• Bahzad (9/5): - The location. Very good place. Everything is very near; the higashi Nagasaki station is 4 minute walk. There are 2 supermarkets beside the house. For improvements; the mattress quality was not good.
• Ando (8/5): Nice and cozy stay. Roomy and comfortable beds. - Bigger than most other Tokyo apartments. For the price it was good. Not perfect as there are some things that could be better (like a place to hang your clothes and normal mirror). Kitchen was good and had all necessary utils. Beds are comfortable. Windows can be opened but there is no view as they are pointed to next building. Would book again but improvements would be good anyway. Location was good but you still have to walk to train station (either ~300 or 900 meters). Getting to Ikebukuro station will cost 157 jpy (2 stops, one way) so add that to every day commute to other parts of Tokyo. No place to hang your clothes (no rack). Upper part of kitchen ventilation system was not cleaned and very dusty. Toilet is quite small for taller person. Towels are very thin. One climate control unit had one part broken and some weird thing put in front of it.

• Monica Lidya (10/5): Perfect stay for family of 4 for 2 weeks - The location is very strategic, close to train station. Room size is perfect for 4 people. Room is simple, modern, clean. The admin is very reaponsive and helpful. We really enjoyed 2 weeks staying in this room. We stayed for 2 weeks and has no issue with the room.
• Sevin (8/5): - Appartement assez spacieux, très propre , dans un quartier calme et proche d'une station. Comporte 2 grands lits confortables, une cuisine avec un grand frigo, une douche, une toilette et une machine à laver/séchoir. L'appartement est mal isolé: il faisait froid la nuit (on peut faire fonctionner la climatisation mais il fait du bruit) et on entendait les hôtes des autres appartements du batiment (certains faisaient beaucoup de bruits la nuit). Malheureusement, il était impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer. Une armoire pour les vêtements aurait été très appréciée car il y avait quelques cintres mais rien pour les accrocher.
• Olivia (4/5): Der Preis ist wahnsinnig gut aber lieber mehr zahlen und bessere Ausstattung haben - Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr abgewohnt und man hat das Gefühl die Möbel brechen gleich auseinander. Die Möbel sind sehr billige nicht hochwertige Möbel. Der Spiegel ist zum Beispiel nur aus Pappe. Es sind sehr sehr dünne Wände und dadurch ist es zum schlafen unglaublich laut.
