• Alexander (7/5): - The appartment is quite. Had needed stuff for the kitchen and a Coffee machine with capsules. The TV was smart TV which was great for the kids. Not for away from the metro. There are coffees and a supermarket nearby. There is parents room and a sofa in the living room. We arrived at night and couldn't find the kids pillows that were inside the back of the sofa. The other day the host helped us. Still there were no covers for the pillows. So we used extra bad covers for the pillows. The refrigirator was doing a lot of noise and it was inconvinient during the night.
• Rob (9/5): Prima uitvalbasis voor verkennen Milaan - Alles was prima. Appartement is super. 8-10 minuten lopen naar Metro waarvandaan je in 20-40 minuten overal in Milaan kan komen. Netjes alles als nieuw. Bed schoon wasmachine goed bed Kan wel zeggen dat alles prima was verzorgd.

• Tatjana (5/5): Ein zweiter Blick lohnt sich - Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Mit etwas Geduld findet sich ein Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend mit umzäunten Aussenbereich. Räder können sicher plaziert werden. Aufwendiger online check in. Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Ist Zustand der Wohnung (älter, dunkler, etwas verwahrlost in einigen Bereichen, siehe Schrank Flur). Wasserhahn nicht entkalkt. Tagesdecke nicht gereinigt. Ablauf Dusche verstopft. Bettlaken mit Blutfleck.
• Jesús García (8/5): Buena ubicación en zona tranquila - La ubicación esta bien, a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Milán, también hay transporte publico. Zona residencial tranquila. El apartamento es como aparece en las fotos y tiene lo necesario para lo que buscábamos. tuvimos que pagar 100 euros adicionales y luego solo nos devolvió 84 euros quedándose con 14 euros porque no decía que las toallas estaban sucias, y eso no es verdad. Proporcionan toallas que no son nuevas y tienen uso. Nosotros las dejamos en buen estado. Les he reclamado el importe pero no me lo quieren devolver. Pues nada no me parece correcto. El mantel de la mesa no estaba muy limpio, fue mejor quitarlo. También nos encontramos algún insecto "neoptero" en el apartamento, pero no es algo preocupante ni creo que se culpa del anfitrión atribuible a falta de mantenimiento del apartamento.

• Shan Bin (7/5): 無人服務入住，找不到房東，要上網貼寫很多資料非常麻煩 - 有廚房、客廳，適合全家入住 位置不佳，到達現場無人服務接待，必須依據房東給予的連結填寫很多資料後，還要多次打電話聯絡才能輸入密碼取得鑰匙入住，實在是一波多折，建議英文不佳不宜預訂。
• Yuliia (8/5): Very good conditions and service for its amount of money - It’a a fully equipped apartment with everything you need including a washing machine and ironing desk. There are two AC in the bedroom and in the kitchen-living room. There were quite a lot of coffee capsules which were a pleasant surprise. Also the owner was extremely nice to communicate with. One more thing, there is a shop nearby which is also very nice. I would suggest to change bedlinen and towels to a new one. Those that we had were washed but still looked dull and a little bit used.

The well-supplied “Tigros” grocery store and train station are both only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was perfect, ultra-modern, exactly as advertised, fully equipped, and very secure. Although parking isn’t reserved, it’s easily accessible nearby. The host’s responses were quick and exceptional. We loved our stay and would absolutely return! Nothing

Clean apartment, close to supermarkets and public transport to quickly get to the city centre or train station. Attentive owner, answers very fast in case any questions arise. Definitely recommend.

• Gary (9/5): Great location for short stay visitors. - Ease and proximity of transport to visit Milan Center using the Metro. Hosts very good communications. All short stay accessories you could require. Personal choice is we would use bright, white lighting throughout (thats what we use at home) BUT the apartment is bright and airy and feels welcoming upon access.

• Shuk (9/5): What a wonderful hotel - Clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the mattress was comfortable. TV is big, with Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. It was perfect for us, especially with the baby and my parents, since we came home early every night. The apartment had everything we needed. The showerhead was fixed in place, which made it really difficult to bathe the baby. We had to use the sink with two people to bathe the baby, and it was quite challenging. If it hadn't rained heavily, we could’ve easily reached the metro station with the stroller. When the weather is unpredictable, the station feels a bit far, but on good days, it’s not an issue.
• Mikas (9/5): Superb - Clear and timely communication with a host. They also kindly allowed us to have late check-out. Our flight was very late in the evening, and late check-out was helpful for us. The apartment is located within 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. There are free parking slots in the streets around the apartment. In our case, we were lucky to find a space to park for free.

