• inna (10/5): - I really liked Villa Melinda — Beach & Pool Retreat! The location of the villa and the villa itself are well thought out, you can hide from the sun and at the same time there is a place for those who want to sit in the sun. It is located near the beach, and most importantly, if there is a storm at sea, this beach will always be calm, as it is protected by piers. This is very convenient in windy and stormy weather. There is a shop nearby, as well as a restaurant and bar. The area is safe, and the complex is gated, which is very reliable. Thank you.

• Magdalena (9/5): Bardzo udany. - Dom ładny i zadbany w środku. Klimatyzacja dobra w każdym pomieszczeniu. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dość mały obszar z basenem. Klimatyzatory na zewnątrz zakłócały odpoczynek, gdyż zamontowane są od strony basenu. Do tego pompa od basenu wtórowała z hałasem.

• Kosmas (10/5): - very nice location at a villas complex.. very spacious and comfortable for large families.. felt like home pool bit small but it did the job. the master bedroom mattress could be a bit more comfy
• Shayne (7/5): Nice villa but poorly managed and could be better serviced between occupants. - Close to Pernera Centre and a short drive to Paralimni and Protaras. Very private. Villa was minimalistic, clinical and under-equipped. Lacked finishing touches and any finesse. Patches of lacklustre hygiene management and lip service to cleaning standards. Previous occupants' items left in drawers and cupboards (including personal items). Had to keep pestering for Key Codes, which were promised @48hr pre-trip. Eventually texted only 4 hours before we set off from Western Cyprus. (Considered pulling plug on rental it was so cloak and dagger)

• Zakaria (10/5): Our stay was delightful, with comfortable accommodations and easy access to local amenities. The combination of serene - The property was absolutely stunning—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I especially loved the spaciousness, the pool, and the location being a 3 min drive from Protaras main town and 15 minutes from ayia napa. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
• Alma (9/5): Superb - The hosts were very responsive and did their best to take care of our needs. The house is well organized and prepared for a relaxed holiday. There are a lot of towels and enough beddings for 5 of us. The washing machine and dishwasher were a bless. Coffee machine is Tassimo - get your capsules in Metro supermarket (Thanks for the advice Georgia). All kitchen equipment works well and it is well equipped. Bath and shower are nice and squeaky clean. The beds were ok we managed to be comfortable enough. The pool was really nice and regularly cleaned, alas we didn't use it much since it was already too cold and windy for us at this time of year. There are good sun beds and even an outside shower (which we didn't use, but looks good) and a nice shaded place for dining outside, we enjoyed it, but careful for the cheeky cat - dont leave your food unattended... The house is in a very nice and quiet gated neighborhood. All in all a good stay. Thank you. The bed in the ensuite room was a bit too hard for us, but we swapped with our eldest so she was happy to get the ensuite room and we enjoyed the soft bed in next room.

• Antonio (10/5): 10 out of 10 - definitely recommend booking this Villa. - We loved the privacy of the villa location. Close to the beach and a gated entry into the neighborhood. Pool was small but perfect for our family. Plenty of comfortable seating around the pool under the sun and a shaded seating area with a table for eating. Spacious bed rooms with comfortable beds. It’s Cyprus so ants can be an issue.
