• Laura (2/5): - Not much to like other than the price The cleanliness of the whole place wasn't good. The bathroom shower was eother freezing cold, or boiling hot! Unable to keep the shower head in the holder. General space of the room was good, amble wardrobe space if needed. But again, dirty and run down. Also found a live cockroach in the room, which disappeared in the skirtingboard. Being as I was on level 2, off the ground floor. Id be inclined to say there would be a nest in the walls somewhere

• Ion (1/5): The place is old with bedbugs, closed windows, and street noise - Nothing to like there I booked it for a week, but I haven’t spent a night there yet. It’s old, and I think it has bedbugs—I lay down for a few minutes and my skin broke out in a rash for a few days afterward. I was too scared to sleep there and risk finding out what else might be wrong. The windows don’t open, and there’s noise from the street intersection.

• Margarida (7/5): Aceitável tendo em conta o preço. - Recomendo a quem priorize acessibilidade e preço a condições de excelência. A estação de Mile End é a 2min a pé do alojamento, além disso, acesso muito fácil a cafés (starbucks, costa...), pizzarias e lojas de conveniência em baixo do alojamento. No fundo, considero que pelo preço não podemos ser muito exigentes, tem uma boa relação qualidade-preço. É urgente um melhor isolamento de som das janelas. Durante a noite ouve-se muito barulho da rua, principalmente as ambulâncias e os carros na rua principal, pelo que torna a qualidade do sono bastante limitada. Além disso, as cortinas não protegem a entrada de luz pelas janelas, pelo que para mim, também acabou por limitar a qualidade do meu sono.

• Jolana (2/5): location is fine and also the price but we were dissapointed - it was a nearby bus station so it was easy to get to the centre We found bedbugs here, the location is little bit scary, we werent feeling safe, we didnt trust the lockers maybe keys would be better option, the stairs are small my friend fell of it, also you can hear almost everything from the streets and even from other rooms. we were staying in room which has only one window and when we opened it it was really smelly from the locals fastfoods. In the bathroom there wasnt any hot water only cold and it was pretty messy. We do not recommend it
• Max (10/5): Simple and clean stay in a great location! - Very good facilities for the price and in a great location (just a couple minutes from the tube station). Rarely saw the other guests and the facilities were all in good condition.
• Simona (5/5): Neurazí, nenadchne. - Lokalita - kousek od metra. Pohodlná postel. Pokoj čistý. V ubytovalní je 5 pokojů a 2 koupelny a nikdy se nám nestalo, že by byly obsazené obě koupelny naráz, což bylo fajn. Self check-in a check-out. Silnice u ubytování je sice rušnější, ale nebylo to hrozné. Přes stěny je opravdu všechno slyšet. V horní koupelně nebyl přidělán kohoutek a tak podivně tam visel a špatně odtékal odpad ve vaně. Ve večerních hodinách se v této oblasti Londýna nemusíte cítit úplně komfortně, ale i jako dvě ženy jsme neměly problém, když jsme z metra šly na ubytování.

• Sára (5/5): Overall for the price the accommodation is fine, but there are some things to improve. - The location and access to the accommodation was really nice. The metro was 5 minutes from the place, there were grocery stores close by and the process and communication was very easy. The place was overall clean and the Wifi was very good. Sadly the heating wasn't really good in our room and we were freezing. Also we got 2 towels and one of them had some stains on them, but other than that, the place was clean.

So kommt man dann ins Zimmer aber jeder andere eben auch. keinerlei Sicherheit in sehr unsicherer Gegend. Zimmer nicht sauber. dafür viel zu teuer. schreckliches Erlebnis.

• Lukasz_J (7/5): Dobrze skomunikowane, odpowiednia cena do jakości. - Miejsce świetnie skomunikowane, blisko do stacji metra (około 250 m) i ładnego parku, w pobliżu znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji. W pokoju na 2 piętrze było cicho wciągu dnia i w nocy. Dostępna wspólna kuchnia i dwie łazienki. W pokoju znajdowało się wygodne łóżko i czysta pościel, ręczniki i suszarka do włosów. W pokoju było maleńkie okno, trochę klaustrofobiczne, po otwarciu zapachy frytury ze wszystkich pobliskich restauracji wypełniały pokój. Szafa w pokoju rozwalona. Na suficie zamiast lampy żarówka w oprawce, brak było małej nocnej lampki tak żeby dziecko mogło zasnąć przy delikatnym oświetleniu.

Никому не рекомендую, я хотела сделать возврат средств и уехать в другой отель, но мне отказались вернуть деньги. Из-за ужасных условий, мне пришлось в тот же день переехать в другой отель.

Although there are some downsides I think it is definitely worth it for the price po - Has a washing machine, spacious wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and clean. Staff is absolutely lovely. It is difficult to regulate the water temperature of the showers and not very sound proofed walls.

• Lesley (6/5): Useful East London Short stay base - The basic room suited us as it was 4 minutes walk from Mile End tube station, close to shops, cafés and a 15 minute walk from my son's house. Those wanting more traditional tourist sites would be a 20 minute journey into the West End. For one night, the accommodation was fine, with a shared bathroom and usefully stocked kitchen. The bed springs were very noisy, every time we turned over, but the room was clean and had a table, chair, wardrobe and fan. Despite being close to a main road above a shop, the property was generally quiet. Wifi worked ok. The bedroom window didn't seem to open, but we kept the fan on to cool the room. We were on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are a little uneven, so those with mobility issues might struggle. If you're a super clean stickler, there was evidence of ageing around the shower cubicle, bath mats etc but for 1 night, at a reasonable price, it didn’t bother us. There is no TV in the room but there's one in the shared kitchen/dining area.

• Emilia (7/5): A little rough but it's nice - Room was clean, bed and towels were clean. Our room was on the 1st floor, next to the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen had plates, cutlery, water kettle, microwave, gas stove and oven. There was also a store downstairs and a café across the street. Checking in and out was easy. The communal spaces were cleaned daily. Bathroom and shower had shampoo and shower gel. During our stay there were very few people staying, and barely ever saw anyone around. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain well. The neighborhood is a little rough, but honestly got used to it after the 2nd day (we spent 4 nights there). You have to be careful around the area though. There is no air conditioning in the room, just a big fan. All room doors are accessible via a code, which made it a little unsafe, since anyone could enter the room if they have the code the outside door on the street and your room. A key system would be much safer in my opinion.

The room is quite spacious. The bed is too small for two. The bed is also a spring bed. The springs are weak making you struggle when you sleep. The bathroom is a shared place. The fridge has expired food items still in it producing foul smell.

Both nights I stayed, at around midnight one guy talked in the shared spaces through telephone with speaker switched on - I had to ask for silence. Bed and bathroom were not clean enough.
