You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of COP 190000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Short-term stays (1 or 2 nights) and "last-minute deals (same check-in day)" could be subject to a 50% surcharge due to the logistics and cleaning expenses involved. Unless you agree, you can cancel the reservation and avoid the corresponding fees. We always provide 1 towel and 1 blanket for cold weather per guest in the accommodation. If your stay exceeds 15 days, 2 towels per guest will be provided. Should you require additional linens, there will be an extra charge for each additional towel and blanket. If the request is made after check-in, an additional delivery service fee will apply. You may also request general cleaning services every 7, 15, or 30 days, which will incur an extra charge as well. Any payment for these services must be made in advance; we do not accept post-service payments. Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00hrs on the same day. If you wish to check in outside these hours, you must check availability and pay a reception fee of 15,000 COP. For check-ins during early morning hours, the reception fee is 25,000 COP. Check-out is available from 5:00 to 10:00hrs on the same day.
