• GREG (7/5): If you need a place with a warm shower, a place to put your head down for the night, its alright. - Nice and warm inside, tidy, decent place to put your head down. Other guests were sadly a bit noisy, but given it's a shared gaff there's not much that can be done about that.

• Aleksandra (9/5): - Kućica je izuzetno lepa,super opremljena jer nema šta nema za par ili porodicu.Mislilo se na sve.Čisto je i udobno. Lokacija,prilično je udaljeno od centra i nije povezano prevozom.Dwluje više kao vikend naselje.Teško je bez auta.Takodje je i zvučna izolacija slaba pa se sve čuje i podovi škripe.

• Mr. Smith-Johnson (9/5): Great stay for transit – super clean and easy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Great stay for transit – super clean and easy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve stayed here several times during my travels through Memmingen and it’s always been a very pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely clean every time and perfect for a short stay or stop-over. Communication has always been smooth, and the self check-in works very easily, even late at night. Early check-out is also no problem. Funny detail: I’ve been here multiple times but I’ve actually never seen anyone in person – everything works digitally and flawlessly 😄 The shower is external and shared with (I think) one other room, but it’s always spotless. The room itself is comfortable with good Wi-Fi, a large screen TV and a very nice bed. The only small thing to keep in mind is that the wooden floor creaks a bit and can be a bit noisy, so you might feel like you’re disturbing other guests if you walk around late. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of. Great price-quality ratio. I’ll definitely come back again! Location is in a residential area in a normal house. The floor is making some sound when walking over it. These are minor issues. There is a taxi service also I saw and a whole ground level with kitchen etc.
• Olly Rybalova (9/5): Чудовий будиночок з самостійним заїздом - Дуже гарний, затишний будинок. Все було чистенько і зручно. Будинок розташований на тихій вуличці. Особливо хочеться відзначити зручність самостійного заїзду - дуже корисна функція. Хоч і туалет/душ спільні, але нам вистачило, з сусідами ми не пересікалися Скрипуча підлога, нам то нормально, але якщо б хтось був знизу, то це б точно заважало. Будинок розташований десь в 30хв пішки від вокзалу, нам це не заважало, але для кого важливо - враховуйте це
