• Robert (9/5): Great place in a great location. You cannot be closer to the beach. - Great location, wasy checkin, great contact with the Owners. There are some minor things that could make a life easier, ie some hagers for clothes and towels in bathroom. I would also invest in better tv, with access to internet.

• Mette (8/5): Central location right by the beach, balcony nice to sit on. - Great central location, very clean and comfortable beds. Easy check in and very good and fast communications with the owners. Great price. Slightly dated and would have liked more cooking equipment and bowls etc as we did cook and eat in a fair bit. The cooker hob was erratic to use when the oven was also on.

• Cotmeanu (9/5): Locație confortabilă - Locație pe faleză, aproape de plaja, terase și restaurante. Confortabila și dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanta cu familia. Tavanul la baie trebuie puțin refăcut. In general mici retușuri care să aducă un aer mai proaspăt locației.
• Beata (8/5): Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás, de lehetne még javíthatna a konfortosságán. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyszerű, part 1 perc, éttermek szintén: KFC, Mc Donalds, Pizza Hut, éttermek, kávézók tömkelege. A konyhai berendezés hiányos, kávéfőzőt nagyon hiányoltam, a ruhaszárító rozsdás, összefogta a ruhákat. Strandtörölköző és strandtakaró ennyi pénzért!!! Tisztítószerek hiányoztak, így nehéz takarítani.

Nice View, great conditions and Alex, the owner is a very very nice guy, really helpful with everything we needed. Thank You for a wonderful time, when we will come back we will stay in the same place. -

Gal per daug taisyklių - ką kaip daryti, ko nedaryti.... 'See view' versija realiai yra šoninis balkonas, per kurį visą laiką košė vėjas, o apklotukų nebuvo...

• Esther (9/5): Superb - Perfect location!! Sea view. Next to all the restaurant and shops. Nice host and very helpful. Big and spacious apartment with balcony. Uncomfortable pillows, beds are a bit too hard. Need to turn on hot water boiler before showering.
• Галя (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent. The landlord was very kind. You can't sleep past 8 am as the cleaning personnel was extremely noisy in the other apartments. They left a dirty pan in the kitchen drawer. Doors were loudly shut and it woke us up every single morning. We could hear scandals from other tourists in other rooms. The sound insulation for the front door leaves a lot to be desired. The landlords need to talk to the entire cleaning personnel. They are extremely loud.

• Cyprien (9/5): Excellent location and lovely hosts - This is certainly one of the best location for a couple of days in Larnaca. The city center is just there, the bus station to all cities in Cyprus - or to the airport- is just in front of the house, the beach is great and all restaurants are in the vicinity. Then the hosts are really kind and helpful and the equipment is sufficient for a stay. Then then…. For the courageous : one of the best possible sunrise ! Slightly kitsch deco and slightly noisy, depending on where you are by the street but really nothing dramatic.

• Marek (9/5): Highly recommended becaquse of perfect locale and accomodations. - Splendid location, just over the beach and 150 metres from bus stop. Perfectly soundproofed so there was no annoying street noise. The only quibble one can have was that there was no safe in the apartment.
