• Caro (10/5): - Todo me pareció muy bien y coincide con lo descrito. Mary siempre estuvo muy pendiente de todo para que nos sintiéramos bien. Todo me gustó. De pronto una única sugerencia seria tener algo en el desayuno que sea de sal, dado que es únicamente dulce (que es común en Italia).
• Holger (9/5): Insgesamt zu dem Preis empfehlenswert - Sehr feines Zimmer mit schönem Bad, die Chefin sehr freundlich trotz früherer Ankunft gleich da und immer erreichbar. Die Gegend ist nicht die beste die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parken ist schwierig, 2 Parkhäuser 5min entfernt , Frühstück in einem guten Café 4 min entfernt bestehend aus 1kaffee und 1 Gebäck.

• Melissa (10/5): Excellent location with excellent hosts - Great location, easy to walk into the main area for all the sites but also just enough outside of the main area to feel a bit more local, and find great restaurants without as much tourist price. Mary and her husband were excellent hosts, very responsive and very helpful when we needed anything.

• Silvia Bucurescu (10/5): Super clean, nice room - Very clean, nearby the city center, easy to visit by foot by us, Mary was very nice The room doesn’t have any other heating source besides an AC unit. We didn’t expect this, so every time when we arrived after a walk, it was cold until the AC warmed up the room. The bathroom was cold by default. I think it’s fine in summer, but in winter it is a problem. Also, the neighborhood is quite untidy, with a lot of garbage on the streets, but isn't unusual for Naples. We had a paid breakfast on 1st of January but the location was closed. Mary told us when we've arrived. I think this should be solved by returning the money, not to request 2 breakfasts on same day, because we couldn't do that, we were visiting the city.

Wir konnten bereits um 12 Uhr einchecken und sie hat uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Vom ruhig gelegenen Appartement mit kleinem Balkon ist es nicht weit zur U-Bahn Station Piazza Cavour und zum Dom. Einzig das Frühstück (Gutschein für 1 heißes Getränk und ein süßes Stückchen) in einem ungemütlichen Café mit unfreundlicher Bedienung hat noch viel Luft nach oben.
• Sarah (10/5): A memorable stay in Napoli with the most wonderful host - would highly recommend. - This property is beautiful - spotlessly clean and the room was spacious enough for my friend and I. Mary, the host, is truly wonderful - we had the best welcome and Mary gave us lots of tips to have the best time (Lombardi1892 pizza was to die for, 5 mins walk from the property). We were in amongst the residents, which was a lovely experience and the Via Duomo and metro are within a 10 mins walk. Thank you to Mary, who spoke to us throughout and went above and beyond. A truly memorable experience. Nothing!

La camera, ampia e luminosa, era impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di un letto molto confortevole, oltre a un bagno funzionale e curato nei dettagli. La colazione ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi: ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi e genuini. La posizione si è rivelata perfetta per visitare la zona e spostarsi comodamente verso le principali attrazioni. Un sentito grazie ai proprietari, che con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno accolto con calore, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La loro ospitalità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Consigliamo questo B&B senza alcun dubbio e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

• Kirsten (8/5): An oasis from the busyness of Naples. - The very helpful landlord, the cleanliness and that we had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked well the bathroom was lovely. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, lift to get to the 4th floor where the apartment is located. A small balcony to watch Napoli life. Mary our host organised a driver for us for our early morning flight too. A great stay overall.

Mary the owner is a lovely person, very helpfull, let us stay in the room after checkout time. The apartment was painted lately. Lovely view from our room. The price is fair. I'd be happy to go there again. Highly recommended. .

There was breakfast provided in a pastry shop just down the street, which was absolutely delicious. It included a coffee and a pastry. In walking distance to everything you want to see in Napoli. 15 minutes walk to Napoli Central station. The room is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator so don't worry if you have luggage. Just be careful when coming late because the apartment is located in a back street.

We had to arrive in Wednesday evening at 8 PM but our flight has a delay and we arrive at 23:30 in the evening. Nevertheless Mary and her husband were there to welcome us and to kindly show us a nearby family pizzeria where we can have dinner in this late hour. Mary was so very kind and smiley woman and she explain to us everything we need to know. I have never been in more clear room in italy! It was our second visit to Naples but if I go for the third time I definitely will stay at her apartment! 10 of 10 without thinking. The apartment is near the historical centre, near metro station, near shops and restaurants. Everything was perfect!!!! Everything was perfect!

