Anonymous (1/5): Couldn’t overcome the yuck factor, everything felt dirty once you discover dirty underwear laying on clean pillow cases - Location was ideal for our few days in London. Liked the responsiveness of help line staff. Delayed check-in, still dirty when checked in. Found dirty underwear in one closet, dirty socks in other closet, trash in nightstand drawers, trash under radiators, trash left on hallway shelf, broken window shades, ran out of hand soap and toilet paper, non functioning extension power strip.

Damian (7/5): Good - Location for picking up the key. The key box was dirty and the keys inside were disgusting - sitting in a pool of dirty and rusty rainwater. My hands were filthy just from retrieving the key. The code that was sent was also incorrect and I had to call to retrieve a new code. There was no iron and when I called I was told to go and buy a new iron and leave the receipt. I did not follow through on this suggestion and had to make do without the iron which was inconvenient.
