• Ines (1/5): Never again!!! - Nice apartment, location close to metro. Very bad experience with unprofessional hosts. First of all you can expect a whole “to do checklist” hanging in the apartment. I felt more like a housekeeper than a guest. That was odd but we didn’t complain and we DID all of it! Elevator wasn’t working for 2 days so we had to carry all of our luggage but again we didn’t complain. Then when we tried to use the shower head after opening water the whole shower head holder popped out and water sprinkled everywhere . It was obviously glued earlier. However we used rain shower and put the shower head back and tried to enjoy our holiday. For us that was not big of a deal until we received video from the host (half a day after we left) indicating we damaged the shower. We were scolded for not reporting to her as well. Moreover we had doorkeeper yelling at us for taking our garbage out in front of the building to common bins. We were not advised any of this information and could not know. Very shocking guest approach. This was actually our second time staying there but it’s clearly the last!

• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice apartment, spacious, very clean, nicely and modern decorated (my wife was delighted) and equipped with everything you need - including coffee and breakfast snacks. The distance to the Central Station cannot be faulted. We just felt really good.