The apartment is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the historic center and within walking distance of most of Naples main attractions. It’s also conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The neighborhood has a truly authentic Neapolitan feel, frequented by locals, which made our experience even more special. The apartment itself is brand new, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Mary is such a wonderful host—she gave us excellent tips about the city and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a rental car and it was difficult finding parking but she helped us find parking late night. The B&B is close to the local shops and you also get free breakfast which is amazing to start you off for the day.

Mary, who runs the B&B, is lovely, really kind & helpful. I had an issue with pain in my wisdom tooth following surgery & she checked in with me several times to make sure I was OK. I'd definitely recommend solo travellers. I felt very comfortable in the area & knew Mary was there to help with anything i needed. Thank you so much, Mary. I'll see you next time I visit Naples I liked everything. there were no issues at all.

• T (10/5): Wonderful Stay with Friendly Host and Perfect Location - Maria, the host, is a truly kind person. She was very helpful during our stay, gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us order a taxi to the airport on our last day. Communicating with her was excellent as she is quick to respond on booking.com's chat and speaks English very well. The location is perfect: You can reach the archeological museum within minutes by foot and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. At night, the area was quiet and we felt safe. All amenities worked without problem (Air Conditioning, TV, refrigerator). The bathroom is very clean and the Argan soaps smelled great. We got coupons for breakfast at a nearby cafe, where they serve delicious, freshly made sfogliatelle :)

Parking advised by the hostes was ok, aomething you need to adjust to in naples is leaving your car key and not having any ticket of you leaving your car at the place. • Sergei (10/5): Please do something with cigarettes smell in Loft room 7. - Loft - Nice clean apartment, quite spacious. Please note that windows may face out as this is the 0th floor. For us it was not a problem. The room stank of cigarettes, we had to sleep with the windows open (this was ok during this season)

Communication with the host was amazing, she is helpful and always answers your questions. What is the most important, the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast includes coffee or tea and something sweet if anyone is interested. The cafe serving your breakfast is located 3 minutes away from the B&B. I fully recommended this guesthouse! -

(+) The room and entrance part was very clean. (+) In the entrance area there was a coffee machine, kettle and some sweet snacks. (+) We had the feeling that it was a safe (family) apartment. (+) Owners gave us a voucher for breakfast (coffee + cornetto) in a nearby very nice patisserie. It is not a bad comment about the apartment. It is about the location and the focus of this comment is not directly about the place, but about Napoli. I think the apartment is not located in a touristic district (although it is very close to the Archeological Museum). So if a person wants to see the local life, eat in local pizzerai, the location is alright. However, as a visitor (not being used to live in Napoli) I felt a bit uncomfortable while walking to the apartment at the beginning, but later I got used to it.

The B&B Mary Sant'Elia is located just few steps from the Historic Centre as well as Piazza Cavour from which metro can take you everywhere you want. The room is cosy, well equipped, and clean. Mary, the owner, is a very friendly and warm person, ready to help you if you need this. Typical italian breakfast is served in the nearby cafe. Sweets are really tasty - everyday we tried something new 🙂 Just around the corner there is absolutely fantastic Pizzeria Miracoli that Mary recommended to us. No doubt the best place to eat real pizza napolitana.

There is a balcony with the room and we were able to dry our clothes there. It is close to 2 Metro stations ‘Piazza Cavour’ and ‘Museo’. It is also very convenient to access to the old downtown ‘Scappa Napoli’ and The National Archaeological Museum of Naples. It may not be easy to reach this B&B from Napoli Central Station by public transportation if you don’t know much about Napoli but it was easy for us to reach there by taxi in about 10 minutes. The venue for breakfast is a Café along the main street near the Metro station ‘Piazza Cavour’ and took about 5 minutes to get there on foot. Mary, the owner of this B&B, was very kind and friendly. She introduced us restaurants, shopping spots and all the information we needed. We were able to communicate with her by WhatsApp when necessary. We really enjoyed the stay here and want to visit again.

We arrived a bit earlier then check in time, they helped us with the baggage’s letting us to leave them there and going around. The rooms was very cleaned. The breakfast at the coffee shop also very yummy Nothing to complain
