• Khan (2/5): Disappointing, uncomfortable stay. - Easy to find. Right next to tube plus lots of restaurant options nearby. If attention is paid to cleanliness and maintanence, apartment has some potential. As of now, the location is the only upside. The lack of cleanliness made for an uncomfortable stay. Bedsheets were stained. Sofa in lounge was stained. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Too warm, fans provided did not make much of a difference. Dishwasher had not been unloaded. Living room lights needed replacement. It seems that no effort is being made for improvement according to the reviews guests leave.

• John (10/5): A gem of a find. - Great location good on going communication with the host. All round a very good option if you are coming to London.

• Hayat (7/5): Good - location is fantastic. hospitality of the host was amazing especially the quick help we were offered when we forgot the keys once inside :) the cleanliness from floor to under couch , under bed & espcieally the kitchen appliances which couldnt be used like the toaster & microwave.

• Joenil (1/5): Property not fit for purpose - Location of the property. Very dirty property. So many issues including the leaking bathroom, broken bulbs, not working lamps and so many more such as hard to contact the host.
• Kayvan (3/5): Terrible property and host - please don’t book here. - Decent location There was mold in many corners of the bathrooms. The linens and towels had old blood stains on them that hadn’t been laundered properly. The sofa was broken. There was no WiFi - the modem was not charged and the data plan on it had been exceeded. When contacted the property manager did not follow through with any remedies. The response times and customer service left much to be desired: partial refunds was offered but not honoured. Save your money, time and sanity and don’t book here - the property management are deceptive and unprofessional, the property is not as advertised at all, and the condition of it is a health hazard.
• Abhishek (7/5): Best location to travel around and many food options. - Fantastic location Clean Host was good. Living room lights were extremely dim. Dryer was not working. Clothes hanging stand broken and no place to hang clothes after washing. Common toilet heater not working. Both rooms aircon/heater not working.
• Ozuzuma (2/5): it was a very cold holiday without the heating working - the location. there was no heating in the apartment. the whole place was very cold. my baby caught a cold in the apartment
• Sharath (1/5): Bad - quick access to tube and supermarkets. size of rooms and living area was big. it was not so clean, floor was not mopped for ages. not kid friendly, it's difficult to take the pram/luggage up to your flat through narrow stairs. none of the thermostats were working in the flat, I phoned the owner who told its impossible and ignored my subsequent calls.

• Hameed (10/5): Good value for money - Location, spacious, fully furnished which makes u feel like home. All taps, showers, flush and drainage were fully working which normally are an issue. Sofa bed. There should be an additional mattress instead of sofa bed.

• Sonia (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was perfect for our 2 families. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of space. The location is perfect, within steps to tube station and tons of dining options. The host was very quick to respond with details of the checkin process. Would definitely stay again.

• Constantin (7/5): Very good location and easy check-in, but the apartment was not very clean and needs fixing up. - This Airbnb in Earls Court / Kensington is in a fantastic location, really close to the metro, which made it easy to travel around London. The process of getting the keys was smooth, and communicating with the host was hassle-free. The size of the apartment was also a plus, offering good space. The cleanliness of the apartment was a letdown. Both bathroom sinks were not clean, and there were several dirty areas, especially in the bathroom corners. The sofa had greasy marks on it. Also, the place needs some repairs as it looks better in the pictures than in reality. It's a decent space with great potential but requires attention to cleanliness and some updating.
