• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Location of app is great. It is really close to centrum of Athens. We were there due to marathon and stadion was in walking distance. Bakery directly on the street was perfect for breakfast and many restaurants around were not just touristic atractions, but really good typical greek and tasty. Two rooms are very quiet, only one is little bit loudy due to trafic. App is newly renovated, you have everything you need exept tea - it would be nice to have some basic things in kitchen. We had great time in this app and I really recommend it for your stay in Athens. 2 bathrooms and aditional toilet -this is great when you are not one family.

• Jonathan (5/5): The property was clean but lacked some basics. - We liked the location, security and modern decor. We felt the property was not well equipped. One bed was not made up, kitchen utensils were sparse, and we had to go out to buy washing liquid and toilet paper. Some fittings were loose or coming off.
• Otgontstsg (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay; everyone was happy with the apartment's location and comfort. - It is a good location, not too far from attractions and the main shopping streets. The apartment is clean and cozy with almost all facilities (there was a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, a Delonghi capsule coffee machine, sandwich maker, and microwave; we only wished there was an electric kettle). There are three bedrooms; each equipped desk, chair, closet and air-con; with three bathrooms (two have a shower and one only a toilet). It was our first time in Athens, and we were exhausted from a flight, so on the first day, it was a bit difficult to locate the apartment building even though we were standing right in front of it. Finally, we saw the key locker with 'Liv Homes' written on it at one of the entrance doors (even though the others were practically shops and restaurants, there were no signs that our apartment was in that building). We wished the apartment name was written on the entrance door label. However, it was partially our fault that we didn't see the address sign '25' on the entrance door /The address was Eftichidou 25/ kk. The building seemed old but the apartment has been very well renovated. The twin bedroom's light wasn't working during our 4-day stay, but I don't think it's a big deal. I hope they will check the apartment's readiness better next time.
