So low so low to the floor we could hardly stand up no bank support chipped tiles chipped paintwork and patched if roughly painted walls A cockroach in my bed and doors in twin door didn’t open allowing no fresh air.
• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - Instructions on how to get to the correct tower entrance after pocking up the keys. The lock box was easy to find with directions. The entrance to the south and north towers however we're not intuitive and better instructions would have been helpful

• Andrew (3/5): Dissapointing & Not Clean - On arrival there was a foul smell from the sink in the ensuite bathroom and water leaking onto the floor from the toilet in the other bathroom and wifi not working. These were addressed approximately 6-8hours after reporting it the next morning (we checked in after hours the night before so just had to deal with it until the next day). In the mean time we looked closer at our room and notice stained carpets, damage almost everywhere you looked. Poor selection of utensils in the kitchen, missing door shelf in fridge, cracked tv in bedroom, no doona/blanket on bed (sheets only), terrible and cheap mattress. But in general the room just wasn't up to standard for the price we paid Q Stay. Especially not compared to the WoW Stay room we had 1 week prior in the north tower (same kind of room). Long story short, do not stay in room 1301 in the south tower. Looks like it's copped it's fair share of schoolies bookings.

• Shoban (8/5): The view is breath taking and the bath is amazing. The whole family loved their stay. - The view and the bath tub were a huge hit with the family. We are a family of 5, so when we got there our 5th bed was not made up. We also didn’t know how to open the spare bed. We called reception and they helped us to open up the bed, so it all worked out in the end.

• Amy (6/5): lovely views and spacious rooms and living areas pleasing to be in - very big spacious rooms and living areas and bathrooms were impressive lift was out of order the whole week resulting in long waits to go up or down and also over crowding the main pool one of the reasons we chose to stay there was out of order the whole week
