Guest Reviews
- Parolin (5/5): - Buena ubicación. Básico pero cómodo. Muchas cucarachas chicas. Mal wifi
- Randall (8/5): -
- Emma (5/5): Good location - Close to everything, easy to locate and excellent instructions for access. Floors were unclean, and there were some cockroaches but bed and linen was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was not or but clean.
- Hartley (6/5): -
- Sharon (3/5): Cheap but not cheerful - Location was fine, free tram right outside. There were two security doors to get in. No window to outside, window looked into atrium but blinds needed to be down as people walking past. Should specify no outside window in booking. Constant noise - doors slamming, people talking.
Not clean - hair in cutlery draw and fridge, old contact case on shelf, bug problem.
- Jo (8/5): Cool little place - I love that it was nicely self-contained, easy to get to by walking, and public transport, and always helpful to have a little kitchen area to yourself. It was also very quiet inside. Has a nice, discreet, amount of storage next to the bed. And the bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately somebody had previously melted something on the iron, so I couldn’t use it. And the lift is mid floor, so you can’t use it to go to the first floor. Not a big deal for me, but if you have limited mobility this is going to be an issue.
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Tali (8/5): - Located near everything you need. A little bit too noisy you can hear it from outside.
- Liam (6/5): Not very budget for what you get. - Nice space, though a bit small. Good location. Overpriced. No toiletries found. Wasn't the cleanest room.
- Penelope (6/5): You get what you pay for, but good if u just want somewhere cheap with the main essentials - Good value for money, you get what you pay for. The taps in the shower kept coming off. Wish u had more clean towels serviced Having to use the same 2 towels
- Rodney (10/5): - Very comfortable clean safe close to very thing you need trams right out the front door comfortable bed good shower good pressure nice hot water I saved money on food well contained unit ill stay again thank you Just need a print out left in the unit with information what to do when checking out the manager did send me a message the day before but I didn't read the message the day after lineing up for my flight I hope I left the unit in good order thank you
- Fuentes (8/5): - La ubicación Griferia y muebles muy antiguos y algunos en mal estado.
- Lynette (5/5): - Location was ideal When we finally got the key there was no room number on the tag. Person doing maintenance found the right room for us.
- Haroun (2/5): - Room was fine if nothing special but it was cheap and well located They had builders working in the courtyard from 7:30am every day, drilling into concrete and sawing metal. This obviously was planned yet the host didn't inform me it would be taking place, otherwise I would have found alternative accommodation.
It woke me up every day and there was so much noise it was impossible to be in the room comfortably, until they finished in the mid afternoon. The experience was completely awful and you couldn't even use the main exit of the building to come in or leave and had to do so via the alley in the back of the building.
To be honest works are works and sometimes have to take place, but the fact they kept me in the dark it was happening really annoys me, it frankly ruined the entire trip as I couldn't relax and was rudely awakened every day.

- Ludai (8/5): -
- Issey (8/5): -
- Alan (7/5): Meet needs in handy location, - Compact with all the essentials Shower head wonky, shared facilities were average, lighting was poor.
- Rose (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, good water pressure in the shower.
Reasonably priced for what's provided. One window opening into an internal courtyard, the metal fire escape stairs were outside my room so the noise from people walking up and down stairs at all hours of the night, especially from around 10pm to 1am was tough. The two entrance doors also banged very loudly if people let them swing shut which was often.
Even though there was a kitchenette, as I like to cook when I travel, the utensils weren't very clean and lids and pots etc. miss matched or missing.
- Alfio (9/5): Great stay, I would return! - I am an Italian traveller who lives in Canada. I loved the convenient and central location and the apartment has everything you need. The owner also tried his best to help me with some storage luggage requests when It was possible so I really appreciated that. Thank you! I had the same towel for my entire stay, I hope the owner finds a way to provide a new one every 2or 3 days at least.
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb -
- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing and neat little place already extended my booming hoping to stay long term Nothing
- Wilton (5/5): Passable -
- Joan (4/5): Disappointing - We stayed for 6 days 1 towel each for 6 days .
1 shampoo conditioner and soap for 6 days
Pillow on bed dirty and smelly
When we opened the door, well were hit with cigarette smoke .not good for asma.
They don't sweep or vacuum behind doors ( I have photos)
One fork and knife. ??????
Was supposed to be self-contained
2 small milk for 6 days
I will leave it there. Feel free to reply
- Wallis (5/5): Passable - I liked the location and how easy it was to access trams. Tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom, whenever you would turn shower taps on they would fall off. This place is way overpriced
- Loots (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean.
Very good location. We couldn't stay longer😄
- Eshiyu (7/5): Good -
- Jackie (5/5): Passable - Location Noisy, people arguing, the main gate very noisy, a lot of cockroaches, towel and Linen not being changed,