• Unnati (10/5): Exceptional - Clean modern property with everything you may need. Easy to get to, quiet friendly neighbourhood. If you are driving, it may take time to find parking in the area. Everything else is perfect
• Victoria (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay! - Super clean, well appointed. Great for a couple, although it would accommodate 4 very well. Neighbourhood peaceful. Parking our tall Land Rover was a concern, but we were really lucky to find a (free) parking in the quieter street around the corner. Great shop in easy walking distance. We walked to the Duomo - which should take around 45-min. Luckily my hubby is used to my picture-taking so it took an hour🤭 Daniele was fabulous with reaching out before, during and after our stay. As advertised, will come back next time in Milan 😎

• Rachel (10/5): Bright, airy, full equipped and very clean apartment - A fabulous apartment, clean, bright and great facilities, it is also very quiet located at the back of the building, good access to any area of Milan if needed. We have family at the location so for us it was good to be nearby. Daniele our host contact was great checking in to ensure we had accessed the property OK and that everything was OK during our stay.
• Sasha (9/5): A perfect place to stay in Milano, if you are looking for a quite area close to the city centre. - The place was perfect for its price and location. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean. The flat was fully furnished, everything was working. The blinds were really helpful as well. Some kitchen stuff is missing, so it's impossible to cook proper meals. But it's no problem, since there are lots of cafes and trattorias nearby.

• Ksenia (10/5): Good place to stay - We had a pleasant stay for several days in this apartment. Everything was fine - it's clean, easy to find, we had everything we need during our stay. The apartment is about 7-10 mins walk to metro station Dergano. It's quiet, no extra noise from outside. It's warm in the apartment. As a family of 4 we used both bed and sofa, both are comfortable with very big duvets. There is a lift in the building so it's easy to get to the apartment with luggage. Communication with host was also very nice. We had early check-in and late check-out, which was really convenient. Thank you Claudio. The only thing that could be improved is to change shower head mounting to something more flexible.
• Jaka (10/5): A fantastic, beautiful, luxurious apartment with a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended. - The apartment was beautiful, clean, luxurious even - I was actually surprised that it was an apartment of such a high standard, considering the amount that was payed for it. It had everything, from the regular facilities, to the extras, like a dishwasher, bidet, washing machine and Smart TV. Beautifully equipped and designed, with a very comfortable bed, as well as a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed. The apartment was on the 4th floor with a pleasant view through the windows (with electrically operated roller blinds - enabling you to create light or darkness with a push of a button). There was no hassle getting to the 4th floor, since the building has a fully functioning elevator. We received the keys to the apartment in a safe next to the door, while the main gate was opened through a key code combined with visiting a website application (though if you don't have that, you can also call them and they will open the door, as far as I understand it). The host was exceptional and willing to help out even at an incredibly late hour. Me and my friend arrived at midnight and I messaged the host on WhatsApp, asking if the place we parked (nearby) was free of charge, sending him a picture. I received the reply within 10-15 mins (despite the late hour), assuring me that where we parked was good. Every day, the host checked up on us, asking if everything was well - they were kind and responsive even at sometimes ridiculously late hours :D The host even gave us the opportunity to leave / check-out one hour later than usual. We didn't really walk around the neighborhood in the vicinity that much, since we were mostly in the city center (where you can get to easily via metro or various other options), but the little I did walk around, the vicinity seemed safe and pleasant. There were also no disturbing noises that would bother us during the night time. All in all, a fantastic apartment and very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend :) The shower head didn't work that well, since it was semi-broken. We were there for only two nights, so it didn't bother us that much. I mentioned this to the host as we were leaving and I was told it was fixed soon after we left, so this isn't really a problem anymore for anyone staying there. If I mentioned it earlier, they probably would have fixed it then and there, I have no doubt.

• Kalina (10/5): Wonderful apartment and awesome hosts - First of all, communication with the hosts was very fast and informative, they really care about you having a good time. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are super comfy which is very important for us. The sofa turns into a bed itself which is really handy. Location is convenient, 10mins away from the M3 metro station which will take you to most places. We will definitely stay here again if we plan another visit in the future. ☺️ Nothing. As improvement maybe add toaster and microwave.
• Ines (10/5): Amazing and very responsive host, very clean apartment - Apartment was very nice and clean. The host was excellent and was always available for us whenever we had any questions. I can only recommend this apartment because we had a great time there as guests. Unlike other apartment that we rented in Italy, there was no issue with heating, which was very important. So if you want to stay warm, you can come here and be sure that you will be treated with utmost hospitality. Check-in with the internet code was ok for me, but maybe for older travellers who are not so good with technology would be complicated. Also there was a lot of paperwork before check-in but this was the case with all apartments I booked in Italy.

• Evgeny (10/5): Great experience, would love to stay there again. - It was great experience overall. The place was sparkling clean, very well equipped, the bed is really comfortable. Location wise: easy 20 min bus or tram ride to the city centre. The simple electric kettle and microwave oven would definitely be the good additions.
