- Mark (6/5): Very simple but also comfortable, just needs little bit of love - Location, very simple Tv remote not working
Lounge chair arm broken on the left side
Shower screen door not closing all the way
Front security door not locking

- Joanna Spencer (7/5): Overall, a comfortable stay. - 1. The house is comfortable and cosy. Rooms are clean and bed are comfortable.
2. Location was really great. Near a bus stop that goes to the CBD and near some good cafes.
3. The wifi network is really good as I am working from the property. So was really convenient. 1. The bathroom feels a little run down but everything works well and is clean.
2. The walk in wardrobe window needs curtains for privacy.
3. There was no sponge for washing the dishes. We bought one and left it for future visitors to use.
The living room sofa was not comfortable to seat on. Feels like really cheap furniture. I was afraid it will break easily.
- taryn (8/5): - Location and comfort and activities for the kids every thing was their I needed for our stay
- Lisa (1/5): It is not a ‘Stylish spa resort heaven.’ - It was difficult to find something to say about what I liked because there were som many problems with the property. It was filthy! We could not use the kitchen because the pots were all scratched and dirty. There was not enough cooking utensils and the kitchen hob hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were no dishcloths or sponges provided to cook with.
The bathroom was filthy. Mould on the bathroom sink drain hole, smears of soap and shampoo on the shower screen, the bathroom floor was filthy and there was mould on the shower door and tiles.
There were several unattractive stains on the couches in the living room.
The windows were filthy (finger prints or dog marks)
The kitchen worktop was peeling off.
The mosquito screens on the windows all had gaps or tears in them.
There were cracks in the living room walls
There was a random array of things in various cupboards in the house. Like a glass of some yellow liquid, that could have been oil, left on a shelf… and a bag of female incontinence pads, some broken bits of sculpture and random things, including a single sock.
We found a pink hair extension under one of the beds, which obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly
The front door key was difficult to use
The power board to the internet router was sitting above the sink where it could get wet.
The outside terrace was covered in dust and leaves and the garden was a mess.

- J.faavae (10/5): - It was close to where we needed to go, the house itself was so comfortable the heater worked so well as the night was quite cold, had games and books for the kids to keep them entertained.
- Kimberly (8/5): Apart from inadequate heating, while home was dated in areas, had most essentials, for price - Location was perfect, and excellent cleanliness and communication from host Heating appliances dated and very noisy. Mobile heaters didnt work. Wifi was intermittent for all 4 guests. Grounds and garden unkept.
- Ian (9/5): - Having a whole nice house to ourselves. Limited space in the smallest bedroom.
- Tania (10/5): Dubbo Family Accommodation - Loved the homeliness of the place.
Lots of thought put in with with the games, books, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Enjoyed the spa. Not a lot to not like.
Was very comfortable and adequate for our stay.
The only thing that might be improved...and it's a suggestion not a criticism is a little more attention to detail re cleaning. It certainly was not filthy, but due to my occupation I did notice that a little more intense cleaning could improve things.
- Alok (6/5): It was acceptable because it was short stay - Location, everything was 10-15 min away The place is small than the pics
- Kimberly (1/5): If I could give negative star I would. - We really enjoyed the location.
The property on the other hand, was absolutely filthy, and the host has been nothing but M.i.a the whole time booking.com has been trying to contact them regarding refunding me as we sent them photo evidence of the appalling conditions. There were food spills, black hand prints, and unidentified spills on EVERY SINGLE WALL. The good utensiles were caked in food. The light switches, door handles, and doors were black with hand prints. The condition of the floors, toilet, and bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I've gone to many better public toilets in my time than this. I had to purchase my wondering cleaning products and vacuum because the host would not reply to me.
I have spent the past week and a half going back and forth woth booking.com, who have verified via photo evidence the condition of this accommodation is unacceptable, whilst the host refuses communication woth either of us and no solution on the host behalf has been made. I would upload the 214 photos i have of the absolute filth, but it only.let me upload 4, unfortunately.
- John (8/5): Comfortable stay - Our stay was comfortable and so much better than a motel. Facilities were good, and the setup for our family stay was more than adequate. Would certainly stay again.
- Isobel (9/5): Convenient well supplied stay - Comfortable beds, pleasant decor, good supply of crockery, linen etc Internet access/tv took a while to navigate successfully
- Kelly (4/5): Needs a good clean - They had lots of toys for the kids. It was dirty. It looks like mould in the bathroom sink. The walls were dirty in the whole house. The sheets had marks in them I don’t know if they were changed from the previous people. Th ere wasn’t a vacuum. They let us know about the construction but we were walking mud and dirt into the house and there was only a crappy little broom to clean it.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean. Good size for our family
- Fatih (3/5): This was our 2nd airbnb in Dubbo due to extending our travel for 1 more day. I didin’t have to check the reviews, but to - 3 bedrooms to accomodate 6 people. The owner was helpful to arrange a 2pm check in instead of 3pm. Cleaning, comfort (beds, couches). There were all types of insects in the bedroom that you can think of, from cockroach to moats, ants to mosquitos.
- Chenhall (4/5): Disappointing - Didn't have breakfast there The toilet floor hadn't been cleaned for a good while and the windows were filthy. Some of the light switches were cracked and the couch was stained. The front yard was neglected and the little bit of the grass out the back wasn't looked after.
