• Baiba (7/5): - The location was great, very close to the city centre, which made it convenient to get around. The apartment is also well suited for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone. However, we experienced an issue after using the shower on the second floor — water started dripping into the toilet on the first floor. When we entered the apartment, we noticed information on the wall about properly using the shower curtains, so we were careful with that. There was no water on the bathroom floor after one usage of that, which suggests the leak may be coming from the drainage pipes under the bathtub.

• Ana (8/5): Ubicación excelente pero instalaciones en general regular - Ubicación La ducha del 3 piso mojaba todo el baño. La ducha del 2 piso cae en el 1 piso. El jardín estaba a oscuras, no había luz. Armario del 3 piso a punto de caerse.

Il y a eu une fuite entre la douche et les WC juste en dessous. La lumiere du salon etait capricieuse, il fallait forcer 4 ou 5 fois pour avoir de la lumière sans que ça ne saute.

• Simon (8/5): - Spacious, parking very close to the centre and good transport links. Really good place to explore London from. Has a garden and very private. Nothing major some small maintenance works required.
• Tracy (1/5): GRIM - Didn't stay and had to book elsewhere. - The property was grim. Paper peeling off the walls, buckets in the room without explanation - when queried they said the roof was leaking. Dirty, smelly stairs and 73 steps on a narrow staircase with missing grip treads. No television.

• carl (10/5): Perfect for our needs. Close to underground - Spacious and with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets it’s great for big parties. Will be looking out for this place on our next visit to London. Drive parking at the house is brilliant too.
• Nikolai (5/5): Nice big property good location bug needs an update - Large property. Lots of space Parking was not available. The house overall needs a refresh. Lots of items are broken or worn out. In the bedroom I stayed in there was a shelf of the wall above my head hanging on for dear life. Holes in bathroom door that you can see through etc etc

• Udev (3/5): Rude host, generally ok otherwise. - Property was nice and as expected. Nothing great but beds were comfortable. The upstairs wet room has a semi-transparent door so it's obvious to see someone when they are using the toilet or having a shower. The other issue is that the host is very rude and unaccommodating. They also have a £100 fixed fee if you leave the apartment more than 10 mins after check out time of 11am which was not made clear at the time of booking. The issue with the late check out fee is amplified by the fact that the host sent us check in information AFTER our scheduled check in time.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk to madame tussauds. Not far from anything. Lovely place to stay and would stay again.

• Samer (4/5): Decent location. Large space. Below average property conditions - The property is large and in a decent location. Everything seems to be almost falling apart in the house. Obviously, the minimum was done to have the property rented. We communicated with the host about the issues: - shower head broken: it was fixed - shower leaking to the below bathroom and raining downstairs: the landlord stated that it was our fault for not fully wrapping the curtain around the tub. While it is very difficult to do so due to space limitations, we tried to do it and the water still leaked. - a shelve that seems to be very heavy is very loose and about to fall down. It is directly above the bed headboard in one of the bedroom which seems to be a very dangerous. The issue was ignored. - soap was not available in all bathrooms. We didn’t bring up this issue as we had bigger problems mentioned above. We just managed with what was available.

• Monika (1/5): This property is not recommened. Our experience was very disappointing. - It was within walking distance of the metro. We spent 3 nights in this accommodation with our 2 children and do not recommend that anyone stay there in the future. Importantly, the images advertised do not represent the accommodation accurately. The cleanliness and function of the house were very far below any standard. It is located in a very loud area and in what seemed to be a council estate. On one occasion, we were met by a large group of hooded teenagers outside the house. During our stay, we did not feel safe. The front door was fitted with a small, broken lock. The device next to the door made a continuous beeping sound. The entire house was infested with ants. The house has 3 bathrooms, all smelled, had mould, and had broken tiles. The top bathroom cabinet was broken. They were not fit for use. The kitchen was disgusting and completely unusable. The coffee maker was swimming in water. The kettle was mouldy and smelled even after repeated boiling. There were no cleaning supplies, only an old, used scrubbing pad and brush. The dishwasher had old dishes covered in food and mould. All dishes in the cupboards were dirty or covered in dead bugs. The patio furniture was filthy. The sitting room’s light was faulty, and its cables were hanging from the ceiling. One of the beds had hair in it. The bedroom wardrobes were falling apart. All the windows were dirty and greasy. All these issues were presented with photographs to the property’s agent. We explained our situation and how the mould triggered our kids' allergies. We asked for some type of refund so we could leave. We were met with a defensive and careless response. Even with all these faults, we were told that they were not grounds for a refund. We used booking.com multiple times and never had such an unpleasant experience.

• Shaemus (10/5): Very modern and clean. Very well maintained. - Nice parking. Nice patio. Nice beds. Very clean. Wifi worked. Nice location in middle of London. Neighbors were a little loud one night. Had issues with 2nd and 3rd floor showers. Second floor shower/tub a little difficult to get into and shower head leaded. Third shower lost hotwater one night but later it worked.

• Frances (8/5): Good value clean and well located property - O Location was great and plenty of room and v clean Downstairs toilet not flushing well but to be honest we didn’t contact the host as we were only there for 2 nights and out all day. The shower in the main bathroom was hard to manage for my 85 year old mother. Apart from that we would definitely book again - despite the early morning noise from the tree cutters in the park behind the house / hopefully that’s once a year event!!!

• Catharine (9/5): Perfect place for a family or group in a great part of London - This perfectly placed and perfectly sized house fitted the needs of our party exactly and was a great price. As well as individual bedrooms there was a separate lounge and a separate kitchen which meant that we all had space to be up early or late without disturbing others. Parking on site was a bonus, as was outside space. In December the place was super toasty and warm and each room had individually controlled radiators. Entry details were clear and easy to follow. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with equipment, with a full oven and hob. There were two bathrooms and a ground floor toilet. Within ten minutes walk you can find Tesco express, mini marts, shopping streets, and antique market, pubs restaurants, fish n chips, and tube / railway stations. We were very happy and this was perfect for our needs The tiniest minor issue was that the twin beds were on the softer size.

A really great location, just away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets but only a 10 minute cab ride away from the shops, bars etc…

• Stuart (10/5): Would definitely stay again - A lot of thought and effort by the owners has gone into this place. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, in nice quiet area with good pavements and dropped kerbs for mobility scooter. Handy for Lords cricket ground and a 20 minute walk into Marylebone. If you haven't come across this type of Yale lock before watch the video the owner sends you.

• Hani (10/5): Great site for Regent’s Park and Recreation - Three floor house with a parking space. Electric charger just round the corner. Clean and in a great spot near Tussaud’s and bakers street 10 min walk. Good beds larger property quiet neighbourhood. Nice balcony and nice little patio at the back secluded and also quiet. Nothing this was lovely. But checkout could be 1200 not 10
