• Karla (10/5): - Desde a recepção, o quarto, a localização, excelente!! Anfitrião super prestativo com as dúvidas, com as orientações, inclusive liberou para entrarmos antes do horário previsto. Com certeza irei reservar novamente. Entendo a necessidade, pois existem pessoas que quebram, estragam as coisas e não reportam, porém, a taxa cobrada como "calção" encontrei redundante.. não foi exatamente um problema, foi feito um bloqueio do valor no meu cartão da Wise, e o desbloqueio do valor só ocorreu 20 dias após eu já estar no Brasil.

• Kat (9/5): - I didn't meet the owner but I liked the fact that he texted me a few times to check if I'm ok and if I needed anything. The room was clean and lovely cleaning lady was super nice. There were a lot of useful things like: fridge, kettle, small cooker, pots, pans and plates. Downstairs you can find a cafe with a variety of biscuits and pastries. There is also a supermarket nearby and many restaurants.Peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Two direct buses to the city centre. There was a strange smell in the room but the owner took care of it quickly.
• DORUK (10/5): Perfect place to stay - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience overall and we would definitely recommend it.

• RenataBerthier (5/5): Cheiro nojento de esgoto no banheiro - Ótima localização! Longe do centro histórico, mas fácil acesso de transporte público. Rodamos Roma inteira de ônibus com tranquilidade. O bairro é pouco turístico, com preços melhores e com disponibilidade de cafés, restaurantes e supermercados. O check in automático foi eficiente e equipe responde muito rápido a todas as necessidades. Máquina de café com cápsulas disponíveis são uma vantagem para quem desejar um cafezinho sem sair do apartamento. Travesseiros muito ruins, antigos e duro. Cheiro de esgoto muito forte no banheiro, no segundo dia da nossa estadia o cheiro era tão forte que tivemos que abrir todas as janelas (quarto e banheiro) por horas antes de conseguir ficar no quarto. Bem nojento. Deixou a experiência bem desagradável. Minha nota baixa foi devido ao cheiro.

• Kostic (10/5): Great neighbourhood to feel the local atmosphere! - Great room for working and accessing the regional trains. I was in Rome for work, so this was essential for me. The location is also very easy to get to by metro+bus options available all over the city.
• Alaa (8/5): Very good - The apartment is Good it's clean and tidy. The Location by walking was close to good places to eat or to visit and it near supermarket, and less than 10 min by Taxi to Regional / Central Train Station and less than 30 min to historical places to visit in Rome by Bike / Taxi. i didn't feel 100% safe in the neighborhood (The aparments are safe and managed in a great way), but the neighbourhood is not that good, i expected bigger room, i didn't see a kitchenette in the apartment or kitchen related stuff ..

• Diogo (6/5): Good value for money, I had a big punctual problem, but I think this not gonna happen again. - Good value for money, comfortable room, good bathroom and shower. To go to the main points of the city you will have to take a bus and connect with the metro, but the bus stop is in front of the building. The only thing that left me very disappointed was that at the time I made the reservation, the advertisement promised an entire apartment with a kitchen and when I got there, the kitchen part was actually part of another accommodation. The ad was not true to what I received. And the owner was very resistant to resolve the situation in a fair way. In the end we ended up staying there because we wouldn't get the money back. At least after that the owner adapted the ad.
