• ELENA (10/5): Bonito y cómodo apartamento en una ubicación perfecta para visitar Venecia - El apartamento está muy bien, está situado al lado del Arsenal en el barrio de Castello, no tan turístico, más tranquilo y con vida local, y a la vez muy cerca de todo. Además está a 2' de la parada del Vaporetto y Alilaguna y del paseo hacia el Gran Canal, con unas vistas preciosas de la laguna, a un paso del Palacio Ducal y San Marcos. Nuestros anfitriones han sido muy atentos desde la reserva. Nos han dado recomendaciones y han estado siempre disponibles. Elena especialmente, y María que nos esperó para el check in, muy amables y atentas en todo momento. Hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento y en la zona, ubicación perfecta. Totalmente recomendable.
• Marion (10/5): - Wir waren begeistert, es war ein tolles Appartement, in super Lage! Ein paar Schritte von der Vaporetto Station Arsenale entfernt . Es ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch mit der Organisation hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Elena, die wirklich sehr nett war und auch im Vorfeld per WhatsApp alles super organisiert hat!
• González Romano (8/5): Lugar tranquilo y agradable para disfrutar de nuestra estancia en Venecia - Ubicada en un barrio tranquilo y bonito, y cercano a los lugares de interés, bien andando o bien tomando el vaporeto con parada muy cercana. Se vive la esencia de esta preciosa ciudad.
• Luc (10/5): - L'appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Proche de la Piazza San Marco et des embarcadères. Elena est réactive en cas de souci. Tout s'est bien passé 👍. On recommande cet appartement. Le canapé est creusé au milieu, ce n'est pas important pour nous car nous ne sommes pas à Venise pour rester assis sur le canapé😊.
• bernard (8/5): tres bon sejour - la proximite de l'arret des vaporetto a Arsenal 5 minutes à pied, les restaurant à proximité rue garibaldi le calme autour de l'appartement la douche un peu petite

• Filip (7/5): - The apartment was okay overall, and the location is definitely a highlight — very central and convenient for exploring the area. However, we had a disappointing experience that left a negative impression. One of us accidentally forgot a hoodie in the apartment after check-out. When we reached out shortly after, the owner offered to return and open the door — but only for an additional €15 fee. While we understand this may be outside the usual process, it came across as an unnecessary charge rather than a gesture of basic courtesy and helpfulness. In the end it is not about the money, but about hospitality and good manners. Because of this experience, we unfortunately would not recommend this accommodation.

• Kathy (8/5): Great location, clean space, and responsive host. - Close to everything we wanted to see There is air conditioning for one bedroom and common area but the back bedroom and bathroom were hot because of the location of the air conditioners.
