- Cassie K. (7/5): Old and rickety, but spacious and well located. - Cat friendly, spacious and short walk to beach, shops and public transport. Even with all the things I didn't like about the place, I'd stay again for the convenience of taking the cat along and easy access to everything. Noisy as hell. Cafes across the street set up and open before sun up, lots of foot and vehicle traffic, three or so construction sites in a block radius of the apartment. Half the bed was very lumpy and hard, the other half ok. Lots of roaches and I'm phobic.

- Timmy (9/5): Superb - Easy access to all locations around Toilet not always flushing and was leaking all the time shower wasn't to good and people up above us was making noise and banging until around 1130pm at night
