• Fabian (8/5): Dobrze ale może być lepiej - Perfekcyjna lokalizacja. Blisko Sagrady, blisko metra, dookoła sklepy I piekarnie. W mieszkaniu było czysto, pościel czyściutka i świeża. Bardzo wygodny materac. Podstawowe środki na start kapsułki do kawy itp. Mieszkanie ciemne a okna wychodzą na ścianę więc generalnie w mieszkaniu jest cały czas jak późnym wieczorem. By działało WiFi musi być włączone światło w sypialni. Wieczorem Jljest na to pomysl, wykręcać żarówki bo inaczej się nie da. W samym mieszkaniu problem z internetem w telefonie wiec WiFi musi być. Mieszkanie niestety jest zużyte a w niektórych miejscach bardzo. W łazience grzyb na suficie i w kabinie. W kuchni w suficie dziura. Jak po zalaniu przez sąsiadów odpadła cześć sufitu 15x15 cm. Tego nie da się posprzątać. To tam trzeba przeprowadzić remont. Mieszkania obok rownież pod wynajem i niestety potrafi być głośno.

Turistik bölgede olmasına rağmen sessiz bir ortamı var. Bizce çok iyi bir alternatif... Dış cepheye bakan penceresi olmadığı için havalandırma konusu problemli...
• Solivieri71 (5/5): Visitare Barcellona e fare attenziona alla struttura. - La posizione è sicuramente un fattore positivo, è attaccato alla Sagrada Familia e in prospettiva comodo per raggiungere il centro. È una zona tranquilla, a nostro avviso, con parecchi garage per la macchina e sevizi vari. L’appartamento appare ben strutturato e con tutti i confort, per prima cosa al nostro arrivo il divano letto non era preparato, la prenotazione era per 4, e l’aver dovuto sistemarlo, in se non costituisce un problema, ha evidenziato quanto non fosse pulito e ci ha fatto trovare le lenzuola riposte in un vano al suo interno ma non imbustate. Il locale è dotato di aria condizionata ma è solo nella sala principale mentre nella camera da letto è presente un ventilatore; a noi non ha creato problemi perché i giorni sono stati molto piovosi, anche se di luglio, ma in presenza di forte caldo sicuramente non è l’ideale. Il soffitto della cucina presentava degli scrostamenti che sono sfociati in perdite di acqua quando nella seconda notte del soggiorno c’è stato un forte temporale. Il modem con il wifi è nella camera da letto e per come è stata progettata se non si lascia accesa la luce della camera il wifi non funziona ma nemmeno il ventilatore, la loro soluzione è stata staccare la lampadina della luce in modo da lasciare l’interruttore acceso. Il bagno non ha ganci per appendere i già piccoli asciugamani in dotazione e quindi diventa complicata una permanenza prolungata perché non c’è modo di asciugarli; a noi è stato fornito uno stendino da da mettere in sala in quanto l’unico posto abbastanza grande. Per non dilungarmi abbiamo avuto un confronto diretto con la proprietà e con Booking per cambiare strutture, alla fine siamo rimasti dietro la promessa da pate della proprietà di cambiare le lenzuola del divano e di una pulizia approfondita dell’appartamento. Le lenzuola le hanno solo rassettate, mentre hanno sicuramente pulito bene l’appartamento. Sicuramente è stata la nostra esperienza più negativa con strutture Booking, se abbiamo continuato a fare prenotazioni con loro è grazie alla loro assistenza e al rimborso che ci hanno fatto a compensazione dei vari disagi. Un appartamento così ci ha fatto trascorressimo tutta la giornata fuori a visitare molto bene Barbella.

• Davis (8/5): - The location is incredible - right by the Sagrada Familia but in a quiet street with no traffic. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in agent was super nice and responsive to all our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is in the living area, and since it was not turned on when we checked in, the bedroom was quite warm. After we reported this, the check-in agent came within an hour with a brand new floor fan and set it up in the bedroom, which helped a lot. It's not visible from the pictures, but the apartment has only one window, which overlooks a wall. It was not a big deal for us since we didn't spend much time in the apartment and didn't care about the view.
• Armen (7/5): Good - The staff and location was very good. The room was clean. The apartment is like a basement, the windows are looking on a walls without any sunlight. The room was stuffy. The water in the bathroom was not draining which was very big problem. The sockets in the bedroom and WiFi are connected to light switch, so if you turn light off no electricity and no WiFi. The bathroom is very uncomfortable, no place to put a shampoo in the shower. Beds are uncomfy. And many more inconveniences.

• Uros (9/5): Charming place - Located on a small, quiet street, this apartment is ideal for families who want to be close to the city action, which was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment wasn't spotlessly clean. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't perfect either. There was also a construction site nearby during our visit, which wouldn't have been a problem on sunny days when we ate outside, but it got a bit boring when it rained and we were stuck indoors.
• Meggan (8/5): Nice apartment with everything we needed, very happy we stayed - Great apartment with everything we needed, Fast Free WiFi, cooking facilities, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine (just buy your own pods). Looks just like the pictures. - Great staff, helpful and patient when our flight was delayed. Marco was 10/10. - The sagradas bell songs on the hours throughout the day, you can hear it if you open the windows, very nice. - The area is not overly crowded in late February and a great place to stay, not sure how it will be in peak season but not many will think to walk down this side street I think. - Heating was not an issue on cold nights as mentioned in other reviews, the AC unit and the portable heater was enough. The apartment is tucked in a side street so the windows of the property look out onto walls and AC units, so don't expect a room with a view, but you can hear the sagradas song.
