7/5): Good - Very big flat, big rooms, big beds The check-in time was till 20:00. Our flight landed in Pisa at 18:35 so we needed to Train to Florence. They did not give us the keys even we asked several times a bit later check in we forced to pay 40EUR cache to get keys!!!
Douglas (10/5): Great stay in Florence. - A few issues contacting property management ahead of time, but that was rectified before we arrived and during our stay Sabrina was very responsive. Apartment was large and spacious. Location was good. Many restaurants and shopping close by. 30 - 45 minute walk walk to City Centre and most attractions. Cleaners hadn't been in before we arrived, but they were sent quickly after we contacted Sabrina. Had a couple of days where the internet was down.
