• Corinne (10/5): Incredible property. We loved every moment. - Using the Akiles app and also having physical keys in the residence. We could see La Sagrada Familia from our apartment. It was clean and spacious. It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for soaps but that's my only suggestion!

• Ralitsa (2/5): Без топла вода почти през целия престой - Страхотна локация, в близост до основни места и на около 1 км от центъра. 3 от 4 дни нямахме топла вода, въпреки множеството опити да стигнем до собствениците, това не се промени. Не получихме и никаква компенсация за неудобството. Бяхме с малко дете, 10 г, за него и за нас беше огромен проблем Разбрахме, че в жилището пада налягането на системата и това се случва доста често.

• David (1/5): No Hot Water - The location There is no hot water, the gas heater is at fault. Property didn't respond for the three days we stayed in. Unless you are planning to not shower I would definitely not stay here. They put in the rules that the dishes need to be left clean and washed, guess what, they don't provide dishwasher tablets, they expect you to wash in the sink. In addition to that, the pillows were absolutely terrible.
• Sabína (7/5): - S ubytovaním som bola v konečnom dôsledku spokojná. Poloha bola výborná, naozaj na skvelom mieste. Pred rezerváciou ma mierne odrádzali niektoré recenzie, ktoré tu boli uvedené, avšak rozhodla som sa ich nenechať ovplyvniť a ubytovanie som objednala. Je pravda, že fotografie v ponuke sú nafotené veľmi pekne a realita je o niečo menej „dokonalá“, no napriek tomu bolo ubytovanie úplne v poriadku. Byt bol čistý, s menšími nedokonalosťami a bolo vidieť, že je trochu viac používaný. Ide o staršiu budovu v porovnaní s novšími nehnuteľnosťami, a tie majú vždy svoju špecifickú atmosféru aj vôňu. Ak si človek vyberá bývanie v takomto type objektu, je s tým podľa mňa potrebné počítať. Celkovo považujem ubytovanie za adekvátne k cene. Check-in bol úplne jasný a zrozumiteľný. S teplou vodou sme nemali absolútne žiadny problém – fungovala bez výpadkov, a to aj napriek tomu, že sme boli ubytovaní štyria. Tlak vody bol síce o niečo slabší, ale nepovažujem to za zásadný problém. Internet nebol najsilnejší a nedosahoval do všetkých izieb, no v obývacej miestnosti fungoval bez problémov. Na bežné používanie a oddych, úplne postačoval. Vybavenie bytu hodnotím veľmi pozitívne – mali sme k dispozícii všetko, čo sme počas pobytu potrebovali.
• Aylen (5/5): - Me gustó la ubicación, la verdad es que es muy cerca de todo. La vista y la zona es muy hermosa. Y la habitación grande me gustó. Está muy deteriorado todo, no es como en absoluto como en las fotos. El sillón es inaceptable sinceramente por que te daba hasta cosa sentarte. Así que por ese lado nos decepcionamos mucho respecto al precio. Pagas simplemente la zona por que el resto deja que desear.

• joanna stanislawa (5/5): - Complementi al fotografo, quando entri non ti sembra stessa struttura ma non è male, vicino alla Sagrada Famiglia…poi ristoranti no sotto casa niente male Bagno così così, letto matrimoniale fatto con due materassi singoli, scomodo da dormirci ….giorno di partenza abbiamo voluto farci la doccia ma è stato impossibile per mancanza del acqua calda, nonostante aver scritto alla struttura nessuno mi ha risposto…pagare più di 700 € e non avere l’acqua calda!!!

• Agnieszka (1/5): Bad contact with host, worst experience booked here so far - Beds are comfortable, location is great. 1. Contact with the host impossible. 2. Apartment wasn't ready at 3pm to check in. 3. We didn't have hot water and it was error on the boiler. I tried to raise it with the host but no answer. 4. we couldn't leave the flat because electronic key to main door didn't work and due to host not picking the phone nor answering messages so we wouldn't be able to come back to the flat. 5. It's very loud in the flat - facing the streets and air con isn't strong enough to cool down the flat without windows opened

• Alejandra (7/5): - Central, linda vista, habitaciones amplias. Requerimos algunas cosas pero nunca tuvimos respuesta alguna. Entre esas, una plancha que indican tener pero no había, lo cual era importante para nosotros a la hora de escoger alojamiento. El sofá está bastante sucio. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas. La habitación pequeña no cuenta no aire acondicionado ni ventilador, lo que hace que sea muy caliente.

• Matthew (4/5): Great location but appartament is disappointing. - Location Hardly any lighting. Some of the few lights that did exist didn’t work. Water leak in shower and damage to floor meant bathroom door very hard to close. No curtains in living area and shutters won’t close. Bed was 2 single beds not joined properly. Bedroom curtains dirty. Floor not swept. Dirty couch. Broken tiles outside front door.
