Eneida (1/5): Not good! - Beautiful facility, good location. WARNING! the rooms don’t have a/c and the mosquitoes and the airport/ street noise was overwhelming because we had to keep the sliding door open. The temperature was not mild in the early evening. We only stayed one night and requested Booking a refund for the second night. I hope we get it. The attitude of the front desk staff was not the best when we requested the refund. It should have been posted that rooms have NO A/C. I wouldn’t have booked my stay in this hotel.
