Die Glastür in der Dusche schloss nicht richtig, so dass Wasser aus der Dusche geronnen ist.

• Patrick (10/5): Es war sehr schön und Preiswert das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen - Sie war sehr Sauber, gepflegt, Modern und Praktisch. Es hat an nicht‘s gefehlt Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr Praktisch, somit hat man immer ein Kaltes Getränk im Zimmer oder andere Lebensmittel. Der Self Check-In so wie Check-Out war sehr angenehm so wie der simple erhalt der Schlüsselkarte.

• Olena (10/5): Прекрасне співвідношення ціна/якість - Зручне розташування неподалік від залізничної станції та терм. Є кавомашина в спеціальному приміщенні, то ж є можливість зварити каву з пʼятої ранку і не чекати відкриття бістро. В номері є холодильник та чайник. Чисто. Комфортні ліжка.

• Dana (8/5): In all it was fine, I would next time just ask about room in upper floor. - The room was extremely clean. Good location, parking just next to the building. No problem take any drinks to the room. Well supplied store just around the corner. Every day we woke up between 5:30-6:15 cause there was extremely noise above us, walking back and forth, moving furniture. So I wouldn’t expect it not sleeping on my vacation at least till 7 am. Don’t know what manner it is when I talk to stuff they responded talking to me but looking aside, maybe the language barrier…😁 Anyway those r things that r expected in accommodation like that, what I really missed was a kettle in the room.
• Petr (8/5): - Ubytování je moc pěkné (nové, čisté). Pokoje menší. Možnost příjezdu kdykoliv díky digitálnímu check-in jsme ocenili. Možnosti stravování jsou omezené. Restaurace je malá a plně zarezervovaná. Ani snídaně nebyla možnost objednat na místě (už to bylo plně zarezervované na další den). To tedy doporučuji vyřešit před příjezdem. Vedle je supermarket, ale zavírá v 19 hod (přijeli jsme až večer). Zahránil nás automat na nádraží :-)

• Johannes (9/5): - Digitaal inchecken, zo kun je op tijd inchecken en toch 's avonds laat pas naar het hotel gaan, als je bijvoorbeeld naar de wellness in Laa gaat. Het ontbijt is a la carte: het is niet goedkoop, maar wel erg lekker en ruim voldoende. Je moet ruim op tijd een tafel reserveren, want de ruimte is niet al te groot en word ook goed bezocht door mensen die niet in het hotel hebben overnacht.

• Izabela (10/5): - The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. It was definitely a pleasant stay. It's a pity that in the evening, there is no food nor snacks in the bistro. It's open till late hours, but serves just drinks. Taking into consideration there is literally no place to eat in the neighbourhood, it would be nice to have at least cold snacks or some sticks/chips to go with your wine/beer.

Zweimal habe ich online das Frühstück wegen Auslastung nicht reservieren können. Aber das hilfsbereite Personal hat mir einen Platz anbieten können. Außerdem waren jedesmal noch Tische frei im Lokal.
• Melanie (10/5): - Sehr unkompliziert - durch den Self Checkin, der tadellos funktioniert hat, mussten wir vor unserem thermenbesuch nicht in die Unterkunft um einzuchecken bzw. Schlüssel zu holen. Sind also erst am Abend, ca. 22:00 direkt hin nach der Therme und konnten schnell und easy in unser Zimmer. Zimmer sehr sauber! Bett total gemütlich, haben super geschlafen. Alles bestens! Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

• Andreas (9/5): Ein gemütliches Hotel in das man gerne wieder kommt. - Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Bistro/Bar zu Frühstücken, man kann auch Mittag- und Abendessen. Das sehr nette und freundliche Personal serviert in einem stilvollen Lokal die Speisen. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren, weil auch von außerhalb einige kommen um dort die Atmosphäre zu genießen und zu speisen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und deshalb gibt es auch keine Mängel. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist perfekt. Der Bahnhof ist 2min entfernt und auch zur Terme sind es ca. 5min geh Zeit, zum Pflegeheim sind es ca 25min. Im Nachbarhaus befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und deshalb gibt es keine Mängel.

• Anezka Fuchsova (10/5): Short stay to enjoy local spa - I appreaciated the room, its equipment and definitely the fact that the shower and the toilet were in different rooms - it increases the comfort so much. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. the locantion si great - right next to the train station and spar I gotta admit that i had to think about self check in more than I usually have to, but it was doable. I was a little disappointed by the vending machine. It is marketed that there is home propared food for when the restaurant and store is closed - well, it is true, but those are soups or sauces which you have no way how to heat in the room (or at least i had not)

• Vicki (10/5): What a great find! - What an amazing place! The hotel blends in with the natural area and the town. Extremely clean and a lovely room. A short walk into the town (about 20mins). The staff in the bistro were fab although the hotel isn't manned. The bistro itself is top notch, with reasonable priced drinks and food. The banana waffles are lush! Nothing! It was perfect!

• Kim (10/5): 10/10 - wirklich ein gut durchdachtes Konzept! - Ein wirklich durchdachtes Konzept, gepflegtes Haus mit schönen Zimmern, sehr gutes Bistro mit ganz lieben Mitarbeiter*innen und guter Auswahl - vor allem auch vegetarisch. Kostenlose Parkplätze, Automaten mit frischem Essen in Gläsern (auch vegane Optionen!), Snacks und Getränken falls das Bistro geschlossen oder ausgebucht ist. In den Zimmern viel Platz und Stauraum und effizienter Rezeptionsservice mittels Terminal. Nichts zu beanstanden.
• Pinguina (10/5): Sehr schönes zweckmäßiges Hotel mit sehr guter Infrastruktur - Modernes Self-Check-In-Hotel (bei Problemen / Ungeschicktheit ist es möglich, Hilfe bei einem Restaurantmitarbeiter zu bekommen), alles ist gut beschrieben und funktioniert. Aber man sollte sich sofort nach dem Betreten mit dem WLAN des Hotels verbinden (freier Zugang). Das Zimmer war modern, hell und freundlich und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, daher trotz wenig Fläche perfekt nutzbar. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Bistro / Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Einen abgeschlossenen Container als sicheren Fahrradabstellplatz mit einigen Steckdosen gibt es für die "Pedalritter". Zusätzlich ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof von Vorteil (ich habe aber keinerlei Lärm von Zügen gehört, obwohl das Zimmer im 1. Stock in Richtung Bahnhof gelegen war). Die Therme ist ebenfalls in Sichtweite und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel ist ein Spar-Supermarkt.
