Size Panels of blinds missing for two nights in the bedrooms so people could see in all day and night from the pedestrian walkway as well as the living room. A privacy and security concern. On the third night they added extra panels but going by an earlier review on another site they knew about this issue before we arrived. Also at this standard you would expect working light globes which we had to get them to replace in the master. The floors were also sticky and made your feet dirty. We needed to wipe out the cupboards before unpacking clothes. There was a big issue at the apartment towards the end of our stay - which we asked booking.com to manage and they were unable to make contact with the management to sort it out and despite our own repeated efforts it was ultimately not resolved.

- Narendra (1/5): Overpriced, misleading, and nowhere near the luxury it promised. A total letdown. - We paid nearly $5,000 for a 14-day stay at this so-called “ultra-premium” property — and were thoroughly disappointed. The listing was misleading and the overall condition of the apartment was far from what anyone should expect at this price point.
To start with, the listing explicitly claimed that there was a washer and dryer inside the apartment. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Upon arrival, we found that there was no in-unit laundry — only a shared community laundry room. When we contacted the host, the response was casual and dismissive, as if this misrepresentation didn’t matter. For a long stay, this was incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable.
But the issues didn’t stop there. The apartment was furnished with what felt like leftover, worn-out items. The sofa was old, sagging, and uncomfortable — it looked like it had been salvaged rather than selected for a premium rental. The vertical blinds were broken and kept falling off, offering no privacy or functionality. The master bathroom had an absurdly cramped shower cubicle — we could barely move inside it. Even the toilet mats looked like they were added just to tick a box; thin, cheap, and clearly not cleaned or cared for.
The overall vibe of the apartment was that it had been minimally and carelessly set up, just to get it listed on Airbnb and Booking.com at a high price. It felt more like a budget rental disguised as a luxury listing — and that’s simply not okay.
We strongly recommend against booking this property unless the owner takes steps to significantly improve its condition and, most importantly, stops misleading guests with false claims in the listing. When you’re charging top dollar, the very least you can do is be honest and provide a space that reflects the price. This one doesn’t.