- Troy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (10/5): Amazing!! - Absolutely beautiful place we stayed while we welcomed our little niece into the world. Very accomodating and helpful hosts. Nothing
- Moin (4/5): Would not recommend staying here. - Jacuzzi spa Upon arrival I noticed the house was incredibly dusty, there were a number of spiders/ cockroaches and webs everywhere. It looked like the house hadn’t been cleaned in months. The kitchen cupboards were very dusty. There was no basic utilities such vaccum or hairdryer and dryer. The carpet and sofa was very dirty there were spots all over it. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. There waste spider cobwebs in each room on our beds while we were sleeping. On top of that the wifi was terrible it kept cutting out while we were trying to use it. Only two toilet rolls were provided for our 4 day stay, for seven people. The backyard was completely shut off due to the dust and mud.
- Lynn (3/5): Won’t go back again. - quiet The house was not cleaned at all when we arrived at 6pm. We were a bit shocked that everything in the house was left in the status from the previous guests, including bedding!
- Nicolin (8/5): A nice space for our family of four to relax after our Zoo adventure. - Neat and tidy property. Full size kitchen. Bath & shower. The host provided some board games to occupy our nights. Property has Wifi. The furniture could have been a bit more comfortable.
- Christine (5/5): Pleasant enough! - The location wasn't too bad as there was a shopping centre not far up the street and it was easy to get to where ever you needed to go. The neighbourhood was quite and the construction site didn't bother us at all. It wasn't as clean as I think it should have been. There were hairs on the toilet and bathroom floors. There was no soap in the soap dispenser for hand washing in the bathroom. The lounges were uncomfortable and hadn't been cleaned for a while as there were bits of food in the lounge. There was nothing in the rear bedrooms to put bags on and the curtains in these rooms didn't cover the windows enough the keep all the light out at night. No clothes line, we had to hang our clothes on the construction fence and the small clothes airer that was provided. The coffee machine didn't work and there was no information on the wifi. I tried to contact the owner on numerouse occasions by text and two different email addresses to ask for the wifi password and never got a response.
- Sue (10/5): Easy to find clean and very comfortable - Convenient and very clean comfortable. Nice quiet location
- Jen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Julian (3/5): It's just a house with a spa. Certainly not a Family Bliss and Spa Heaven. - The place was not clean. For somewhere that charges a $165 cleaning fee, they clearly do not do a good job. We were very disappointed to find the sheets in the main room had not been washed and were stained. We washed them and hung them out to dry before we would sleep in the bed. The two lamps had globes that were blown. I switched the lamps from one of the spare rooms to the main. The email stated that the WIFI code was on the book on the tv stand. There was no book. It didn't worry us because we used our mobile hotspots. The place was not prepared for guests. It should only be described as a suburban house with a spa, and not Stylish Family Bliss and Spa Heaven. To give the owners credit, they did tell us of the works in the back yard, but still $948 for 4 nights was too much, even if it was spotless.
- Laurie (5/5): Disappointed - Allowed early check in. I am sorry to say we were quite disappointed with our accommodation despite reading good reviews from others.
We picked this place as it was described as dog friendly but the back yard was fenced off and was a construction site.
The patio was dirty, bathroom and tiled floors did not look clean. There was no closets or place to put your suitcases/clothes in 2 of the bedrooms.
We had paid $777 for the 2 nights and compared to other houses we stayed at on our holiday, we felt this was overpriced for what we got.
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy. Nice new fittings.
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Mat (8/5): Comfortable, well presented and maintained home, Board games was a win for the kids. - Nice comfortable home, well presented and maintained. Kids loved the board games and a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not a dislike but having a dryer would be handy.
- Erin (3/5): Poor - The property was located in a dodgy area but we didn't have any issues. The welcome treats were a nice touch, and the kids enjoyed the box of toys that were available inside the house. The property did not have a 'hot tub' but instead a 'spa bath' which the kids enjoyed but there was no bubble bath as advertised. The lawn was so overgrown so our 4 kids were housebound and couldn't play outside. I saw someone complain about the lawns after looking at previous reviews so this issue might be a regular occurrence. The carpets had not been vacuumed and the beds smelt dusty and definitely not freshly cleaned.
- Nelson (10/5): "Two days in Dubbo: wildlife wonders and rural retreat. - The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen amenities were really good and there is a box full of toys which my little one throughly enjoyed playing with.
- Jacob (8/5): Stay was very good, host answered any questions. Even after hours. -
- Chouds (7/5): Good -
- Andrea (9/5): Very well catered for - The hoast was amazing. Great communication. House had everything we needed. Was a drama free stay. Was fine. Cars didn’t fit under the carport - little cars would. But there was enough parking so wasn’t a problem.
- Jenny (6/5): Get the right access pin the first time our stay may have been less stressful - Close to our work venue
Quite location That we received emails before stay with incorrect pin key access
Stood in 40 degree heat waiting for reply
Last day of stay received an email with different pin access details
A bit late wouldn’t u think
- Katy (8/5): awesome spot to stay would definitely stay again - it had a really homely vibe, we took advantage of the board games! such a nice touch. the host checked in to make sure everything was going good. mattresses were a bit hard but the pillow and blanket variety was awesome! better pillows then a lot of motels! some sheer blinds would have been nice so we could have some privacy with the curtains opened.
- Roxy (9/5): Was in a great location close to shops and food and not too far from the Zoo. We loved our stay here - Location was great, rooms were generous, and children loved the spa bath and toy box there was nothing we didnt like
- Walaa (8/5): was ok - no light outside, door was hard to open every tie
