• Natalia Khanna (7/5): - Location was good enough, not far from the Underground station (about a 10-minute walk). The bus station is also about a 7–10 minute walk away. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment, as well as a boiler with hot water. The apartment had the necessary dishes and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to prepare breakfast. Although there is no coffee machine, there are several nice coffee shops nearby. The elevator works, although we still had to carry our suitcases up the first flight of stairs ourselves. We were allowed an earlier check-in from 9:00 a.m. for an additional fee, which was very helpful because we were able to settle in and rest before exploring the city instead of waiting until 4:00 p.m. to check in. We could hear all our neighbours, especially in the late evening when we came back after our walks. The Wi-Fi was not very good and was really slow, so sometimes it was not enough to watch YouTube or Netflix. There was also a problem with the trash room door (the code did not work) so we had to leave the garbage in the apartment, even though the owner had asked us to throw it away before check-out. We could open only one window in the bedroom, while all the others in the bathroom and in the living room/kitchen area were locked. That was uncomfortable because there was not enough fresh air. We also had to pay extra for bedding for our child, even though we had booked the apartment for three people from the beginning. As it turned out, this was written in the additional conditions, but it was still unexpected for me because I thought that by paying for three person I have already paid for all services, without an extra £25 charge for bedding for my son. Overall, the accommodation matched the photos, keeping in mind that the owners will naturally present their property in the best possible way.

• Lucile (6/5): - La localisation était parfaite L’appartement n’était pas très propre il y avait de la poussière, des tâches sur les draps des lits et de grosses tâches noires sur les coussins des canapés. De plus, la bouilloire était inutilisable car remplie de moisissures. Dommage car si l’appartement était un peu plus propre il serait parfait

• Dakhel (10/5): الاقامة جيدة والموقع جيد وليكن لا يوجد عزل للصوت ولا يوجد ادوات لتنظيف الشقة او شركة توفر خدماتها النظافة بشكل اسبوعي. - لا يوجد ادوات للتنظيف، بالاضافة إلى انه لم يتم التعاقد مع شركة تنظيف توفر خدماتها حتى ولو كان ذلك بمبلغ مالي مثل الشقق المجاورة.

• Bilge (8/5): It was a very nice stay for a family. - Good location, clean, tidy, and relatively new appliances, comfortable. Great owner. Due to a utility problem, the first day of our stay was not possible, as they needed to conduct some repair work. The owner found us another place to stay for that day; she is a real problem solver. She also helped us check in earlier, which was our exact need. The flat door did not feel secure.

Hot water and heat at the living room ( the bedroom at night can be little cold) There is safety code to get inside the building and safety lock for the keys!! The building it's old and you can hear everyrhing amd everyone!! Especially from the road!! The apartment inside it's old
