• Paul (10/5): Brilliant, 5 mins from bus/metro 15 mins from Vatican - For us it was a great location, 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 5 minutes to bus/metro and then you could get anywhere very cheaply. Big spacious apartment 2 large double bedrooms, 1 single with en-suite, another large bathroom, great kitchen and large lounge/diner. Apt is on 7th floor but there is a lift. Small balcony running all along apt. Beds are soooo comfy. There is both aircon and heating but even in Nov the place is perfectly warm. It can be a little noisy from traffic. Plenty of places to eat within 2 minute walk. And Max is amazing, he will sort anything out for you if you ask or just let him know and he’ll fix it. Thanks Max.

• Henning (10/5): Great family trip to Rome with excellent support from our host! - We have been visiting Rome for 4 days with 8 people including 3 kids and have been looking in advance for a place to stay which is large enough and well located for public transport. The appartment HolyDom71 was excatly what we needed and we had a wondeful stay there. For our breakfast we went just across the street for a real Italian breakfast feeling with tasty food and very reasonable pricing. The Metro station is just 2min walk away and we could enjoy our sightseeing trips everyday with easy travelling. We really appreciated the support from our host, Massimo, who helped us in advance already to organize the pickup from airport as we arrived quite late in the night and the train was no longer runnnig, All other questions and wishes were directly solved by him via WhattsApp so that we could enjoy an unforgettable trip to Rome with our family. • Dharani (10/5): Conveniently located near many attractions - Very clean place , lots of room for a group , train station is just within minutes of walking , you can reach Piazza del Popolo by train within 7 minutes and Vatican City is just one station away.

• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of space in the apartment, coffee in the kitchen, quiet neighbors (even though you can hear the TV through the walls), easily accessible amenities right next to the apartment: subway station, pizzerias, cafes, grocery stores. And above all, Massimiliano: a very nice, polite and helpful host! Thank you! The elevator is small and only fits two people comfortably. However, this is actually an advantage: if you take 30,000 steps every day in Rome, finally walking to the seventh floor is like climbing Monte Bianco di Courmayeur! A small elevator won't tempt you not to take advantage of this opportunity :-)

• Piotr (9/5): Pleasant stay in great city - Apartment is located in residential part of Rome which we liked. Metro is 5 min away and takes 10 min to get to city center. Supermarket is just downstairs around the corner which is very convenient. Second bathroom is very very small. Overall we had a good stay. Massimiliano was a very good host and very communicative. He also helped us with airport transfers. 2nd bathroom is very small.

• Domenico (9/5): Overall, excellent stay at HolyDom - Well appointed apartment with everything you might need/want, including netflix. Large rooms with plenty of space for luggage. Washing machine and detergents available to do our essentials. Also, bottles of water available in fridge on arrival. Host gave many suggestions and recommendations during our stay. Location is a little far from Centro storico by walking (about 40 min). However, the Cipro station is very close for easy access to bus or metro transport. The location is very close to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants, grocery shops, bars and cafes close by. Comfortable beds, pillows and very clean apartment. Location on the 7th floor. Small lift sometimes didn't work.

Easy self check in and out. About 15 minutes walk to Vatican Museum with children and elders. The owner is so welcoming, making sure our stay and journey is okay, easy to reach out with prompt responses. We loved our stay at the property.

We had 2 bathrooms which was great and we made use of the dish washer and wash machine, which was very convenient. The location was great and communication with the owner was super easy and uncomplicated. The small room could use an air conditioner if its own but that wasn’t a big problem.

It's super easy to access and the air con was epic. So close to 2 metro stations - you can into central Rome easily - with nothing a problem. There's a small supermarket just round the corner and lots of places to eat up the main street. Nothing - it was perfect! Thanks Max

• Sehjeong (10/5): Very nice and convenient stay! - The apartment is in the 400m distance from the Cipro station near Vatican City. It is about 30 mins away from the Fiumicino airport car. It is very convenient to take the subway to get to all attractions. Even with my 70 year old parents, it was no problem to reach the subway each morning (very short walk). Also, there are a bus stop, good pastry shop, supermarkets, and mobile shop within the 3 min distance. The property has a constant stream of hot water, which was good for a winter traveller. The dishwasher was a time saver for us after meals. The property was very quiet after 9-10pm each day. We had a good night sleep. Since the heating was centralized and only came a short period of time each day in the evening, the property was not warm, but not cold either. It was fine for us to stay and sleep. Rome itself is not that cold when we travelled (Dec. 17-22). Usually, the morning and evening were a bit chilly but the afternoon was not that cold with the shiny sun in Rome. However, for elderly people or little children, I highly recommend to bring a small electric heating pad for them at night. It is not the property's problem but the whole city's heating condition. There are enough number of plates, mugs, forks, knifes and spoons. There are also salad bowls, a few pots and frying pans. Shampoos, soaps, and toilet papers were provided but no tooth paste (so, bring one for you!). The property has lots of drawers, which was very convenient for us. The owner of the property asked us if everything was fine each morning until we left it. He was very responsive and kind for our questions and requests. We did not have any problems during our stay. It was such a pleasant stay in Rome!I highly recommend the property for a family. The master bedroom is right next to the apartment of a neighbor lady who turned the TV a whole day. It was a bit noisy but she went to bed after 9pm. Since we were out in the afternoon and the neighbor lady went to bed around 9pm, I would like to stress that it was not a big problem. The single bed in the small bedroom was too squeaky and soft. I think the owner may consider to change the mattress. The shower booth in the small bedroom was a bit small for an adult. It would be good if there were posts of how to use the dishwasher and the washing machine on them (this is my small wish. We run a translation app to use them, which was not a big deal).

Location is another plus, 5 minutes walking from Metro A (Cipro Stop) the variety of high quality level restaurants nearby. • Katrina (10/5): Wonderful home base for Rome vacation! - The apartment is very charming and clean. Good beds, great location close to the Vatican. There is a grocery store around the corner, which was great as we do like to eat some meals in. Massimiliano kept in close contact and check in was easy as well as responding quickly to questions. We liked being a little out of the city center/ it was very quiet at night. This was our 2nd trip to Rome and so glad we rented an apartment. Concierge was charming and helpful. No complaints at all.

The apartment is very clean with great air-condition, comfortable beds. We appreciated the living room for social activities like playing cards etc. Host is very friendly and professional.
