Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Glenn (3/5): Won’t be back. - Clean. It was a construction zone. Which we weren’t informed of. Couldn’t get hold of the agent for 5 hours when we first arrived & found out it was under construction with maintenance works. Staff were rude & unhelpful. No word back from McGrath owners to rectify the issue of excessive noise, privacy issues (scaffolding and workers looking straight through bedroom windows). The actual property is nice but the fact we weren’t informed or given an alternative solution to our stay until 5 hours after we moved in was disappointing. I was told that the property agents don’t have mobile phones to take direct calls for any issues. Quite unbelievable in this day & age. All staff at the booking agent were unhelpful & unprofessional. I have stayed at Pacific Blue 5 times now and in the future will be booking through the hotel direct not McGrath

- Tiziana (7/5): Nice holiday - Apartment was great, Clean, comfy beds, cannot fault it. Resort was nice, near shopping mall. Lagoon pool although nice at first but not quite suitable if you Have teenagers as is shallow 1.1m. So got boring after the first day. Resort is very nice but not so much for a relaxing quiet holiday. Lots of screaming kids and loud neighbours. More suited to families with young kids.
